cooling to 45 ℃, adding the phase C raw material into an emulsifying pot, stirring uniformly, cooling to 40 ℃, homogenizing for 4-5min until the phase C raw material reaches the standard consistency, cooling to 38 ℃, reporting the standard of the pot, and discharging after the phase C raw material is qualified.
Comparative application example 1
A cosmetic composition which is different from the cosmetic composition of application example 1 in that polymethylsilsesquioxane in the D phase is replaced with the same amount of trimethylsiloxysilicate and the other components and the content are not changed, and the preparation method is the same as that of the above application example.
Comparative application example 2
A cosmetic is different from the cosmetic in application example 1 in that polydimethylsiloxane (2cst) in the phase D is replaced by polydimethylsiloxane (6cst) in the same amount, other components and contents are not changed, and the preparation method is the same as that of the application example. Polydimethylsiloxane (6cst) is a nonvolatile, low viscosity dimethylsilicone fluid.
Comparative application example 3
A cosmetic is different from the cosmetic in the application example 6 in that PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane, PEG/PPG-19/19 polydimethylsiloxane and PEG/PPG-20/20 polydimethylsiloxane in the phase D are replaced by the same amount of bis-PEG/PPG-14/14 polydimethylsiloxane, other components and contents are not changed, and the preparation method is the same as that of the application example.
Comparative application example 4
A cosmetic is different from the cosmetic in the application example 6 in that PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane, PEG/PPG-19/19 polydimethylsiloxane and PEG/PPG-20/20 polydimethylsiloxane in the phase D are replaced by the same amount of polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, other components and contents are not changed, and the preparation method is the same as that of the application example.
And (3) testing the efficacy:
the cosmetics obtained in the above application examples and comparative application examples were subjected to the following tests:
1. oil control effect simulation test
Test samples: application examples 1-6 and comparative application examples 3-4
The test method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing 4g of the cosmetics of the application examples 1-6 and the comparative application examples 3-4, uniformly coating the cosmetics on a glass culture dish with the diameter of 60mm, placing the glass culture dish in a constant temperature box with the temperature of 30 ℃, standing for 48 hours, and then placing the glass culture dish at room temperature for 30 min; then, 40ul of oleic acid was dropped onto the middle position of the dish, and after standing for 30 minutes, the area of the oleic acid diffused was observed, and the diameter of the oil spot was measured. Three groups of samples were made and the average was taken. The smaller the diameter of the oil spot is, the stronger the oil control capability of the product is. The results are shown in Table 2.

The results in table 2 show that the cosmetic surface oil spot diameter obtained in the above application examples is significantly smaller than that of comparative application examples 3 and 4, which indicates that the copolymer of polydimethylsiloxane and polyol is used as an emulsifier, which can well disperse functional powder, and is helpful for improving the adsorption effect of the powder on oil and fat, thereby achieving better oil control effect, and PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane, PEG/PPG-19/19 polydimethylsiloxane, PEG/PPG-20/20 polydimethylsiloxane are preferably used, which has better effect of dispersing functional powder.
2. Simulation test of make-up effect
Test samples: application examples 1 to 8 and comparative application examples 1 to 2
The test method comprises the following steps: 0.4g of the cosmetics of the above application examples 1 to 8 and comparative application examples 1 to 2 was weighed out, respectively, dropped on the forearm, smeared with a spoon having a smooth surface, left to stand for 10 minutes, and then dried naturally. The three areas were pressed with paper towels with the same force, and the weight gain (i.e. the transfer) of 3 paper towels was weighed with an analytical balance, and the results are averaged as shown in table 3. The smaller the increment, the smaller the migration, the greater the makeup retention of the product tested.

From the results in table 3, the migration volume of the products of the application examples 1 to 8 is obviously lower than that of the products of the comparative application examples 1 to 2, which shows that the products of the application examples 1 to 8 have better makeup-holding effect than that of the products of the comparative application examples 1 to 2, and shows that the two film-forming agents of the polymethylsilsesquioxane and the trimethylsiloxysilicate in the composition of the invention are synergistic, so that the powder can be tightly locked, and the migration resistance of the product is improved; the volatile silicone oil can well dissolve the film forming agent and the emulsifying agent, is beneficial to spreading the film forming agent and the functional powder on the skin, and achieves good make-up effect.
The migration amount of the products of application examples 1-6 is lower than that of the products of application examples 7 and 8, which shows that when the polymethylsilsesquioxane and the trimethylsiloxysilicate are compounded in a certain proportion, the film hardness of the trimethylsiloxysilicate film forming agent can be reduced, the brittleness of the trimethylsiloxysilicate film forming agent can be reduced, the friction resistance of the trimethylsiloxysilicate film forming agent can be improved, the toner migration can be effectively reduced, and a better makeup-holding effect can be achieved.
3. Sensory evaluation
Test samples: cosmetic preparations of application examples 1, 6, 7 and 8 and comparative application examples 1 to 4
Subject: the total 80 people, age 22-48 years, meet the volunteer selection standard of the subject.
The test method comprises the following steps: subjects were evenly divided into 8 groups, and the cosmetics of application examples 1, 6, 7, 8 and comparative application examples 1 to 4 were applied to the face, respectively, and the persistence, spreadability, smoothness, skin-contacting property, comfort, and oil control effect of the samples were evaluated in order in a scoring manner (0 to 5 points, the higher the score, the better the representative effect), and the results were averaged as shown in table 4.

From the results in the table above, the results of the application examples are that the durability, spreadability, smoothness, skin-attaching property, comfort and oil control effect of the product are all better than the effects of the comparative application examples, which shows that the composition with the makeup-holding and oil-control effect of the invention utilizes the interaction of polydimethylsiloxane, polyol copolymer, film-forming agent, functional powder and volatile silicone oil in a reasonable proportion to realize synergistic interaction, effectively improves the anti-migration property of foundation products, absorbs and flocculates and solidifies sebum, has good oil-resistant and oil-control effects, can effectively reduce the influence of the sebum secreted by the skin on the makeup appearance, and enables the skin to keep natural and lasting makeup.

Claims (10)

1. The composition with the effect of keeping makeup and controlling oil is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.8-2.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane-polyol copolymer, 4-11 parts of film-forming agent, 1-8 parts of functional powder and 14-33 parts of volatile silicone oil;
the functional powder is a mixture of synthetic fluorophlogopite, hydroxyapatite and zinc oxide;
the film forming agent is a combination of polymethylsilsesquioxane and trimethylsiloxysilicate.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dimethicone-polyol copolymer is a combination of any one or more of PEG/PPG-18/18 dimethicone, PEG/PPG-19/19 dimethicone, and PEG/PPG-20/20 dimethicone.
3. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the volatile silicone oil is one or a combination of cyclopentadimethicone and dimethicone.
4. The composition of claim 1, wherein the functional powder comprises, by mass, at least 70% of synthetic fluorophlogopite, at most 20% of hydroxyapatite, and at most 10% of zinc oxide.
5. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of polymethylsilsesquioxane to trimethylsiloxysilicate is: 1:1.5-1:10.
6. The composition as claimed in claim 3, wherein the polydimethylsiloxane is a low viscosity polydimethylsiloxane in the range of 1-2 cst.
7. Use of the composition with a make-up maintaining and oil controlling effect according to any one of claims 1 to 6 for preparing a cosmetic with a make-up maintaining and oil controlling effect.
8. A cosmetic with a make-up maintaining and oil controlling effect, which comprises the composition with the make-up maintaining and oil controlling effect as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. The cosmetic with the make-up and oil control effect according to claim 8, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 22-50% of the composition of any one of claims 1-6, 1.5-3.5% of an emulsifier, 4.5-12% of an emollient, 6-18% of a colorant, 0-3% of a sunscreen agent, 0.1-1.5% of a filler, 1.5-4.5% of a thickener, 0.3-0.6% of an antioxidant, 0.02-0.2% of a chelating agent, 0.3-1.5% of a stabilizer, 2-10% of a humectant, 0.07-0.5% of a skin conditioner, 0.2-0.8% of a preservative, 0-0.3% of a fragrance, and 22-35% of water.
10. Cosmetic product according to claim 9, characterized in that the emulsifier is bis-PEG/PPG-14/14 dimethicone// cyclopentadimethicone and/or polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate;
the emollient is selected from one or more of diphenyl polydimethylsiloxane, isostearic acid, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, VP/hexadecene copolymer, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), behenyl behenate, diisostearyl malate, triisostearin and polydimethylsiloxane;
the colorant is selected from one or more of CI 77492// triethoxyoctylsilane, CI 77491// triethoxyoctylsilane, CI77499// triethoxyoctylsilane, and CI 77891// aluminum hydroxide// triethoxyoctylsilane;
the sunscreen agent is titanium dioxide// aluminum hydroxide// stearic acid;
the filler is selected from one of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer, methyl methacrylate cross-linked polymer and silica;
the thickening agent is one or more of cyclopentadimethyl dimethyl siloxane// disteardimonium hectorite// propylene carbonate, disteardimonium hectorite, xanthan gum and cellulose gum;
the antioxidant is selected from one or more of tocopherol, butylated hydroxytoluene and p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the chelating agent is EDTA disodium;
the stabilizer is magnesium sulfate;
the humectant is one or more selected from glycerol, butanediol and propylene glycol.
The skin conditioner is selected from one or more of bisabolol, arginine and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
