30 female volunteers who have the habit of using lip glaze are invited, the ages of the female volunteers are 25-40 years old, and before the product is used, the skin cuticle content of the tested part and the skin cuticle content of the control part of the volunteers are not obviously different, so that the results are comparable.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
respectively selecting a tested part and a control part on two sides of the lower lip of a volunteer, smearing a sample to be tested on the tested part, and ensuring that the smearing amount is about 5mg/cm2The control area was not coated with any product.
The test indexes and the method are as follows:
the volunteers were asked to refrain from eating or drinking water during the test period, and the moisture content of the epidermis of the test part and the control part was tested before use, at 2h, 4h and 6h after use respectively;
the test was conducted mainly on the moisture content of the skin surface layer, 3 times per test were conducted using a german Comeometer measuring instrument, and the average value was taken to calculate the moisture content difference (moisture content difference ═ moisture content of the test site-moisture content of the control site), and the results are shown in table 4.
TABLE 4

Comparative example 2 -0.80 14.33 11.78 9.23
Comparative example 3 1.66 10.98 17.93 23.82
The results are shown in table 4, the lip glaze is prepared by using the microcapsule (sodium alginate-microcrystalline cellulose embedded split yeast fermentation product lysate) in example 4, the difference between the skin surface water content of the tested part and the skin surface water content of the control part after 6 hours of use by the volunteer is 28.88, which shows that the skin surface water content of the tested part is obviously higher than that of the control part, namely, the lip glaze prepared in example 5 has excellent long-acting moisturizing effect, compared with the lip glaze prepared in comparative example 1 without adding the microcapsule, comparative example 2 with only adding the split yeast fermentation product lysate, comparative example 3 with only adding sodium alginate to embed the split yeast fermentation product lysate, the moisturizing effect of the three is poor, and in addition, the moisturizing effect of the lip glaze prepared in comparative example 3 is obviously better than that of the lip glaze prepared in comparative example 2.
The comprehensive results show that the sodium alginate-microcrystalline cellulose embedded secondary fission yeast fermentation product lysate is adopted in the microcapsule, so that the long-acting moisturizing effect can be effectively improved.
