the protective agent consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of water, 4 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate and 0.5 part of trehalose;

the protective agent consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of water, 4 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate and 0.5 part of trehalose;
the natural component extract comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of glycerol, 30 parts of water, 3 parts of a pelargonium capitatum leaf extract, 5 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride and 3 parts of a grape fruit extract;

s3, dispersing the powder base material in the rest three parts of water, uniformly dispersing, adding polydimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer and diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, and continuously dispersing and mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
and S4, grinding and blending the mixed solution A and the mixed solution B, then sequentially adding the natural component extract, the protective agent, the colorant, the xanthan gum, the dextrin palmitate, the tocopherol and the emulsifier while stirring, and continuously stirring and mixing for 15min after all the raw materials are added to obtain the foundation cream.

The foundation cream for moisturizing skin and attaching to the skin of claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 7-11% of powder base material, 12-14% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1.8-2.2% of polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, 3-4% of diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, 6-7% of isododecane, 5-6% of butanediol, 5-6% of protective agent, 2-4% of colorant, 1.5-2.5% of xanthan gum, 1-1.4% of natural component extract, 0.06-0.08% of dextrin palmitate, 0.04-0.07% of octylglycol, 0.09-0.11% of tocopherol, 0.06-0.08% of emulsifier and the balance of water.

The foundation cream for moisturizing skin and attaching to the skin of claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 9% of powder base material, 13% of polydimethylsiloxane, 2% of polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, 3.5% of diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, 6.5% of isododecane, 5.5% of butanediol, 5.5% of protective agent, 3% of coloring agent, 2% of xanthan gum, 1.2% of natural component extract, 0.07% of dextrin palmitate, 0.05% of octyl glycol, 0.1% of tocopherol, 0.07% of emulsifier and the balance of water.
4. The foundation cream for moisturizing and fitting skin according to claim 1, wherein the powder base material is prepared by compounding polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, mica, trimethylsiloxysilicate and polypropylsilsesquioxane in a mass ratio of 1:6:12: 8.
5. The foundation cream for moisturizing skin according to claim 1, wherein the protective agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of water, 4 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate and 0.5 part of trehalose.
