Abstract
The invention discloses a forward high-speed residual film picking and recycling machine which comprises a rack, a support, an arc-shaped grid baffle, a film lifting shovel, a land wheel, a picking device, a film removing impeller, a film removing housing, a film collecting box and the like. Pick-up device picks up tooth, spring including picking up cylinder, slope notch, arc, and pick-up device can adapt to the change of tractor forward speed by oneself, realizes picking up the high-speed of whole plastic film to provide power take off for the deciduate device. The demoulding impeller and the demoulding housing pick up the plastic film which rises along the arc-shaped grid bar baffle plate by the arc-shaped pick-up teeth and convey the plastic film to the film collecting box. The forward high-speed residual film picking and recycling machine has the advantages of being simple and reasonable in structural design, low in energy consumption, high in operation efficiency and the like.

The picking teeth of most existing residual film recycling machines are consistent with the advancing direction of a unit, soil and sundries are gathered towards the advancing direction of the unit continuously during operation, the front of the picking teeth is blocked more and more, the working resistance is greatly increased along with the increase of the advancing speed of the unit or the rotating speed of a roller, and high-speed operation is difficult to achieve. The picking device comprises a picking roller, an inclined notch, an arc-shaped picking tooth and a spring; one end of the inclined notch is fixedly connected to the picking roller; the arc-shaped picking teeth are hinged in the inclined notch; the spring is located between the adjacent slope notch of circumference, and the tooth is picked up to the arc is connected to one end, and the slope notch is connected to one end, and during initial condition, the spring is tensile state.

The transmission system 8 transmits power from the pickup device 9 to the demoulding impeller 12, so that the pickup device 9 and the demoulding impeller 12 rotate simultaneously to complete power transmission.
