When the film bundle is unloaded, the film bundle unloading device lifts the whole bundling device to a certain height through the jacking hydraulic cylinder 22, cuts off power, then the uncovering side plate 15 of the bundling device is opened through the uncovering hydraulic cylinder 29 in a rotating mode around the fixed side plate 14, the uncovering side plate 15 drives the movable soil guide plate 31 to pour the film bundle out of the film bundle unloading guide plate 25, and finally the film bundle is unloaded through the film unloading guide plate 25.
In this embodiment, the fixed stand 20 and the sliding rack 21 adopt a sliding manner of a sliding chute and a sliding block. The fixed stand 20 is in a door shape and comprises two groove-shaped first upright columns 20-1 and a first connecting plate 20-2 for connecting the two first upright columns 20-1, wherein the first upright columns 20-1 are fixed on the side plate 12-1 of the rack 12. The carriage 21 includes a portal-shaped lifting frame and a slide bar. The second upright post 21-3 can slide up and down in the first upright post 20-1, the second upright post 21-3 and the vertical part 21-1 are fixed together, two gaps are formed between two sides of the vertical part 21-1 and two sides of the second connecting plate 21-3, and the two gaps slide up and down along two sides of the first upright post 20-1, so that the whole bundling device is prevented from being skewed when lifted, and the lifting is more stable.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the film discharge guide assembly includes a V-shaped film discharge guide 25 transversely disposed at the door-opening side plate 15 and a film discharge guide hydraulic cylinder 26 fixed to the frame 12 on the side of the film discharge guide 25. When the film bundle is unloaded, the V-shaped film unloading guide plate 25 ensures that the film bundle does not throw out the film unloading guide plate 25 when rolling down on the film unloading guide plate 25, and when the film unloading guide plate hydraulic cylinder 26 jacks up the film unloading guide plate 25, the film bundle smoothly slides out towards one side of the machine.
The residual soil collecting device comprises a fixed soil guide plate 30 obliquely arranged below the bundling device, a movable soil guide plate 31 hinged on the sliding frame 21 and a residual soil spiral conveyor 32 for conveying residual soil to one side, wherein a soil inlet is reserved at the upper part of the residual soil spiral conveyor 32, and a soil leakage opening is reserved at one side; the movable soil guide plate 31 is connected with the uncovering side plate 15 through a following chain 33, and the lower openings of the movable soil guide plate 31 and the fixed soil guide plate 30 are reduced under the bundling state and are opposite to the soil inlet of the residual soil screw conveyor 32.
The two vertical parts 21-1 are connected through a cross beam, the movable soil guide plate 31 is rotatably connected to the cross beam, under the normal bundling operation state of the bundling device, the end of the movable soil guide plate 31, which is not connected with the cross beam, is higher than the cross beam and is in a V shape with the fixed soil guide plate 30, a residual soil spiral conveyor 32 is arranged below the small end of the movable soil guide plate, and is used for receiving and conveying residual soil which slides into the movable soil guide plate along the two soil guide plates, and the two soil guide plates can receive residual soil dropped from the upper bundling device. When the film bundle needs to be removed, the bundling device rises, the movable soil guide plate 31 also rises along with the bundling device, the uncovering side plate 15 is opened, and meanwhile, the movable soil guide plate 31 is connected with the uncovering side plate 15 through the following chain 33, and the movable soil guide plate 31 rotates around the cross beam to turn out the film bundle. The residual soil is soil entering the pickup device along with the mulching film, mainly refers to soil blocks hardened on the surface of the mulching film, and also refers to soil brought by residual stubbles, weeds and the like, the hardened soil is broken under the bundling action after entering the bundling device, and the soil falls down into the residual soil spiral conveyor 32.
And the power transmission device is arranged on the frame 12 and is used for transmitting power. The power transmission device comprises a gearbox 42 fixed on a suspension bracket 12-2, a power machine transmits power to the gearbox 42 through a transmission shaft, and the transmission box 42 sequentially transmits the power to subsequent devices and parts through chain transmission, belt transmission and the like.
