Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lip glaze (lip cream, lip mask, lip gloss and the like), in particular to an emulsified lip glaze without a PEG emulsifier and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Lip cosmetics are an important class of makeup cosmetics. The commercially available lip gloss product is generally an ointment formula system, and a sealing film is formed on the lip by using grease to prevent water from evaporating, so that the lip gloss product has a moisturizing effect. But have limited moisturizing capabilities for lips that are otherwise deficient in water. As such, developers tend to make lip gloss of emulsified systems.
The emulsification types are generally oil-in-water and water-in-oil. The human lip skin is relatively thin compared with other parts, and in order to obtain a continuous closed grease film to protect moisture from being easily evaporated, the dosage of the lip gloss grease is generally 70% or more. Oil-in-water formulations do not easily achieve this goal and water-in-oil formulations are preferred. Meanwhile, the PEG emulsifier is always popular with cosmetic formulators due to low manufacturing difficulty and strong emulsifying capacity. However, as consumer demand for safe and natural ingredients increases, the challenge for PEG-based emulsifiers is increasing.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects of the prior art, the primary object of the invention is to provide a water-in-oil lip glaze which is green, safe, good in stability and moisturizing effect and has a lasting specific makeup effect.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above water-in-oil lip glaze without PEG emulsifier.
The water-in-oil lip glaze without the PEG emulsifier comprises the following components in parts by weight:
45-65 parts of an oil phase;
1-15 parts of polyglycerol emulsifier;
1-15 parts of an oil phase thickener;
5-20 parts of a water phase;
0.1-5 parts of cosmetic pigments.
Wherein the oil phase is selected from one or more of octyldodecanol, dipentaerythritol tri-polyhydroxystearate, glyceryl caprylate, diisostearyl malate, phytosterol/behenyl/octyldecanol lauroyl glutamate, jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, VP/hexadecene copolymer, hydrogenated polyisobutene, neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, squalane, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), trimethylsiloxyphenyl polydimethylsiloxane, and trimethylpentanediol/adipic acid/glycerol cross-linked polymer.
The oil phase content of the emulsified lip glaze of the present invention is preferably 45% or more, and particularly preferably 55% or more, based on 100% by weight of the emulsified lip glaze, relative to the ordinary lip glaze. If the content of the oil phase is too small, spreadability and stability are poor. The content of the oil phase is preferably 65% or less, and if the content of the oil phase is too large, stability and moisture retention are deteriorated.
Wherein the polyglycerol emulsifier is selected from two or more compounds of polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, (polyglycerol-3 polyricinoleate and polyglycerol-3 ricinoleate), (polyglycerol-6 polyhydroxystearate and polyglycerol-6 polyricinoleate); and said polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate: (polyglycerol-3 polyricinoleate and polyglycerol-3 ricinoleate): the compounding weight ratio of the polyglycerol-6 polyhydroxy stearate to the polyglycerol-6 polyricinoleate is (0.4-1.2): (0-2.8): (0-2.0).
Wherein the weight ratio of polyglycerol-3 polyricinoleate to polyglycerol-3 ricinoleate in the (polyglycerol-3 polyricinoleate and polyglycerol-3 ricinoleate) is 9: 1-9: 5; the weight ratio of the polyglycerol-6 polyhydroxyalkanoate to the polyglycerol-6 polyricinoleate in the (polyglycerol-6 polyhydroxystearate and polyglycerol-6 polyricinoleate) is 1: 1-3: 1.
wherein the oil phase thickener is one or more than one compound selected from glyceryl behenate/eicosanoate, (hydrogenated polydecene, hydrogenated (styrene/isoprene) copolymer and tocopherol), (caprylic/capric triglyceride, selea-lammonium hectorite, polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate and polyglyceryl-3 polyricinoleate).
Wherein the water phase is selected from one or more of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, dipropylene glycol, diglycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, glycerol, deionized water, trehalose, and isoprene glycol.
Wherein the cosmetic pigments include, but are not limited to, one or more of alumina, silica, calcium sodium borosilicate, mica, synthetic fluorophlogopite, CI77891, CI77019, CI77491, CI77492, CI77499, CI15850, CI77120, CI19140, CI75470, CI17200, CI73360, CI77163, CI42090, CI45410, CI45380 and CI 16035.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the water-in-oil lip glaze without the PEG emulsifier, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the oil phase and the polyglycerol emulsifier into an emulsifying pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, and then homogenizing at high speed until the oil phase and the polyglycerol emulsifier are completely and uniformly dissolved to obtain a phase A;
(2) grinding the cosmetic pigments and a part of the phase A for three times by a three-roll grinder and adding the ground cosmetic pigments and the part of the phase A back to the phase A; keeping the temperature at 80-85 ℃;
(3) uniformly mixing the oil phase thickening agents to obtain a phase B, adding the phase B into the rest phase A, and uniformly mixing at the speed of 2500-;
(4) adding the water phase into a water phase pot, heating to 30-40 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a C phase;
(5) gradually adding the phase C into the phase A, B, stirring at the speed of 500-1000 rpm for 20-30min, mixing uniformly, stopping stirring, continuing stirring uniformly, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the water-in-oil lip glaze without the PEG emulsifier.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) according to the invention, the polyglycerol emulsifier with specific content and specific compound ratio is compounded with the oil phase, the oil phase thickener, the water phase and the cosmetic pigments with specific content, and the water-in-oil lip glaze without the PEG emulsifier is prepared by the synergistic cooperation of the components, so that the requirements of modern consumers on temperature and non-irritation during use are met, and the problems of ethylene oxide residue, irritation and the like caused by the PEG emulsifier can be avoided; meanwhile, the water is directly supplemented to the lips, the surface layers of the lips can be instantly softened, the moisturizing effect is better, the stability is good, and the special makeup effect is durable.
