背景技术
地板即房屋地面或楼面的表面层,由木料或其他材料做成,地板的分类有很多,按结构分类有:实木地板、强化复合木地板、三层实木复合地板、竹木地板、防腐地板、软木地板以及目前最流行的多层实木复合地板等;按用途分类有:家用,商业用,防静电地板,户外地板,舞台舞蹈专用地板,运动馆场内专用地板,田径专用地板等;按环保等级分类有:E0级地板、E1级地板、F4级别地板,JAS星级标准的F4星地板等等。
PVC地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体地面装饰材料,也称为“轻体地材”,是一种在各个地区广受欢迎的产品,现有的PVC底板结构简单,功能较为单一,在长时间使用后容易受到外界因素磨损毁坏,在高温下环境下容易变形,同时不具有隔音的功能,降低了负氧离子PVC装饰板的适用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板及其制作工艺,具备阻燃性好,耐磨,隔音性好的优点,解决了现有的PVC底板结构简单,功能较为单一,在长时间使用后容易受到外界因素磨损毁坏,在高温下环境下容易变形,同时不具有隔音的功能,降低了负氧离子PVC装饰板适用性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板,包括负氧离子PVC基材层,所述负氧离子PVC基材层的顶部固定连接有阻燃层,所述阻燃层远离负氧离子PVC基材层的一侧固定连接有耐磨层,所述耐磨层远离阻燃层的一侧固定连接有UV强化层,所述负氧离子PVC基材层远离阻燃层的一侧固定连接有玻璃板基材层,所述玻璃板基材层远离负氧离子PVC基材层的一侧固定连接有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层远离玻璃板基材层的一侧固定连接有隔音层。
优选的,所述隔音层的内部分别放置有隔音横管和隔音纵管,所述隔音横管与隔音纵管连通,所述隔音横管的顶部连通有隔音短管,所述隔音横管、隔音纵管和隔音短管的内壁均固定连接有吸音棉,所述隔音层的顶部开设有与隔音横管和隔音纵管相示配的放置槽,所述隔音层的材料为复合软木,所述隔音横管、隔音纵管和隔音层是由高纯度的极细铁粉混入聚氯乙烯配置而成。

一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
A:选取材料氧化镁份、氯化镁份和水份,将氧化镁份、氯化镁份和水份依次加入密炼机中密炼加工;
B:将步骤A中密炼加工所得的材料加入开炼机中开炼加工,开炼加工完成后经压延成所需厚度的玻璃板基材层;
C:选取负氧离子PVC基材板,将负氧离子PVC基材板和步骤B中制得的玻璃板基材板的一面均涂抹胶粘剂,通过压板机将负氧离子PVC基材板和玻璃板基材层压制粘合在一起;
D:在玻璃纤维板的顶部均匀涂抹胶粘剂,通过压板机将玻璃纤维板与玻璃板基材层的底部压制贴合;
E:将融化后的阻燃硅胶均匀涂抹在步骤C中负氧离子PVC基材板的顶部,经阻燃硅胶冷却后将三聚氰胺树脂浸渍填充有耐磨材料的透明纸贴附在硅胶上,再次通过压板机进行复压,通过小刀将板材边界多余的透明纸裁切,使透明纸与板材边界吻合即可;
F:取份UV光油在容器中,加入份固化剂,通过搅拌棒进行混合搅拌,将混合液倒入利用油漆喷枪中,将步骤D中透明纸的顶部均匀喷涂一层UV光油,然后通过烤灯对UV光油进行烘烤,烘烤分钟后静置冷却;
G:选取隔音管,通过管材切割机将隔音管切割成不同长度的管材得到隔音横管、隔音纵管和隔音短管,将隔音横管、隔音纵管和隔音短管组装焊接在一起,将隔音层的顶部开设放置槽,放置槽的深度大于隔音短管顶部至隔音横管底部的距离,将隔音横管和隔音纵管放置在放置槽中,在玻璃纤维层的底部涂抹胶粘剂,将隔音层贴服在玻璃纤维层的底部;
H:在隔音层的底部均匀涂抹胶粘剂,选取塑料垫粘贴在隔音层的底部,通过小刀将隔音层边界多余的塑料垫裁切,使塑料垫与隔音层边界吻合即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过负氧离子PVC基材层、阻燃层、耐磨层、UV强化层、玻璃板基材层、玻璃纤维层、隔音层、隔音横管、隔音纵管、隔音短管和塑胶底背层进行配合,具备阻燃性好,耐磨,隔音性好的优点,解决了现有的PVC底板结构简单,功能较为单一,在长时间使用后容易受到外界因素磨损毁坏,在高温下环境下容易变形,同时不具有隔音的功能,降低了负氧离子PVC装饰板适用性的问题。
2、本发明通过负氧离子PVC基材层,具备释放负氧离子的功能,使产品持续不断释放负氧离子,达到降低甲醛,提高空气清新的效,通过阻燃层采用阻燃硅胶,具有导热,绝缘,防震性能,材质柔软表面自带粘性,操作方便,可提高地板的阻燃性,通过耐磨层采用三聚氰胺树脂浸渍的填充有耐磨材料的透明纸,UV强化层采用UV光油,可提高地板的耐磨性能,通过玻璃纤维层采用玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维具有不燃、耐腐蚀、耐高温、吸湿小、伸长小灯优良性能,不仅要比块状玻璃的强度高数十倍,而且远超过其他天然纤维、合成以及各种合金材料,是理想的增强材料,通过设置隔音层,可有效阻隔噪音,通过设置隔音横管、隔音纵管和隔音短管,对噪音进行吸收,噪音在管道中不断传播,通过设置吸音棉,能够对噪音进行吸收,达到降噪的功能,通过塑胶底背层采用塑胶,塑胶在任何季节及温差,均能维持高水准的品质,具有适度的弹性及反弹力,不会因紫外线、臭氧、酸雨的污染而褪色、粉化或软化,具有强韧的弹性及缓冲,可吸收强劲的冲击,表面不会受损特殊施工处理,粘接力强,可压制水份上升,无起泡、剥离等现象,通过设置玻璃板基材层,性能稳定的镁质胶凝材料,以中碱性玻纤网为增强材料,以轻质材料为填充物复合而成的新型不燃性装饰材料。

请参阅图1-3,一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板,包括负氧离子PVC基材层1,负氧离子PVC基材层1的顶部固定连接有阻燃层2,阻燃层2远离负氧离子PVC基材层1的一侧固定连接有耐磨层3,耐磨层3远离阻燃层2的一侧固定连接有UV强化层4,负氧离子PVC基材层1远离阻燃层2的一侧固定连接有玻璃板基材层5,玻璃板基材层5远离负氧离子PVC基材层1的一侧固定连接有玻璃纤维层6,玻璃纤维层6远离玻璃板基材层5的一侧固定连接有隔音层7,
隔音层7的内部分别放置有隔音横管8和隔音纵管9,隔音横管8与隔音纵管9连通,隔音横管8的顶部连通有隔音短管10,隔音横管8、隔音纵管9和隔音短管10的内壁均固定连接有吸音棉,隔音层7的顶部开设有与隔音横管8和隔音纵管9相示配的放置槽,隔音层7的材料为复合软木,隔音横管8、隔音纵管9和隔音层7是由高纯度的极细铁粉混入聚氯乙烯配置而成,通过负氧离子PVC基材层1、阻燃层2、耐磨层3、UV强化层4、玻璃板基材层5、玻璃纤维层6、隔音层7、隔音横管8、隔音纵管9、隔音短管10和塑胶底背层11进行配合,具备阻燃性好,耐磨,隔音性好的优点,解决了现有的PVC底板结构简单,功能较为单一,在长时间使用后容易受到外界因素磨损毁坏,在高温下环境下容易变形,同时不具有隔音的功能,降低了负氧离子PVC装饰板适用性的问题。
隔音层7远离玻璃纤维层6的一侧固定连接有塑胶底背层11,塑胶底背层11的材质为塑胶。
玻璃板基材层5和负氧离子PVC基材层1之间通过胶粘剂粘贴而成,玻璃板基材层5的主要材质为氧化镁、氯化镁和水三元体系。
阻燃层2的主要材质为阻燃硅胶,耐磨层3的主要材质为三聚氰胺树脂浸渍的填充有耐磨材料的透明纸。
UV强化层4的材质为UV光油,负氧离子PVC基材层1是有PVC和负氧离子粉混合配置而成。
负氧离子PVC基材层1,具备释放负氧离子的功能,使产品持续不断释放负氧离子,达到降低甲醛,提高空气清新的效,通过阻燃层2采用阻燃硅胶,具有导热,绝缘,防震性能,材质柔软表面自带粘性,操作方便,可提高地板的阻燃性,通过耐磨层3采用三聚氰胺树脂浸渍的填充有耐磨材料的透明纸,UV强化层4采用UV光油,可提高地板的耐磨性能,通过玻璃纤维层6采用玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维具有不燃、耐腐蚀、耐高温、吸湿小、伸长小灯优良性能,不仅要比块状玻璃的强度高数十倍,而且远超过其他天然纤维、合成以及各种合金材料,是理想的增强材料,通过设置隔音层7,可有效阻隔噪音,通过设置隔音横管8、隔音纵管9和隔音短管10,对噪音进行吸收,噪音在管道中不断传播,通过设置吸音棉,能够对噪音进行吸收,达到降噪的功能,通过塑胶底背层11采用塑胶,塑胶在任何季节及温差,均能维持高水准的品质,具有适度的弹性及反弹力,不会因紫外线、臭氧、酸雨的污染而褪色、粉化或软化,具有强韧的弹性及缓冲,可吸收强劲的冲击,表面不会受损特殊施工处理,粘接力强,可压制水份上升,无起泡、剥离等现象,通过设置玻璃板基材层5,性能稳定的镁质胶凝材料,以中碱性玻纤网为增强材料,以轻质材料为填充物复合而成的新型不燃性装饰材料。
一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
A:选取材料氧化镁100份、氯化镁100份和水150份,将氧化镁100份、氯化镁100份和水150份依次加入密炼机中密炼加工;
B:将步骤A中密炼加工所得的材料加入开炼机中开炼加工,开炼加工完成后经压延成所需厚度的玻璃板基材层5;
C:选取负氧离子PVC基材板,将负氧离子PVC基材板和步骤B中制得的玻璃板基材板的一面均涂抹胶粘剂,通过压板机将负氧离子PVC基材板和玻璃板基材层5压制粘合在一起;
D:在玻璃纤维板的顶部均匀涂抹胶粘剂,通过压板机将玻璃纤维板与玻璃板基材层5的底部压制贴合;
E:将融化后的阻燃硅胶均匀涂抹在步骤C中负氧离子PVC基材板的顶部,经阻燃硅胶冷却后将三聚氰胺树脂浸渍填充有耐磨材料的透明纸贴附在硅胶上,再次通过压板机进行复压,通过小刀将板材边界多余的透明纸裁切,使透明纸与板材边界吻合即可;
F:取100份UV光油在容器中,加入5份固化剂,通过搅拌棒进行混合搅拌,将混合液倒入利用油漆喷枪中,将步骤D中透明纸的顶部均匀喷涂一层UV光油,然后通过烤灯对UV光油进行烘烤,烘烤20分钟后静置冷却;
G:选取隔音管,通过管材切割机将隔音管切割成不同长度的管材得到隔音横管8、隔音纵管9和隔音短管10,将隔音横管8、隔音纵管9和隔音短管10组装焊接在一起,将隔音层7的顶部开设放置槽,放置槽的深度大于隔音短管10顶部至隔音横管8底部的距离,将隔音横管8和隔音纵管9放置在放置槽中,在玻璃纤维层6的底部涂抹胶粘剂,将隔音层7贴服在玻璃纤维层6的底部;
H:在隔音层7的底部均匀涂抹胶粘剂,选取塑料垫粘贴在隔音层7的底部,通过小刀将隔音层7边界多余的塑料垫裁切,使塑料垫与隔音层7边界吻合即可。
综上所述:该负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板及其制作工艺,通过负氧离子PVC基材层1、阻燃层2、耐磨层3、UV强化层4、玻璃板基材层5、玻璃纤维层6、隔音层7、隔音横管8、隔音纵管9、隔音短管10和塑胶底背层11进行配合,解决了现有的PVC底板结构简单,功能较为单一,在长时间使用后容易受到外界因素磨损毁坏,在高温下环境下容易变形,同时不具有隔音的功能,降低了负氧离子PVC装饰板适用性的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板,包括负氧离子PVC基材层(1),其特征在于:所述负氧离子PVC基材层(1)的顶部固定连接有阻燃层(2),所述阻燃层(2)远离负氧离子PVC基材层(1)的一侧固定连接有耐磨层(3),所述耐磨层(3)远离阻燃层(2)的一侧固定连接有UV强化层(4),所述负氧离子PVC基材层(1)远离阻燃层(2)的一侧固定连接有玻璃板基材层(5),所述玻璃板基材层(5)远离负氧离子PVC基材层(1)的一侧固定连接有玻璃纤维层(6),所述玻璃纤维层(6)远离玻璃板基材层(5)的一侧固定连接有隔音层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板,其特征在于:所述隔音层(7)的内部分别放置有隔音横管(8)和隔音纵管(9),所述隔音横管(8)与隔音纵管(9)连通,所述隔音横管(8)的顶部连通有隔音短管(10),所述隔音横管(8)、隔音纵管(9)和隔音短管(10)的内壁均固定连接有吸音棉,所述隔音层(7)的顶部开设有与隔音横管(8)和隔音纵管(9)相示配的放置槽,所述隔音层(7)的材料为复合软木,所述隔音横管(8)、隔音纵管(9)和隔音层(7)是由高纯度的极细铁粉混入聚氯乙烯配置而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板,其特征在于:所述隔音层(7)远离玻璃纤维层(6)的一侧固定连接有塑胶底背层(11),所述塑胶底背层(11)的材质为塑胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板,其特征在于:所述玻璃板基材层(5)和负氧离子PVC基材层(1)之间通过胶粘剂粘贴而成,所述玻璃板基材层(5)的主要材质为氧化镁、氯化镁和水三元体系。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(2)的主要材质为阻燃硅胶,所述耐磨层(3)的主要材质为三聚氰胺树脂浸渍的填充有耐磨材料的透明纸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板,其特征在于:所述UV强化层(4)的材质为UV光油,所述负氧离子PVC基材层(1)是有PVC和负氧离子粉混合配置而成。
7.根据权利要求1-6所述的一种负氧离子改性的PVC硬质复合地板制作工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A:选取材料氧化镁100份、氯化镁100份和水150份,将氧化镁100份、氯化镁100份和水150份依次加入密炼机中密炼加工;
B:将步骤A中密炼加工所得的材料加入开炼机中开炼加工,开炼加工完成后经压延成所需厚度的玻璃板基材层(5);
C:选取负氧离子PVC基材板,将负氧离子PVC基材板和步骤B中制得的玻璃板基材板的一面均涂抹胶粘剂,通过压板机将负氧离子PVC基材板和玻璃板基材层(5)压制粘合在一起;
D:在玻璃纤维板的顶部均匀涂抹胶粘剂,通过压板机将玻璃纤维板与玻璃板基材层(5)的底部压制贴合;
E:将融化后的阻燃硅胶均匀涂抹在步骤C中负氧离子PVC基材板的顶部,经阻燃硅胶冷却后将三聚氰胺树脂浸渍填充有耐磨材料的透明纸贴附在硅胶上,再次通过压板机进行复压,通过小刀将板材边界多余的透明纸裁切,使透明纸与板材边界吻合即可;
F:取100份UV光油在容器中,加入5份固化剂,通过搅拌棒进行混合搅拌,将混合液倒入利用油漆喷枪中,将步骤D中透明纸的顶部均匀喷涂一层UV光油,然后通过烤灯对UV光油进行烘烤,烘烤20分钟后静置冷却;
G:选取隔音管,通过管材切割机将隔音管切割成不同长度的管材得到隔音横管(8)、隔音纵管(9)和隔音短管(10),将隔音横管(8)、隔音纵管(9)和隔音短管(10)组装焊接在一起,将隔音层(7)的顶部开设放置槽,放置槽的深度大于隔音短管(10)顶部至隔音横管(8)底部的距离,将隔音横管(8)和隔音纵管(9)放置在放置槽中,在玻璃纤维层(6)的底部涂抹胶粘剂,将隔音层(7)贴服在玻璃纤维层(6)的底部;
H:在隔音层(7)的底部均匀涂抹胶粘剂,选取塑料垫粘贴在隔音层(7)的底部,通过小刀将隔音层(7)边界多余的塑料垫裁切,使塑料垫与隔音层(7)边界吻合即可。
