step 1: mixing the thickening agent and the second emollient, and heating for dissolving to obtain a mixed solution;

step 2: mixing silicone rubber, filler, polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, silica and a first emollient, and adding the mixture to the mixed solution to serve as a phase A;

and step 3: mixing the third emollient, the polypropylsilsesquioxane and the first film forming agent, and heating for dissolving to obtain a phase B;

and 4, step 4: and adding the phase B into the phase A, uniformly stirring, adding a second film forming agent and a coloring agent, and stirring and dispersing to obtain the velvet matt lip glaze.

In step 1 of the invention, the heating temperature is 90-110 ℃.

1. Persistence effect test

90 women with daily cosmetic habits of healthy volunteers are selected, and the age is 20-40 years old. Comparative example 5 the texture of velvet composition with polydimethylsiloxane crosspolymer in an amount less than that of example 1 and with a higher amount of silica than that of example 1, but with the same total amount of composition as in example 1; comparative example 6 the amounts of the polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer and the polypropylsilsesquioxane in the velvet composition are both much higher than those in example 1, and the data in comparative example 5 and comparative example 6 show that the silica, the polypropylsilsesquioxane and the polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer in the examples are more beneficial to the improvement of the lip glaze matte effect, the velvet effect, the moistening degree and the durability under certain amounts and proportions.

the first film forming agent comprises: one or more of trimethylsiloxysilyl silicate, butyl acrylate/hydroxypropyl polydimethylsiloxane acrylate copolymer, isobutyl methacrylate/bis-hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane acrylate copolymer, acrylic acid modified silicone resin and isoprene copolymer;

the second emollient comprises: isononyl isononanoate, malate, polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate, olive oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, pentaerythritol ethylhexanoate and pentaerythritol tetraisostearate;

the third emollient comprises: one or more of polyhydroxystearic acid, VP/hexadecenoic acid copolymer, trimethylsiloxysilyl silicate, squalane, glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate) and sterol;

the filler comprises: one or more of mica, talcum powder, nylon powder, polyurethane powder and starch;

the thickener comprises: one or more of beeswax, Sanbehen extract, microcrystalline wax, ceresin, behenyl alcohol, synthetic wax and ethylene propylene copolymer;

the colorant comprises: one or more of CI15850, CI77891, CI 16035, CI 77892, CI 77499, CI 45410 and CI 42090.

9. The process for preparing a velvet lip glaze with matte texture according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:

step 1: mixing the thickening agent and the second emollient, heating and dissolving to obtain phase A;

step 2: mixing silicon rubber, filler, polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, silica and first emollient, and adding the mixture into phase A to serve as phase B;

and step 3: and mixing the third emollient, the polypropylsilsesquioxane and the first film forming agent, heating to dissolve, adding into the phase B, uniformly stirring, adding the second film forming agent and the coloring agent, stirring and dispersing to obtain the velvet matt texture lip glaze.
