The mulching film recovery device can recover mulching films to the film collecting box 2 through the cooperation of the film collecting roller and the residual film conveying toothed harrow; in the process of recycling the mulching films, the elastic teeth 9 of the film raking roller rake the film, and the sheet mulching films are lifted one by one, so that the mulching films are recycled, the mulching films are not easy to miss, and the recycling rate can be effectively improved; the elastic teeth 9 clean the elastic tooth shaft 8 and the main shaft 6 in the rotating process, and the mulching film is not easy to be hung and wound on the elastic teeth 9 through the auxiliary film removing roller 27, so that the mulching film can be continuously recovered; the problem of current incomplete membrane recovery machine twine easily, hang the plastic film and can not continuous operation, and the rate of recovery is low is solved, the specially adapted plastic film recycle.
