Description

Children eye cream based on quinoa peptide and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care product manufacturing, and particularly relates to quinoa peptide-based children eye cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the eyesight of children is on the decline trend under the influence of the screen of a television, a computer and a mobile phone. The damage of blue light by the screen and the generation of free radicals are the main causes of vision deterioration. The attack of free radicals on the human body is first initiated by the cell membrane. The cell membrane is very elastic and flexible, which is determined by its loose chemical structure, and because of this, its electrons are easily lost, and thus the cell membrane is very vulnerable to free radical attack. Once electrons are abstracted by free radicals, the cell membrane loses elasticity and loses function. The damage caused by free radical attack on cells is mainly the oxidation of lipids: if lipid on the cell membrane is oxidized, the cell membrane is changed in a circulating way, and nutrients cannot enter the cell to cause cell necrosis. If the cell membrane is destroyed at a rate greater than the rate of cell regeneration, the function of the tissue and organ is affected and aging occurs. Attack protein, make protein lose function, or form macromolecule, and even break, cause pathological changes. Collagen tissue occurring under the skin can cause the skin to lose elasticity and the muscles and bones to be stiff. Furthermore, oxidative stress caused by free radicals may also cause inflammation.
The quinoa is rich in plant protein, and by decomposing the quinoa protein contained in the quinoa into quinoa peptide, the micromolecule protein polypeptide can promote the synthesis of collagen in skin cells, so that the problem of oxidizing free radical inflammatory cells around eyes can be solved.

c: after the enzymolysis is finished, raising the temperature of the solution to 95 ℃ to carry out inactivation reaction on the enzyme for 10min, and filtering the solution by utilizing a polysulfone roll-type ultrafiltration membrane under 0.3MPa after the solution is cooled to obtain chenopodium quinoa ultrafiltrate;
d: placing the quinoa ultrafiltrate into a spray dryer, and carrying out atomization drying on the filtrate by using a pressure spray drying method to finally obtain dry powder, namely the quinoa peptide powder.
Preferably, the enzyme is added in 6% of the chenopodium quinoa powder weight in the enzymolysis process of step b, wherein the mixed enzyme is a double-enzyme preparation consisting of papain and flavourzyme.
Further, the preparation method of the quinoa peptide-based children eye cream comprises the following steps:
s1: vitamin E, vitamin A, curcumin and coenzyme Q10 in parts by weight are stirred and dispersed in a lipid solvent by a dispersion machine at 35 ℃;
s2: uniformly stirring quinoa peptide powder prepared from quinoa at normal temperature and dissolving in deionized water solution with weight ratio of 4 times;
s3: putting the products obtained in S1 and S2, an emulsifier, a humectant, a stabilizer and a proper amount of water into a high-viscosity vacuum mixing stirrer, and organically mixing the materials under a vacuum condition;
s4: and keeping the temperature in the stirring tank at 46 ℃ and continuously stirring for 3h, and fully stirring and mixing to obtain a product, namely the quinoa peptide eye cream for children.
And (3) product effect detection:
the average molecular weight of the quinoa peptide powder obtained in the preparation process in the embodiments 1-5 of the invention is detected by using a CEM protein tester, and the detection result is that the average molecular weight of the protein peptide prepared in the 5 groups of embodiments is 537, which is a small molecular protein peptide suitable for effective absorption by human body.
5-10 g of the eye protection cream prepared in the embodiment 3 of the invention is applied to 50 past male and female children with no allergic symptoms in the morning and evening of each day in the age of 6-16 years, and the using effect of the product is detected. After 21 days, the skin cutin tester is used for testing the skin moisturizing effect, and the skin hydration is increased by 12.7 percent and the skin is healthier and more moist. A small amount of cells or blood around the eyes of a subject are taken before and after a test experiment by using an oxidative stress free radical detection analyzer FRAS5, cell oxidative stress evaluation comparison is carried out, and the content of free radicals in skin cells around the eyes is reduced by 70-80% after 21 days, so that the effect of eliminating cell oxidation is obvious.
In the test period of 21 days, all children to be tested do not have irritation and anaphylactic reaction caused by the product of the invention, and the product effect is safe and stable.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
