Problems to be solved by the invention
In view of the technical problems in the prior art, for example: the invention provides a concealer composition, which has the technical problems of easy make-up dissolution, poor concealer effect, incapability of effectively controlling oil and the like. The concealer composition of the present invention has not only high concealer power but also excellent oil control effect.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a preparation method of the concealer composition, which has the advantages of easy acquisition of raw materials and simple preparation method.
Means for solving the problems
The invention provides a concealer composition comprising the following components by mass:
emulsifier: 1 to 10wt%, preferably 3 to 6 wt%;
grease: 15-35wt%, preferably 20-32 wt%;
film-forming agent: 1 to 5wt%, preferably 2 to 4 wt%;
concealer: 8 to 20 wt.%, preferably 12 to 18 wt.%;
oil control components: 1 to 4wt%, preferably 1 to 3 wt%;
wherein the concealer comprises titanium dioxide and an HDI/trimethylol hexyl lactone crosspolymer.
The concealer composition according to the invention, wherein the emulsifier comprises one or a combination of two or more of dimethicone PEG-10/15 crosspolymer, PEG-10 dimethicone crosspolymer, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, and lauryl PEG-9 dimethicone ethyl dimethicone; preferably, the cross-linked polymer comprises polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 cross-linked polymer and/or PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer.
The concealer composition according to the present invention, wherein the grease comprises one or a combination of two or more of hydrogenated polydecene, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), hydrogenated polyisobutene, and cetyl ethyl hexanoate.
The concealer composition according to the invention, wherein the film forming agent comprises a water soluble film forming agent and an oil soluble film forming agent, preferably the water soluble film forming agent comprises PEG-240/HDI copolymer bis-decyltetradecanol ether-20 ether/trideceth-6; the oil-soluble film forming agent comprises one or the combination of more than two of trimethylsiloxysilicate (and) polypropylsilsesquioxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate and isododecane (and) acrylic acid (ester)/polytrimethylsiloxane methacrylic acid.
The concealer composition according to the invention, wherein the oil control ingredient comprises one or a combination of two or more of silica, nylon-6, starch and polymethylmethacrylate; preferably comprising silicon dioxide.
The concealer composition according to the invention, wherein the amount of titanium dioxide added is 7 to 15wt%, and the amount of HDI/trimethylol hexyl lactone crosspolymer added is 1 to 5wt%, based on the total mass of the concealer composition;
preferably, the titanium dioxide has an average particle diameter of 0.2 to 0.4 μm; the average particle diameter of the HDI/trihydroxymethyl hexyl lactone cross-linked polymer is 1-20 mu m.
Concealer composition according to the invention, wherein the concealer composition further comprises: one or more of physical sun-screening agent, brightening agent, humectant, skin conditioner, thickening agent, whitening agent, organosilicon elastomer and pigment.
The concealer composition according to the present invention, wherein the physical sunscreen is added in an amount of 3 to 15wt%, the brightener is added in an amount of 1 to 8wt%, the humectant is added in an amount of 5 to 15wt%, the skin conditioner is added in an amount of 0.1 to 1wt%, the thickener is added in an amount of 1 to 8wt%, the whitening agent is added in an amount of 0.5 to 3.0wt%, the silicone elastomer is added in an amount of 0.5 to 5wt%, and the pigment is added in an amount of 0.1 to 3wt%, based on the total mass of the concealer composition.
The concealer composition according to the invention, wherein the physical sunscreen comprises one or both of nano titanium dioxide and zinc oxide having an average particle size of 40-60 nm;
the brightening agent comprises diphenyl siloxy phenyl trimethyl siloxane and/or phenyl trimethyl siloxane;
the thickening agent comprises ozokerite and/or candelilla;
the whitening agent comprises one or more of niacinamide, Magnolia sieboldii extract and ascorbyl glucoside;

The invention also provides a method for the preparation of the concealer composition according to the invention, comprising the step of mixing the components of the concealer composition.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The concealer composition disclosed by the invention has high concealer power and excellent oil control effect, and is suitable for people with oily skin.
Further, the concealer composition of the present invention has whitening effect, can prevent melanin from darkening, and is not likely to cause acne.
Furthermore, the preparation method of the concealer composition of the present invention has the advantages of higher safety, lower cost, easy acquisition of raw materials, and suitability for industrial mass production.
Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments, features and aspects of the invention will be described in detail below. The word "exemplary" is used exclusively herein to mean "serving as an example, embodiment, or illustration. Any embodiment described herein as "exemplary" is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments.
Furthermore, in the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. In other instances, methods, means, devices and steps which are well known to those skilled in the art have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the invention.
The invention provides a concealer composition comprising the following components by mass:
emulsifier: 1 to 10wt%, preferably 3 to 6 wt%;
grease: 15-35wt%, preferably 20-32 wt%;
film-forming agent: 1 to 5wt%, preferably 2 to 4 wt%;
concealer: 8 to 20 wt.%, preferably 12 to 18 wt.%;
oil control components: 1 to 4wt%, preferably 1 to 3 wt%;
wherein the concealer comprises titanium dioxide and an HDI/trimethylol hexyl lactone crosspolymer.
The concealer composition disclosed by the invention has high concealer power and excellent oil control effect, and is suitable for people with oily skin.
The concealer of the present invention comprises titanium dioxide and a HDI/trimethylolhexyllactone crosspolymer. In the invention, the titanium dioxide has high covering power and can cover the ground color of the skin. The titanium dioxide may have an average particle size of greater than 0.1. mu.m, preferably greater than 0.1 to 1 μm, more preferably 0.2 to 0.4. mu.m. Because the average particle size is smaller, the particles are gathered in pores, so that the pores are more obvious. However, the inventor of the present invention finds that the addition of the HDI/trimethylol hexyl lactone cross-linked polymer together with the addition of titanium dioxide can fill the texture more smoothly, resulting in a better optical blurring effect and better coverage of fine lines and pores. Preferably, the HDI/trimethylolhexyllactone crosslinked polymer has an average particle diameter of 1 to 20 μm.
In the present invention, the concealer is added in an amount of between 8 and 20wt%, preferably between 12 and 18wt%, based on the total mass of the concealer composition, so that a strong covering effect can be achieved.
Specifically, the amount of the titanium dioxide added may be generally between 7 and 15wt%, for example, may be 8wt%, 9 wt%, 10wt%, 11 wt%, 13 wt%, 14 wt%, etc., based on the total mass of the concealer composition; the HDI/trimethylol hexyl lactone cross-linked polymer may be added in an amount of generally 1 to 5wt%, for example, 1.5 wt%, 2.5 wt%, 3.5 wt%, 4.5 wt%, etc.
In the present invention, titanium dioxide having a particle size of more than 0.1. mu.m, preferably more than 0.1 to 1 μm, more preferably 0.2 to 0.4 μm has a strong covering effect, and when the amount thereof is less than 7 wt%, it has a general covering effect and is inferior in the covering effect for a specific portion where a strong demand is required. And the HDI/trihydroxymethyl hexyl lactone crosslinked polymer can be used as an auxiliary concealer. Preferably, the HDI/trimethylol hexyl lactone crosslinked polymer is preferably added in an amount of more than 2wt%, which further sufficiently exhibits excellent skin soft-focus effect and silky skin-feel experience.
In the present invention, the emulsifier is preferably a water-in-oil emulsifier, so that the concealer composition can be made stable in a water-in-oil emulsified system. Preferably, the emulsifier of the present invention may include one or a combination of two or more of dimethicone PEG-10/15 crosspolymer, PEG-10 dimethicone crosspolymer, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, lauryl PEG-9 dimethicone ethyl dimethicone, and the like.
Specifically, the emulsifier may use a combination of a dimethicone PEG-10/15 crosspolymer and a PEG-10 dimethicone crosspolymer. The combination of the polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 cross-linked polymer and the PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer can further improve the stability of the water-in-oil emulsifying system and can provide silky and soft skin feel.
In the present invention, the emulsifier is added in an amount of 1 to 10wt%, preferably 3 to 6wt%, based on the total mass of the concealer composition. When a combination of dimethicone PEG-10/15 crosspolymer and PEG-10 dimethicone crosspolymer is used as the emulsifier, dimethicone PEG-10/15 crosspolymer may be added in an amount of 0.5 to 5wt%, and PEG-10 dimethicone crosspolymer may be added in an amount of 0.5 to 5wt%, based on the total mass of the concealer composition.
The oil and fat of the invention can form a hydrophobic film on the surface of the skin, and can prevent the invasion of external harmful substances and resist the invasion of various factors from the nature to a certain extent while endowing the skin with softness, lubrication and glossiness. The oil and fat can inhibit water evaporation, prevent skin chapping, and make hardened horny mass of dry skin capable of being rehydrated, so as to make horny layer of dry skin restore soft and elastic. Specifically, the oil or fat may include one or two of hydrogenated polydecene, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), hydrogenated polyisobutene, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, and the like.
In addition, hydrogenated polydecene and hydrogenated polyisobutene can be selected as the oil and fat of the invention, and the oil and fat is hydrogenated oil and fat, has excellent stability and oxidation resistance, does not cause acne, and is suitable for acne skin.
In the present invention, the amount of the grease added is 15 to 35wt%, preferably 20 to 32wt%, based on the total mass of the concealer composition. Since the powder-type oil and fat may also have a certain oil absorption value, hydrogenated polydecene and hydrogenated polyisobutene may be used as the oil and fat in the present invention. In order to ensure that the final product has good moisture retention performance, the hydrogenated polydecene can be used as moisturizing and non-sticky oil, and the content of the hydrogenated polydecene can be 8-15 wt%, and is preferably 9-12 wt%; hydrogenated polyisobutene is used as grease with certain volatility; it may be present in an amount of 10-20 wt%, preferably 14-16 wt%, to provide a refreshing moisturized skin feel.
The film-forming agent of the present invention can improve the film-forming property of the concealer composition and can prevent the product from continuing to flow and accumulating in fine lines on the skin surface. In the present invention, the film forming agent may include a water-soluble film forming agent and/or an oil-soluble film forming agent. Specifically, the water soluble film forming agent may include PEG-240/HDI copolymer bis-decyl tetradecanol ether-20 ether/tridecyl polyether-6; the oil soluble film forming agent may include one or a combination of two or more of trimethylsiloxysilicate (and) polypropylsilsesquioxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, isododecane (and) acrylates/polytrimethylsiloxane methacrylic acid, and the like.
In the present invention, the use of a water soluble film forming agent (e.g., PEG-240/HDI copolymer bis-decyltetradecanoyl ether-20 ether/tridecyl polyether-6) can improve the stability of water-in-oil formulations, provide a soft, breathable, resilient film-forming feel, excellent transfer resistance, and a soft after-use feel. The use of oil soluble film forming agents (e.g., trimethylsiloxysilicate (and) polypropylsilsesquioxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, isododecane (and) acrylic/polytrimethylsiloxane methacrylic, etc.) provides excellent water repellency, make-up resistance, good elasticity, good breathability, high durability of the film, and good integrity and long lasting breathability of the film after one hour of use of the concealer composition of the present invention. Therefore, a water-soluble film forming agent and an oil-soluble film forming agent are preferably used in the present invention.
In the present invention, the amount of the film-forming agent added is 1 to 5wt%, preferably 2 to 4wt%, based on the total mass of the concealer composition; wherein, the adding amount of the water-soluble film forming agent can be in the range of 0.5-2 wt%, preferably in the range of 0.5-1 wt%, thereby providing soft, breathable and elastic film forming feeling; the content of the oil-soluble film forming agent may be in the range of 1 to 3wt%, preferably 1.5 to 2wt%, so that a good water-proof make-up fixing effect can be provided. In addition, in the present invention, when the content of the film forming agent is more than 5wt%, the product may have a sticky and heavy feeling.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the water-soluble film forming agent to the oil-soluble film forming agent in the film forming agents is preferably 1:1-3, so that the film forming performance can be further improved, and the film forming durability is better.
The concealer composition disclosed by the invention is also added with an oil control component, so that the concealer composition can be used for oil yielding of oily skin and large pores, can achieve an oil control effect, has a good modification effect on the problem of large pores, can solve the problem of oil yielding after a period of time with makeup, and is easier to make up.
Specifically, the oil-controlling component may include one or a combination of two or more of silica, nylon-6, starch, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), and the like; preferably comprising silicon dioxide. The silicon dioxide can be generally in a hollow spherical structure and can absorb grease with the weight more than 3 times of the self weight, thereby achieving good oil control effect.
In the present invention, the amount of oil-controlling ingredient may be between 1 and 4wt%, for example, the amount of oil-controlling ingredient may be 1.5 wt%, 2.5 wt%, 3.5 wt%, etc., preferably between 1 and 3wt%, based on the total mass of the concealer composition. When the content of the oil control component is between 1 and 4 weight percent, the oil control effect can be effectively improved.
The concealer composition of the present invention may further comprise: one or more of physical sun-screening agent, brightening agent, skin conditioning agent, humectant, thickener, whitening agent, organosilicon elastomer and pigment.
In the invention, the physical sunscreen agent is added to generate a shielding effect on ultraviolet rays, so that the problems of skin melanin, local pigmentation and the like are reduced. In the present invention, the physical sunscreen may comprise nano titanium dioxide and/or zinc oxide, and in the present invention, the particle size of the nano titanium dioxide in the physical sunscreen is smaller than the particle size of the titanium dioxide in the concealer. Preferably, the nano-titania has an average particle size of 1000nm or less, preferably 100nm or less, for example: the nanometer titanium dioxide of 40-60nm can provide concealer and prevent melanin from deepening caused by ultraviolet irradiation.
In the present invention, the concealer composition can provide stain lightening and whitening effects by adding a whitening agent, and provide a repairing effect to the pigmented skin. The whitening agent may be one or a combination of two or more of niacinamide, magnolia sieboldii extract, ascorbyl glucoside, etc.
The invention can prepare the stick concealer composition by using the thickening agent, thereby being convenient for carrying and using make-up. In the present invention, the thickener may be, for example, ozokerite, candelilla, or the like.
The skin care product can also contain an organic silicon elastomer, and can effectively exert the conditioning performance of the organic silicon elastomer, so that the skin is dry, smooth and fine, and has a certain wrinkle removing effect. In the present invention, the silicone elastomer may be one or a combination of two or more of vinyl dimethicone/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane crosspolymer, dimethicone (and) polysiloxane-11, vinyl dimethicone/dimethicone crosspolymer, and the like.
In addition, the skin conditioning agent of the present invention may be sodium chloride or the like; the humectant can be glycerol, butanediol, trehalose, etc.; the pigment may be red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide, etc. The brightener may be diphenylsiloxy phenyl trimethicone, etc.
In the present invention, the physical sunscreen is added in an amount of 3-15wt%, preferably 6-12 wt%, based on the total mass of the concealer composition; the addition amount of the brightener is 1-8wt%, preferably 3-7 wt%; the addition amount of the humectant is 5-15wt%, preferably 4-10 wt%; the addition amount of the skin conditioning agent is 0.1-1wt%, preferably 0.3-0.8 wt%; the addition amount of the thickening agent is 1-8wt%, preferably 5-7 wt%, the addition amount of the whitening agent is 0.5-3.0wt%, preferably 1-2.5 wt%, the addition amount of the silicone elastomer is 0.5-5wt%, preferably 1-4wt%, and the addition amount of the pigment is 0.1-3wt%, preferably 1-2 wt%.
The concealer composition provided by the invention is used for oily skin, not only solves the problem of daily local concealer, but also has an oil control effect, can effectively achieve the oil control effect by adding the oil control component, and is convenient for makeup repair after makeup dissolving.
In addition, the concealer composition provided by the invention also has good film forming property and can play a role in water resistance. Meanwhile, the concealer composition can keep a lasting makeup appearance, and the oil control component can absorb excessive oil secreted by the skin in summer, so that the phenomena of floating powder and removing makeup in hot summer are avoided, and the concealer composition is naturally pasted.
Further, the concealer composition of the present invention not only provides topical concealer, but also has sunscreen function. Physical sunscreen agent can be added for oily skin to resist pigment color deepening caused by ultraviolet, and whitening agent can be added for providing color spot lightening effect for the part with pigmentation.
The invention also provides a method for the preparation of the concealer composition according to the invention, comprising the step of mixing the components of the concealer composition.
Specifically, a preparation method of the concealer composition is provided, which comprises the following steps:
adding water phase (such as humectant, whitening agent, skin conditioner, water soluble film forming agent and water) into water phase pot, heating to 70-85 deg.C, stirring to dissolve completely, and keeping the temperature for 5-10 min;
grinding powdery substances (such as pigment, concealer, hydrogenated polydecene in oil and fat, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer in emulsifier, etc.) by using a three-roll machine until no particles exist for later use;
adding oil phase (such as residual emulsifier, residual oil, physical sunscreen agent, oil control component, oil soluble film forming agent and organosilicon elastomer) into oil phase pot, mixing, adding ground powder, mixing, transferring to emulsifying pot, heating to 70-85 deg.C, and keeping the temperature for 5-10 min;
adding the water phase into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing, adding a thickening agent, continuously stirring, cooling to 35-45 ℃, stopping stirring, and defoaming in vacuum to obtain the concealer composition.
The preparation method is simple, has higher safety and lower cost, is easy to obtain raw materials, and is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
Examples
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
Examples 1 to 7
The concealer compositions of examples 1 to 7 were prepared according to the following methods, based on 100% by mass of the total mass of the components of examples 1 to 7 in tables 1, 3 and 5 below.
Wherein the average particle size of the silicon dioxide is 3 μm;
the average particle diameter of the HDI/trihydroxymethyl hexyl lactone cross-linked polymer is 1-20 mu m;
the average grain diameter of the nano titanium dioxide is 50 nm;
the titanium dioxide has an average particle diameter of 0.2 to 0.4. mu.m.
The preparation method of examples 1 to 7 was:
step 1), adding the phase A (humectant, whitening agent, skin conditioner, water-soluble film-forming agent and water) into a water phase pot, heating to 75-80 ℃, stirring to dissolve completely, and keeping the temperature for 10 min;
grinding powdery substances (pigment, concealer, hydrogenated polydecene in grease and PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer in emulsifier) for three times by using a three-roll machine until the powdery substances are fine and smooth and have no particles for later use;
adding phase B (the rest of emulsifier, the rest of oil, physical sun-screening agent, oil control component, oil-soluble film forming agent and organic silicon elastomer) into oil phase pot, stirring, adding ground powdery substance, stirring, transferring to emulsifying pot, and heating to 75-80 deg.C;
slowly pumping the water phase into the emulsifying pot under high-speed stirring, pumping the water phase completely within 30 minutes, homogenizing for 5 minutes, adding the phase C (thickening agent), continuously stirring, cooling to 40 +/-5 ℃, stopping stirring, and defoaming in vacuum to obtain the concealer composition.
Comparative examples 1 to 3
The concealer composition of comparative examples 1 to 3 was prepared in the same manner as in examples 1 to 7, based on 100% by mass of the total mass of the components of comparative examples 1 to 3 in tables 1, 3 and 5 below.

The same size of black print was drawn on the inner arms of 10 volunteers, 0.5g of the samples of examples 1-3 and the sample of comparative example 1 were applied to the inner arms of 10 volunteers on which the same size of black print was drawn, and observation data of concealer and skin feel experience of 10 volunteers were collected. Among them, 10 scores are the best, and the scoring results are shown in table 2:

As can be seen from table 2: when the concealer is in the content range of the application and the content of titanium dioxide in the concealer is the same, the concealer and skin feel experience effect become better as the content of the HDI/trimethylolhexyllactone crosslinked polymer is increased. In addition, the sample of example 3 had the best concealer effect and skin feel experience; the HDI/trihydroxymethyl hexyl lactone crosslinked polymer can provide good concealing effect, improve the after-use feeling of the product and increase the silky feeling during smearing.

10 women with oily skin were selected and used for 4 days, the samples of examples 3 to 4 and comparative examples 2 to 3, respectively, and after 6 hours per day, the forehead was lightly pressed with an oil-absorbing paper, and the oil marks on the oil-absorbing paper were observed and scored, respectively. Where the score 10 is the lower the oil yield, the results are shown in table 4 (mean):

As can be seen from table 4, when the oil controlling component is within the content range of the present application, the oil controlling ability is enhanced as the content of the oil controlling component (silica) is increased. And after 6 hours per day, the oil control effects of examples 3 and 4 were still excellent, and particularly the oil control effect of example 3 was most significant.

The samples of example 3 and examples 5 to 7 were placed on artificial leather, wiped with a squeegee at the same force, and the amount of residue of the samples was observed 10 times to evaluate the flaking of the samples. Among them, 10 points are the most preferable. The results are shown in Table 6:

As can be seen from Table 6, the concealer composition of the present invention had a small degree of exfoliation, good integrity and excellent makeup holding ability. The sample of example 3 had the least flaking, the best integrity of the formed film, and the best makeup retention ability under daily makeup. In addition, examples 3 and 6 further illustrate that when the mass ratio of the water-soluble film forming agent to the oil-soluble film forming agent is 1:1-3, the film forming effect is the best and the durability is the best.
