技术领域
本发明涉及一种轻客汽车,尤其涉及一种轻客汽车地板的铺设方法,属于汽车制造技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展和科技水平的提高,近年来国家对汽车行业的大力扶持,我国的汽车行业得到以快速发展,在总产量上已跃居世界第一;作为一个在汽车轮子上的国家,人们不断追求汽车的舒适度,对汽车的要求也越来越高,汽车内饰也越来越受到重视,商务车曾是大多数商务人群出行的不二选择,同时,随着市场需求,商务车在轻客市场也占有一定比重。现在的轻客汽车地板多铺设PVC软质地毯、PVC地毯耐污性差、易烟头烧伤、相比地板革的印花层而言,色彩较为单一,不够多样性等缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种轻客汽车地板的铺设方法,使其铺设过程中更加方便,提高工作效率。地板革主要特点为:自重轻、有弹性,机械强度好,脚感强度好,脚感舒适,耐磨,耐污,耐腐,隔热,隔音,防潮,吸水性小,绝缘性好,自熄,易清洁,施工简单,价格低廉,色彩多样性。有效的解决了轻客汽车地板铺设PVC软质地毯、PVC地毯耐污性差、易烟头烧伤、相比地板革的印花层而言,色彩较为单一,不够多样性等缺点。
本发明的技术方案为:一种轻客汽车地板的铺设方法,所述方法步骤为:一、原材料及工具准备;二、清洁竹胶板表面、保证竹胶板平整光滑;三、在竹胶板表面使用喷枪均匀的喷地板革粘接万能胶;四、地板革左右对称粘贴在竹胶板表面;五、对地板革进行裁切。
所述步骤一中,原材料包括地板革,工具包括毛刷、地板革粘接万能胶、美工刀、万能胶喷枪。
地板革应满足以下要求:单位面积质量:>900g/m2
宽度:2000mm
长度:根据轻型客车车身调整
厚度:>2mm
聚氯乙烯层厚度:基层>0.2mm,耐磨层>0.11mm
防火等级:B1级防火
所述步骤二中,按照铺设要求,竹胶板表面无杂质,无凹凸面,保证平整光滑。
所述步骤三中,万能胶应满足以下要求:
粘度:6000 ± 500cps Pa·s;
剪切强度:7000pcs MPa;
有效物质≥混合树脂;
工作温度:-20度~65度
万能胶中不含纯苯,滷代烃
执行标准:SGS
凝固时间:24小时
万能胶喷枪喷胶均匀即可,无厚度要求
所述步骤五中,用美工刀对地板革进行裁切,要非常注意,裁切的宽度应该稍微大于实际的宽度,这样子可以在搭接对花和修边时更加的合适。

实施例1:一种轻客汽车地板的铺设方法,所述方法步骤为:一、原材料及工具准备;二、清洁竹胶板表面、保证竹胶板平整光滑;三、在竹胶板表面使用喷枪均匀的喷地板革粘接万能胶;四、地板革左右对称粘贴在竹胶板表面;五、对地板革进行裁切。
步骤一中,原材料包括地板革,工具包括毛刷、地板革粘接万能胶、美工刀、万能胶喷枪。地板革应满足以下要求:

原材料及工具准备,按照车身地板尺寸大小,准备地板革,地板革长和宽略大于车身地板尺寸长和宽10mm.并准备好铺设地板革专用工具(包括毛刷、地板革粘接万能胶、美工刀、万能胶喷枪等)。
汽车已经铺了一层竹胶板,用毛刷把竹胶板表面做好清洁,并处理至平整光滑。
用装入地板革粘接万能胶的喷枪均匀的在竹胶板表面喷地板革粘接万能胶。
将地板革左右对称粘贴在汽车地板上。
用美工刀对铺好的地板革进行裁切,要非常注意,裁切的宽度应该稍微大于实际的宽度,这样子可以在搭接对花和修边时更加的合适。
采用本发明的技术方案,所铺设的轻型客车地板脚感强度好,脚感舒适,耐磨,耐污,耐腐,隔热,隔音,防潮,吸水性小,绝缘性好,自熄,易清洁,施工简单,价格低廉,色彩多样性,牢固性好、地板光滑平整。同时具有轻质高强、热性能良好、工艺性优良等优点,取得了很好的使用效果。

1.一种轻客汽车地板的铺设方法,其特征在于:所述方法步骤为:一、原材料及工具准备;二、清洁竹胶板表面、保证竹胶板平整光滑;三、在竹胶板表面使用喷枪均匀的喷地板革粘接万能胶;四、地板革左右对称粘贴在竹胶板表面;五、对地板革进行裁切。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻客汽车地板的铺设方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,原材料包括地板革,工具包括毛刷、地板革粘接万能胶、美工刀、万能胶喷枪。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轻客汽车地板的铺设方法,其特征在于:所述地板革的规格为:单位面积质量>900g/m2,厚度>2mm,聚氯乙烯层厚度:基层>0.2mm,耐磨层>0.11mm,防火等级:B1级防火。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻客汽车地板的铺设方法,其特征在于:所述万能胶的规格为:粘度:6000 ± 500cps Pa·s;剪切强度:7000pcs MPa;有效物质≥混合树脂;工作温度:-20度~65度,万能胶中不含纯苯,滷代烃,凝固时间为24小时。
