Collagen-containing skin anti-wrinkle composition, anti-wrinkle product and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to a collagen-containing skin anti-wrinkle composition, an anti-wrinkle product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin aging is natural aging and aging caused by environmental factors, generally after 25 years old, metabolism of female skin is gradually slow, balance between proliferation and differentiation of cells and aging and apoptosis of cells is disturbed, so that the scavenging capacity of excessive aging cells to free radicals in the body is reduced, and in addition, the skin aging cells continuously contact with the outside, external pollution factors such as ultraviolet rays and electromagnetic radiation and the like continuously generate a large amount of free radicals and active oxygen in the human body, the free radicals and the active oxygen can act with proteins in the skin, so that the proteins are spatially heterogeneous, or active groups in molecules are oxidized to cause protein denaturation, further, the proteins lose original functions, and the proteins comprise collagen and elastin in dermis layers, so that skin elasticity is reduced, and wrinkles are generated.
Currently, there are a wide variety of commercially available anti-wrinkle products, and the general formulation contains the following major active ingredients: collagen or hydrolyzed collagen components can form obvious skin tightening effect on skin in a very short time, but can not really achieve long-acting anti-wrinkle and tightening effects. The retinol has outstanding anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects, but has poor stability and is easy to oxidize, so that the effectiveness of the retinol is limited, and the use effect of the retinol is reduced; in addition, high concentrations of retinol may cause irritation to sensitive skin. Hexapeptide and snake venom peptide substances are high in price, low in content and unobvious in effect, have certain side effects, and can cause local nerve injury and local skin sensibility reduction after long-term and large-scale use, and can cause muscle paralysis in severe cases, can cause facial muscle stiffness and influence facial expression. Based on the above statements, it can be seen that although the prior art wrinkle resistant products are diverse, there are few truly safe and effective products.

Table 1: test procedure
(6) Adverse events
The classification of the skin adverse reaction is judged according to the classification standard of the skin adverse reaction in the human trial safety evaluation specified in the 2015 edition of the cosmetic safety technical Specification:
table 2: adverse reaction decomposition table
(7) Experimental results
Table 3: subject's skin heme Erythema value before and after use of test sample
Table 4: TEWL value (g/m) of percutaneous moisture loss before and after using test sample 2 h)
Table 5: subject skin elasticity R2 before and after use of test sample
Table 6: subject skin firmness before and after use of test sample F4
Table 7: skin color a values before and after use of the test sample by the subject
Table 8: subject use of test sample for anterior and posterior eye angular pattern conditions
Table 9: subject's pre-and post-use french conditions with test sample
Table 10: adverse reaction conditions
As can be seen from the results in tables 3-7, the test products of example 1 were used to demonstrate the efficacy of repair, relaxation, and tightening in that the test products of examples 1 were used to demonstrate the variations in TEWL, heme, a, skin firmness F4, and skin elasticity R2 that were all greater than the test products of comparative examples 1-5.
As can be seen from the results in tables 8 to 9, the test products of example 1 were used to test the test products for the presence of a reduced number of canthus lines and french lines, a reduced canthus line area ratio and a reduced canthus line and french line length, and a greater rate of change than the test products of comparative examples 1 to 5, and further demonstrated that the products of the present application had anti-wrinkle effects.
In comparative examples 1 to 5, the effects of hyaluronic acid, small molecular collagen, ectoin, hirudin and macromolecular collagen, which are hydrolyzed, are respectively canceled, and after canceling the above components, the effects of repairing, relieving, tightening, anti-wrinkle and the like of the product are all deteriorated, and analysis shows that each component in the composition has an interaction relationship, and after canceling a certain component, the interaction with other components is lost, thereby causing the effect of the product to be deteriorated.
As can be seen from the results in Table 10, the test persons did not show any adverse reaction after using the products of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 5, demonstrating that the product of the present application was used for the skin allergy test, and the skin allergy problem was not caused.
