Skin aging is natural aging and aging caused by environmental factors, generally after 25 years old, metabolism of female skin is gradually slow, balance between proliferation and differentiation of cells and aging and apoptosis of cells is disturbed, so that the scavenging capacity of excessive aging cells to free radicals in the body is reduced, and in addition, the skin aging cells continuously contact with the outside, external pollution factors such as ultraviolet rays and electromagnetic radiation and the like continuously generate a large amount of free radicals and active oxygen in the human body, the free radicals and the active oxygen can act with proteins in the skin, so that the proteins are spatially heterogeneous, or active groups in molecules are oxidized to cause protein denaturation, further, the proteins lose original functions, and the proteins comprise collagen and elastin in dermis layers, so that skin elasticity is reduced, and wrinkles are generated.
Currently, there are a wide variety of commercially available anti-wrinkle products, and the general formulation contains the following major active ingredients: collagen or hydrolyzed collagen components can form obvious skin tightening effect on skin in a very short time, but can not really achieve long-acting anti-wrinkle and tightening effects. The retinol has outstanding anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects, but has poor stability and is easy to oxidize, so that the effectiveness of the retinol is limited, and the use effect of the retinol is reduced; in addition, high concentrations of retinol may cause irritation to sensitive skin. Hexapeptide and snake venom peptide substances are high in price, low in content and unobvious in effect, have certain side effects, and can cause local nerve injury and local skin sensibility reduction after long-term and large-scale use, and can cause muscle paralysis in severe cases, can cause facial muscle stiffness and influence facial expression. Based on the above statements, it can be seen that although the prior art wrinkle resistant products are diverse, there are few truly safe and effective products.

Further, the stirring speed is 300-500r/min, and the stirring time is 1-3min.
The beneficial effects of the application are as follows:
1. the composition is added with the ectoine, the collagen, the sodium hyaluronate and the hirudin, and the ectoine is a high-polarity molecule which has strong complexing ability with water molecules, so that the water molecules are arranged around the composition in a directional way, the spatial arrangement of the water molecules is changed, and the water loss is reduced; the elmendocin carrying water molecules tends to be distributed around proteins and cells, so that a hydration layer is formed outside the proteins and the cells by the water molecules, and damages of free radicals, active oxygen, ultraviolet rays and the like to the cells and the proteins are blocked; in addition, under the condition that the cells are in a high water environment, the metabolic activity of the cells is enhanced, more signal substances can be secreted to promote the regeneration of autologous collagen, so that the skin becomes more compact and full, and the generation of wrinkles is reduced; the sodium hyaluronate has extremely strong water absorption, can absorb more water, is used for complexing and arranging the ectoin, and has the combined action of the two, thereby improving the moisturizing, moisturizing and repairing effects;
collagen belongs to protein substances, micromolecular collagen can permeate into the skin, macromolecular collagen stays on the surface layer of the skin, the collagen is used as a positioning structure, the characteristics that the ectoin can directionally surround the collagen to be distributed, and the water molecules can surround the ectoin to be distributed are utilized, so that the water content of the surface layer and the deep layer of the skin is increased, the moisture content of the surface layer of the skin is increased, the moisturizing effect can be improved, the barrier effect of the skin can be enhanced, the influence of external factors on the skin is reduced, and the generation of free radicals and active oxygen is reduced; the moisture on the surface layer of the skin is increased, so that the cuticle can be softened, the metabolism of the cuticle can be accelerated, the skin state can be improved, and the purposes of shrinking pores, brightening skin color and relieving are achieved. The water content in the skin is increased, so that metabolism of the skin can be accelerated, and skin cell renewal can be promoted; the purpose of using two kinds of sodium hyaluronate with different molecular weights is to supplement water at different parts of skin, sodium hyaluronate mainly acts on the surface layer of skin, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate mainly acts on the deep layer of skin and is matched with the acting part of collagen, and a large amount of water is absorbed by the sodium hyaluronate and hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate to supplement enough water for the part distributed by the collagen, so that the protective effect on the collagen and cells is improved, and the soothing effect is further improved;
the hirudin is a substance with smaller molecular weight, can permeate into the dermis layer through the skin surface layer, is usually used as an anticoagulation component, can increase metabolism of skin tissues, improve symptoms such as dark yellow skin, color spots and the like, promotes autologous collagen production after the metabolism is enhanced, combines the effects of collagen, ectoin and sodium hyaluronate, and can obviously improve the problems such as wrinkles, dry lines, dark yellow skin and the like of the skin after long-term use.
2. When the product is prepared, small molecular collagen, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, ectoin and hirudin are dissolved in water to prepare a first solution, and then the first solution is wrapped in phospholipid to form phospholipid microspheres which are dispersed in grease; dissolving macromolecular collagen, sodium hyaluronate and carnosine in water to prepare a second solution, and directly mixing the grease containing phospholipid microspheres with the second solution when the prepared product is essence; when the prepared product is emulsion or facial cream, adding a proper amount of emulsifying agent into the emulsion to emulsify the emulsion; when in use, because the components of the phospholipid with cell membranes are almost the same, the phospholipid and the skin surface layer have better compatibility, and the phospholipid microspheres are fused with cells after being contacted with the cells, so that micromolecular collagen, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, ectoin, hirudin and the like contained in the phospholipid microspheres penetrate into the deep layer of the skin preferentially, and the action effect is improved; the macromolecular collagen, sodium hyaluronate and other components of the solution act on the skin after permeation of other components and act on the surface layer of the skin, and by adopting the method, the permeability of the small molecular components can be improved, the situation that the macromolecular components act on the surface layer of the skin preferentially to block permeation channels and obstruct permeation of the small molecular components is avoided, and the overall acting effect is further improved.
3. Carnosine can be actively combined with redundant sugar, so that collagen in skin is prevented from being saccharified, and the carnosine has certain effects of resisting sugar and scavenging free radicals; meanwhile, the carnosine is alkaline, can be used as an acid-base regulator while playing a role, replaces the conventional sodium hydroxide, and regulates the pH value of the solution, so that the prepared skin care product is 5.0-7.0, the comfort of the product when the product acts on the skin is improved, and the phenomenon of allergy of a patient is avoided.
