As can be seen from Table 3, the foundation solutions of examples 1 to 5 had good stability, were all acceptable in cold resistance, heat resistance and centrifugal separation test without abnormality, and had viscosity and pH values within the conventional range of normal foundation emulsion.
Meanwhile, the foundation liquids of example 1, example 2, example 5, comparative example 2, comparative example 6 and comparative example 8 were selected, and microsystems were observed through a microscope, and the results are shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6, respectively. The observation results showed that the powder in the foundation solutions of examples 1, 2 and 5 were uniformly dispersed, and the emulsifying effect was excellent, and particularly, the powder in the foundation solution of example 2 was almost completely uniformly dispersed; the powder base solutions of comparative examples 2, 6 and 8 show a serious powder aggregation phenomenon, do not form an effective emulsified form, have poor emulsion stability, and are easy to collapse. The test results in table 3, however, show that the above observations are also being confirmed.
The stability test results show that the foundation fluid adopts PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane as a main emulsifier, PEG/PPG-19/19 polydimethylsiloxane and lauryl PEG-10 tris (trimethylsiloxy) silicon ethyl polymethylsiloxane as auxiliary emulsifiers, and an emulsifier system and a film forming system which are combined in a matched mode have good compatibility, so that the foundation composition can form a very stable emulsion, and the long-term stability of the foundation composition is effectively maintained.
2. Make-up effect test
1) Migration test
0.30g of each of the foundations of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 9 was dropped on the forearm with a dropper, and the mixture was spread evenly with a spoon having a smooth surface, left to stand for 5 minutes and dried naturally. The test area of each foundation liquid sample was pressed with a paper towel with the same force, and the weight gain of each paper towel, i.e., the foundation migration amount, was weighed with an analytical balance, and the measurement results are shown in table 4.

2) Water resistance test
0.30g of each of the foundation solutions of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 9 was applied to a color chart by a dropper, spread uniformly, and left to stand for 5min to dry naturally. Then, the mixture was washed with tap water at the same flow rate (0.80m/s) for 10 seconds, and the dripping and falling were observed, and the results are shown in Table 5.

As can be seen from the test results in tables 4 and 5, the foundation solutions of examples 1 to 5 have good migration resistance and water resistance. The foundation solution disclosed by the invention has the advantages that a film forming system formed by matching the hard film forming agent with the soft film forming agent has a good film forming effect, has good compatibility with an emulsifier system, and forms a film layer with strong stability after being compatible with an emulsifying system, so that the foundation has lasting stability, and the makeup holding effect of the foundation is enhanced.
3. Feeling of use
70 female volunteers aged 20-30 were randomly drawn, and 70 volunteers were randomly divided into 14 groups of 5 persons each. The 14 groups of volunteers correspond to the foundation solutions of the trial examples 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 9, respectively, in groups.
According to the trial condition of each volunteer on the corresponding foundation liquid sample, the experience feeling and the irritation are summarized, the experience feeling is graded (10 grades, 10 grades are fully graded, and the grading results of each group are averaged according to the test values in the group), and the summarized experience effects are shown in table 6.

The test results in table 6 show that the foundation solutions of examples 1 to 5 have good use experience compared with the foundation solutions of comparative examples 1 to 9, and the foundation solutions have smooth and comfortable skin feel, are fresh and natural, are attached to the skin, have long-lasting makeup and are not sticky. The foundation fluid disclosed by the invention is a film forming system of the foundation composition, wherein the hard film forming agent consisting of cyclopentadecylidene dimethyl siloxane and trimethylsiloxy silicate is adopted in the foundation fluid, and the soft film forming agent consisting of trimethylsiloxy silicate and polypropylsilsesquioxane is matched to form the film forming system, so that the film forming effect can be effectively improved by the film layer compatible with hardness and softness, the tight feeling is reduced, the skin-attaching property, the skin spreading property and the texture are enhanced, the sticky feeling is not generated, and the make-up effect is enhanced; meanwhile, the film forming system has good compatibility with the adopted emulsifying system, can keep the long-term stability of the foundation liquid, and can not generate the makeup removal phenomena such as floating powder and the like in the using process.
4. Sun protection test
Each of the foundation liquid samples of examples 1 to 5 was applied to a quartz glass plate at a concentration of 2mg/cm3After 15 minutes, the quartz glass plate was placed on the probe of an ultraviolet intensity tester (Taiwan Chishiu ultraviolet radiation illuminometer ST-510) to measure the ultraviolet ray of the quartz glass plate coated with the liquid foundationStrength. Meanwhile, the ultraviolet intensity of the blank quartz glass plate to which the foundation solution was not applied was measured as a control. The results are shown in Table 7.

The results of the tests in Table 7 show that the foundation solutions of examples 1 to 5 have excellent sunscreen effect. The nano titanium dioxide is compatible in the foundation solution, so that the foundation solution is mild and provides a sunscreen function for the foundation composition.
Various technical features of the above embodiments may be combined arbitrarily, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features of the above embodiments are not described in this specification. However, as long as there is no contradiction between combinations of these technical features, the scope of the present specification should be considered as being described. Claims (10)

1. The efficient makeup powder base composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
3-12% of a humectant, 12-43% of an emollient, 1-5% of PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane, 0.2-1.5% of PEG/PPG-19/19 polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-4% of lauryl PEG-10 tris (trimethylsiloxy) silicon ethyl polymethylsiloxane, 1-6% of a film forming agent I, 0.3-3% of a film forming agent II, 0.5-3% of a thickening agent, 1.31-9.4% of a colorant, and the balance of water;
the film forming agent I comprises cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane and trimethylsiloxy silicate in a mass ratio of 1: 1; the film forming agent II comprises trimethylsiloxy silicate and polypropylsilsesquioxane in a mass ratio of 3: 2.
2. The foundation composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the humectant comprises 1 to 5% by mass of polyglycerin-10 and 2 to 7% by mass of dipropylene glycol.
3. A high efficiency permanent foundation composition according to claim 1 wherein the emollient comprises 10 to 35% by weight of cyclopentadimethicone and 2 to 8% by weight of diisooctyl adipate based on the weight of the foundation composition.
4. An efficient permanent foundation composition according to claim 1, wherein the thickener comprises cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, disteardimonium hectorite and propylene carbonate in a 77:18:5 mass ratio.
5. The foundation composition of claim 1, wherein the colorants comprise, by mass, 1-7% CI 77891, 0.2-1.5% CI 77492, 0.1-0.8% CI77491, and 0.01-0.1% CI 77499.
6. The foundation composition as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 0.1 to 2% by mass of sodium chloride.
7. The foundation composition as claimed in claim 1, which further comprises 2-6% by mass of nano titanium dioxide.
8. Preparing the high efficiency permanent foundation composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, wetting the colorant with a part of emollient, and grinding and uniformly dispersing;
s2, stirring and mixing the humectant with water, heating to 82-85 ℃ while stirring until the humectant is completely and uniformly dispersed, and keeping the temperature for 20-30 minutes;
s3, stirring and mixing the PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane, the PEG/PPG-19/19 polydimethylsiloxane, the lauryl PEG-10 tris (trimethylsiloxy) silicon ethyl polymethyl siloxane, the film forming agent I, the film forming agent II, the thickening agent and the rest of the emollient, heating to 70 ℃, and then adding the colorant which is well ground and dispersed in S1; slowly adding the components subjected to heat preservation in the S2 under the homogenization condition of 2000-2500 r/min, and then continuing to homogenize for 20 minutes;
and S4, cooling to 38 ℃, and discharging to obtain the efficient lasting foundation composition.
9. A high-efficiency makeup base solution comprising the high-efficiency permanent foundation composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. The high efficiency makeup base solution according to claim 9, further comprising, in mass percent based on the base solution, 0.01 to 0.1% of allantoin, 0.1 to 0.8% of phenoxyethanol, and 0.4 to 3% of ethanol.
