Therefore, there is a need to provide an eye essence with multiple-effect repair function to meet the market demand.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a multi-effect eye repairing essence and a preparation method thereof. The skin cream has the advantages of coordinating components, and has effects of reducing fine lines, and eliminating black eye and pouch.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the multi-effect eye repair essence comprises, by weight, 0.5-1.5 parts of a small-molecule humectant, 1-2 parts of undecylenoyl phenylalanine, 2-4 parts of a cimicifuga foetida stem cell extract, 0.5-1 part of a pteridium aquilinum extract, 1-3 parts of a quinoa extract, 0.01-0.03 part of EDTA-disodium, 0.5-1 part of carboxymethyl β -dextran sodium, 0.5-2.5 parts of betaine, 0.1-0.5 part of a preservative and 50-60 parts of deionized water.

Leptera extract, Producer Hipport, Biotech Marine, available from Kunzao Chenopo extract, Producer Hipport, France Sabike, available from Guangzhou Baihabo Co., Ltd. carboxymethyl β -dextran sodium CAS No. 9050-93-5, available from Guangzhou Happy Lord trade Co., Ltd. ceramide CAS No. 3102-57-6, available from Guangzhou Baylor Bio-Tech Biotechnology Co., Ltd., allantoin CAS No. 97-59-6, 672, available from Guangzhou Ralo Raujin chemical Co., Ltd.,. dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline CAS No. 4181-5, available from Wuhan Xin Gamli Biotech.

Example 1 preparation of Cimicifuga stem cell extract

Test example I, irritation test

(1) The test substance: example 3 multi-effect eye-repairing essence prepared by formulations 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4.

The using method comprises the following steps: after the face is cleaned and the skin is refreshed in the morning and evening, a proper amount of essence is taken, is applied to the periphery of eyes by spot application, is evenly applied and is massaged until the essence is absorbed. Pouch volume was measured before use, 3 months after use, respectively. The determination of the volume of the eye bags is carried out using a technique known as fringe projection, and 3D images of the investigation region are acquired by a FaceScanner and processed using Optocat software (Breuckman, EoTech, germany).

The therapeutic effect judgment standard is as follows:

the effect is shown: the volume of the eye bags is reduced by more than 35 percent;

the method has the following advantages: the volume of the eye bags is reduced by 30-35%;

improvement: the volume of the eye bags is reduced by 0-30%;

and (4) invalidation: there was no change or increase in pouch volume.

The results are shown in Table 3 below.

The results show that when the multi-effect eye repair essence prepared by the formulas 1 to 5 in the embodiment 3 of the invention is respectively used by volunteer subjects, the pouch volume is obviously reduced, the obvious effective rate reaches more than 16.7 percent, and the effective rate reaches more than 41.7 percent; the conversion is better than 16.7 percent, and the inefficiency is 0 percent; and is obviously superior to the groups of comparative examples 1 to 4. The components of the multi-effect eye repairing essence provided by the invention are mutually coordinated, and the optimal pouch removing effect is exerted. In addition, no adipocyte appearance was observed on the eye skin during the test period for each of the groups of volunteers.

The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the above preferred embodiment should not be considered as limiting the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the scope defined by the claims. Claims

1. The multi-effect eye repair essence is characterized by comprising, by weight, 0.5-1.5 parts of a small-molecule humectant, 1-2 parts of undecylenoyl phenylalanine, 2-4 parts of a cimicifuga foetida stem cell extract, 0.5-1 part of a pteridium extract, 1-3 parts of a quinoa extract, 0.01-0.03 part of EDTA-disodium, 0.5-1 part of carboxymethyl β -sodium dextran, 0.5-2.5 parts of betaine, 0.1-0.5 part of a preservative and 50-60 parts of deionized water.

The multi-effect eye-repairing essence according to claim 1, which comprises the following components and the weight parts of the components, namely 1.5 parts of a small-molecule humectant, 1.5 parts of undecylenoyl phenylalanine, 3 parts of a cimicifuga foetida stem cell extract, 0.5 part of a pteridium extract, 2 parts of a quinoa extract, 0.02 part of EDTA-disodium, 0.8 part of carboxymethyl β -dextran sodium, 1.5 parts of betaine, 0.5 part of a preservative and 55 parts of deionized water.

The multi-effect eye-repairing essence according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the small-molecule moisturizer is one or more selected from the group consisting of glycerin, ceramide, allantoin, squalane, dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, xylitol, 1, 3-butylene glycol, sarcosine and small-molecule hyaluronic acid.

4. The multi-effect eye-repairing essence according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the preservative is one or more selected from hydroxyethylurea, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, methylisothiazolinone, chlorphenesin, methylparaben and ethylparaben.

5. The multi-effect eye repairing essence according to claim 4, wherein the preservative is composed of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin in a mass ratio of 1 (0.5-1).

6. The multi-effect eye repair essence according to claim 5, wherein the preservative is composed of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin in a mass ratio of 1: 1.

7. A method for preparing the multi-effect eye-repairing essence of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
