但是随着木地板需求量的增加,木材供应与需求的矛盾也日趋紧张,资源供不应求,应运而生了一种复合地板,复合地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型体地面装饰材料,也称为“轻体地材”是一种在欧美及亚洲的日韩广受欢迎的产品,风靡国外,从80年代初开始进入中国市场,至今在国内的大中城市已经得到普遍的认可,使用非常广泛,比如家庭、医院、学校、办公室、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业、体育场馆等各种场所,但是由于复合板在复合过程,由于采用面与面接触,其接触面积过小,相互之间存在位移的问题,在生产过程经常造成尺寸匹配精度低,废品率高,增加成本,浪费资源。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术的缺点,提出一种含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,层板之间接触面积大,粘接面积大,粘接牢固,能吸收声音,降低噪音,隔音效果好,相互之间不易位移,生产质量高,废品率低,提高生产效率。

所述粘接剂的组分按重量份数计为:ABS塑料:55-58份,丙烯酸叔丁酯:12-26 份,过氯乙烯树脂:25-29 份,四氢呋喃:6-9 份,水玻璃:12-14份,氟硅酸钠:3-5份,石墨粉:10-15份,C5氢化石油树脂:5-7份,抗氧剂:3-6份,纳米二氧化硅:12-14份,阻燃剂:7-9份,纳米陶瓷树脂:22-26份,醇基硅丙甲基树脂:12-15份,氧化铈:5-8份。

步骤1:先制备粘接剂,步骤如下:将:ABS塑料、丙烯酸叔丁酯、过氯乙烯树脂、四氢呋喃、环氧树脂、水玻璃、氟硅酸钠、石墨粉、C5氢化石油树脂、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅放入反应釜中加热至230-260℃,保温1-3小时,然后将阻燃剂、纳米陶瓷树脂、醇基硅丙甲基树脂、氧化铈放入反应釜中并加热至350-390℃,同时通入氮气并搅拌,搅拌速度为320-350r/min,搅拌时间为2-4小时,然后空冷至120-130℃,然后风冷,风冷速度为5-12℃/min,冷却至60-65℃,最后空冷至室温即可制成所述粘接剂;
步骤2:将耐磨防水层中的第一石墨层、橡胶层、海绵层和第二石墨层表面涂覆步骤1中的粘接剂,然后加热至45-55℃然后按要求依次叠加,并采用加压设备进行挤压成型,然后再整体加热至62-68℃,保温1-3小时,然后空冷至室温;

提供了含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板的制备方法,不仅操作简单,根据本方法生产的粘接剂不仅粘接性能强,而且耐候性和耐热性能强,适用于各种恶劣的环境中,将粘接剂涂覆与粘接层下表面,厚度为1-1.2mm,然后将粘接层与基层复合,加压定型的外力在30-35MPa,持续施压时间为5-8小时,然后再将粘接层上表面涂覆粘接剂,厚度为1-1.5mm,将耐磨防水层加热至45-48℃,然后进行复合,压力在32-38 MPa,持续施压时间为1-3小时,然后整体加热至60-62℃,加压为25-28MPa,持续3-5小时,最后空冷至室温即可为本技术方案的核心方法,粘接剂的厚度大小适宜,操作方便,并且采用30-35MPa的外力进行挤压定型,然后再整体加热,使粘接剂整体性得到最大的释放,再次均匀粘接剂的厚度,提高粘接强度。

下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明:
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,包括基层1,基层1上端设有耐磨防水层2,基层1与耐磨防水层2通过粘接层3连接,基层1上端面设有第一凹槽4,耐磨防水层2下端面设有第二凹槽5,第一凹槽4与第二凹槽5共同形成粘接层3的安装空间,粘接层3上表面与下表面分别设有向上凸起和向下凸起的粘接台6,粘接台6为V字形结构,粘接台6表面涂有粘接剂11,所述粘接台6分别与第一凹槽4与第二凹槽5配合;
粘接剂11的组分按重量份数计为:ABS塑料:55份,丙烯酸叔丁酯:12 份,过氯乙烯树脂:25 份,四氢呋喃:6份,水玻璃:12份,氟硅酸钠:3份,石墨粉:10份,C5氢化石油树脂:5份,抗氧剂:3份,纳米二氧化硅:12份,阻燃剂:7份,纳米陶瓷树脂:22份,醇基硅丙甲基树脂:12份,氧化铈:5份;
耐磨防水层2由下到上依次设有第一石墨层7、橡胶层8、海绵层9和第二石墨层10,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,阻燃剂采用无卤阻燃剂;
第一石墨层7的厚度为3mm,橡胶层8的厚度为5mm,海绵层9的厚度为3mm,第二石墨层10的厚度为7mm;
含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板的制备方法按以下步骤进行:
步骤1:先制备粘接剂,步骤如下:将:ABS塑料、丙烯酸叔丁酯、过氯乙烯树脂、四氢呋喃、环氧树脂、水玻璃、氟硅酸钠、石墨粉、C5氢化石油树脂、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅放入反应釜中加热至230℃,保温1小时,然后将阻燃剂、纳米陶瓷树脂、醇基硅丙甲基树脂、氧化铈放入反应釜中并加热至350℃,同时通入氮气并搅拌,搅拌速度为320r/min,搅拌时间为2小时,然后空冷至120℃,然后风冷,风冷速度为5℃/min,冷却至60℃,最后空冷至室温即可制成粘接剂;
步骤2:将耐磨防水层中的第一石墨层、橡胶层、海绵层和第二石墨层表面涂覆步骤1中的粘接剂,然后加热至45℃然后按要求依次叠加,并采用加压设备进行挤压成型,然后再整体加热至62℃,保温1小时,然后空冷至室温;
步骤3:将粘接剂涂覆与粘接层下表面,厚度为1mm,然后将粘接层与基层复合,加压定型的外力在30MPa,持续施压时间为5小时,然后再将粘接层上表面涂覆粘接剂,厚度为1mm,将耐磨防水层加热至45℃,然后进行复合,压力在32MPa,持续施压时间为1小时,然后整体加热至60℃,加压为25MPa,持续3小时,最后空冷至室温即可。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,包括基层1,基层1上端设有耐磨防水层2,基层1与耐磨防水层2通过粘接层3连接,基层1上端面设有第一凹槽4,耐磨防水层2下端面设有第二凹槽5,第一凹槽4与第二凹槽5共同形成粘接层3的安装空间,粘接层3上表面与下表面分别设有向上凸起和向下凸起的粘接台6,粘接台6为V字形结构,粘接台6表面涂有粘接剂11,所述粘接台6分别与第一凹槽4与第二凹槽5配合;
粘接剂11的组分按重量份数计为:ABS塑料:58份,丙烯酸叔丁酯:26 份,过氯乙烯树脂:29 份,四氢呋喃:9 份,水玻璃:14份,氟硅酸钠:5份,石墨粉:15份,C5氢化石油树脂:7份,抗氧剂:6份,纳米二氧化硅:14份,阻燃剂:9份,纳米陶瓷树脂:26份,醇基硅丙甲基树脂:15份,氧化铈:8份;
耐磨防水层2由下到上依次设有第一石墨层7、橡胶层8、海绵层9和第二石墨层10,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,阻燃剂采用无卤阻燃剂;
第一石墨层7的厚度为5mm,橡胶层8的厚度为7mm,海绵层9的厚度为5mm,第二石墨层10的厚度为9mm;
含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板的制备方法按以下步骤进行:
步骤1:先制备粘接剂,步骤如下:将:ABS塑料、丙烯酸叔丁酯、过氯乙烯树脂、四氢呋喃、环氧树脂、水玻璃、氟硅酸钠、石墨粉、C5氢化石油树脂、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅放入反应釜中加热至260℃,保温3小时,然后将阻燃剂、纳米陶瓷树脂、醇基硅丙甲基树脂、氧化铈放入反应釜中并加热至390℃,同时通入氮气并搅拌,搅拌速度为350r/min,搅拌时间为4小时,然后空冷至130℃,然后风冷,风冷速度为12℃/min,冷却至65℃,最后空冷至室温即可制成粘接剂;
步骤2:将耐磨防水层中的第一石墨层、橡胶层、海绵层和第二石墨层表面涂覆步骤1中的粘接剂,然后加热至55℃然后按要求依次叠加,并采用加压设备进行挤压成型,然后再整体加热至68℃,保温3小时,然后空冷至室温;
步骤3:将粘接剂涂覆与粘接层下表面,厚度为1.2mm,然后将粘接层与基层复合,加压定型的外力在35MPa,持续施压时间为8小时,然后再将粘接层上表面涂覆粘接剂,厚度为1.5mm,将耐磨防水层加热至48℃,然后进行复合,压力在38 MPa,持续施压时间为3小时,然后整体加热至62℃,加压为28MPa,持续5小时,最后空冷至室温即可。
实施例3
本实施例提供的一种含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,包括基层1,基层1上端设有耐磨防水层2,基层1与耐磨防水层2通过粘接层3连接,基层1上端面设有第一凹槽4,耐磨防水层2下端面设有第二凹槽5,第一凹槽4与第二凹槽5共同形成粘接层3的安装空间,粘接层3上表面与下表面分别设有向上凸起和向下凸起的粘接台6,粘接台6为V字形结构,粘接台6表面涂有粘接剂11,所述粘接台6分别与第一凹槽4与第二凹槽5配合;
粘接剂11的组分按重量份数计为:ABS塑料:57份,丙烯酸叔丁酯:15 份,过氯乙烯树脂:26 份,四氢呋喃:8份,水玻璃:13份,氟硅酸钠:4份,石墨粉:12份,C5氢化石油树脂:6份,抗氧剂:5份,纳米二氧化硅:13份,阻燃剂:8份,纳米陶瓷树脂:25份,醇基硅丙甲基树脂:14份,氧化铈:6份;
耐磨防水层2由下到上依次设有第一石墨层7、橡胶层8、海绵层9和第二石墨层10,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,阻燃剂采用无卤阻燃剂;
第一石墨层7的厚度为4mm,橡胶层8的厚度为6mm,海绵层9的厚度为4mm,第二石墨层10的厚度为8mm;
含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板的制备方法按以下步骤进行:
步骤1:先制备粘接剂,步骤如下:将:ABS塑料、丙烯酸叔丁酯、过氯乙烯树脂、四氢呋喃、环氧树脂、水玻璃、氟硅酸钠、石墨粉、C5氢化石油树脂、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅放入反应釜中加热至240℃,保温2小时,然后将阻燃剂、纳米陶瓷树脂、醇基硅丙甲基树脂、氧化铈放入反应釜中并加热至360℃,同时通入氮气并搅拌,搅拌速度为325r/min,搅拌时间为3小时,然后空冷至125℃,然后风冷,风冷速度为6℃/min,冷却至62℃,最后空冷至室温即可制成粘接剂;
步骤2:将耐磨防水层中的第一石墨层、橡胶层、海绵层和第二石墨层表面涂覆步骤1中的粘接剂,然后加热至50℃然后按要求依次叠加,并采用加压设备进行挤压成型,然后再整体加热至65℃,保温2小时,然后空冷至室温;
步骤3:将粘接剂涂覆与粘接层下表面,厚度为1.1mm,然后将粘接层与基层复合,加压定型的外力在32MPa,持续施压时间为6小时,然后再将粘接层上表面涂覆粘接剂,厚度为1.3mm,将耐磨防水层加热至46℃,然后进行复合,压力在35MPa,持续施压时间为2小时,然后整体加热至61℃,加压为26MPa,持续4小时,最后空冷至室温即可。

Claims (7)

1.一种含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,包括基层(1),其特征在于:所述基层(1)上端设有耐磨防水层(2),所述基层(1)与耐磨防水层(2)通过粘接层(3)连接,所述基层(1)上端面设有第一凹槽(4),所述耐磨防水层(2)下端面设有第二凹槽(5),所述第一凹槽(4)与第二凹槽(5)共同形成粘接层(3)的安装空间,所述粘接层(3)上表面与下表面分别设有向上凸起和向下凸起的粘接台(6),所述粘接台(6)为V字形结构,所述粘接台(6)表面涂有粘接剂(11),所述粘接台(6)分别与第一凹槽(4)与第二凹槽(5)配合;
所述粘接剂(11)的组分按重量份数计为:ABS塑料:55-58份,丙烯酸叔丁酯:12-26 份,过氯乙烯树脂:25-29 份,四氢呋喃:6-9 份,水玻璃:12-14份,氟硅酸钠:3-5份,石墨粉:10-15份,C5氢化石油树脂:5-7份,抗氧剂:3-6份,纳米二氧化硅:12-14份,阻燃剂:7-9份,纳米陶瓷树脂:22-26份,醇基硅丙甲基树脂:12-15份,氧化铈:5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,其特征在于:所述耐磨防水层(2)由下到上依次设有第一石墨层(7)、橡胶层(8)、海绵层(9)和第二石墨层(10),所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,所述阻燃剂采用无卤阻燃剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,其特征在于:所述第一石墨层(7)的厚度为3-5mm,橡胶层(8)的厚度为5-7mm,所述海绵层(9)的厚度为3-5mm,所述第二石墨层(10)的厚度为7-9mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,其特征在于:所述粘接剂(11)的组分按重量份数计为:ABS塑料:55份,丙烯酸叔丁酯:12 份,过氯乙烯树脂:25 份,四氢呋喃:6份,水玻璃:12份,氟硅酸钠:3份,石墨粉:10份,C5氢化石油树脂:5份,抗氧剂:3份,纳米二氧化硅:12份,阻燃剂:7份,纳米陶瓷树脂:22份,醇基硅丙甲基树脂:12份,氧化铈:5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,其特征在于:所述粘接剂(11)的组分按重量份数计为:ABS塑料:58份,丙烯酸叔丁酯:26 份,过氯乙烯树脂:29 份,四氢呋喃:9 份,水玻璃:14份,氟硅酸钠:5份,石墨粉:15份,C5氢化石油树脂:7份,抗氧剂:6份,纳米二氧化硅:14份,阻燃剂:9份,纳米陶瓷树脂:26份,醇基硅丙甲基树脂:15份,氧化铈:8份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,其特征在于:所述粘接剂(11)的组分按重量份数计为:ABS塑料:57份,丙烯酸叔丁酯:15 份,过氯乙烯树脂:26 份,四氢呋喃:8份,水玻璃:13份,氟硅酸钠:4份,石墨粉:12份,C5氢化石油树脂:6份,抗氧剂:5份,纳米二氧化硅:13份,阻燃剂:8份,纳米陶瓷树脂:25份,醇基硅丙甲基树脂:14份,氧化铈:6份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板,其特征在于:所述含有ABS塑料的耐磨防水强化地板的制备方法按以下步骤进行:
步骤1:先制备粘接剂,步骤如下:将:ABS塑料、丙烯酸叔丁酯、过氯乙烯树脂、四氢呋喃、环氧树脂、水玻璃、氟硅酸钠、石墨粉、C5氢化石油树脂、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅放入反应釜中加热至230-260℃,保温1-3小时,然后将阻燃剂、纳米陶瓷树脂、醇基硅丙甲基树脂、氧化铈放入反应釜中并加热至350-390℃,同时通入氮气并搅拌,搅拌速度为320-350r/min,搅拌时间为2-4小时,然后空冷至120-130℃,然后风冷,风冷速度为5-12℃/min,冷却至60-65℃,最后空冷至室温即可制成所述粘接剂;
步骤2:将耐磨防水层中的第一石墨层、橡胶层、海绵层和第二石墨层表面涂覆步骤1中的粘接剂,然后加热至45-55℃然后按要求依次叠加,并采用加压设备进行挤压成型,然后再整体加热至62-68℃,保温1-3小时,然后空冷至室温;
步骤3:将粘接剂涂覆与粘接层下表面,厚度为1-1.2mm,然后将粘接层与基层复合,加压定型的外力在30-35MPa,持续施压时间为5-8小时,然后再将粘接层上表面涂覆粘接剂,厚度为1-1.5mm,将耐磨防水层加热至45-48℃,然后进行复合,压力在32-38 MPa,持续施压时间为1-3小时,然后整体加热至60-62℃,加压为25-28MPa,持续3-5小时,最后空冷至室温即可。
