Abstract

本发明提供一种按键组件,包括底板、键帽、弹性件以及平衡杆。底板包括本体及卡勾部,所述卡勾部具有孔洞。键帽设置于所述底板上。弹性件设置在所述底板与所述键帽之间。平衡杆具有连接部、杆部以及末端部,所述杆部组装至所述键帽,所述连接部连接在所述杆部及所述末端部之间,所述末端部穿入所述孔洞,其中所述末端部与所述连接部之间的夹角为钝角。

按键组件及包括此按键组件的键盘
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按键组件及包括此按键组件的键盘。
背景技术
一般按键组件中,平衡杆的末端会插入底板上的卡勾部中,而由于卡勾部与平衡杆的组装公差走向关系,在实际组装表现上会有间隙产生,因此当按压键帽时,按键组件因为作动引起的震动及碰撞而产生不悦耳的声音。
发明内容
本发明是针对一种有效降噪的按键组件及包括此按键组件的键盘。
根据本发明的实施例,按键组件包括底板、键帽、弹性件以及平衡杆。底板包括本体及卡勾部,所述卡勾部具有孔洞。键帽设置于所述底板上。弹性件设置在所述底板与所述键帽之间。平衡杆具有连接部、杆部以及末端部,所述杆部组装至所述键帽,所述连接部连接在所述杆部及所述末端部之间,所述末端部穿入所述孔洞,其中所述末端部与所述连接部之间的夹角为钝角。
根据本发明的实施例,键盘包括上述的按键组件。
在根据本发明的实施例的按键组件中,所述钝角大于90度且小于或等于150度。
在根据本发明的实施例的按键组件中,更包括设置于所述底板与所述键帽之间的膜片,其中所述弹性件设置于所述膜片上。
在根据本发明的实施例的按键组件中,所述膜片为薄膜电路板。
在根据本发明的实施例的按键组件中,所述底板具有对应于所述末端部的投影区域,所述膜片具有开口,且所述投影区域与所述开口至少部分范围重叠。
在根据本发明的实施例的按键组件中,当所述按键组件未经按压时,所述末端部相对远离所述连接部的第二端抵顶所述投影区域,且所述末端部连接于所述连接部的第一端与所述投影区域于垂直方向上彼此相隔一段距离。
在根据本发明的实施例的按键组件中,所述孔洞的尺寸为所述末端部直径的120%~150%。
在根据本发明的实施例的按键组件中,所述卡勾部为与所述本体一体成型的金属件。
在根据本发明的实施例的按键组件中,所述卡勾部为塑料件,经由埋射的方式形成于所述本体上。

具体实施方式
现将详细地参考本发明的示范性实施例,示范性实施例的实例说明于附图中。只要有可能,相同组件符号在图式和描述中用来表示相同或相似部分。
[第一实施例]
图1为本发明一实施例的按键组件的局部立体图、图2是图1的按键组件的剖视图,而图3为图1的另一视角的剖视图。请同时参考图1、图2及图3,按键组件10应用于键盘(未绘示)中,按键组件10包括底板11、键帽12、弹性件13以及平衡杆14。底板11包括本体111及卡勾部112,其中卡勾部112具有孔洞113。键帽12设置于底板11上。弹性件13设置在底板11与键帽12之间,且弹性件13及卡勾部112皆位于键帽12的正投影范围内。平衡杆14具有连接部141、杆部142以及末端部143,杆部142组装至键帽12,而连接部141连接在杆部142及末端部143之间,且末端部143穿入孔洞113。
图4为图1中的平衡杆14的示意图。特别的是,如图4所示,本实施例中的平衡杆14的末端部143与连接部141之间的夹角θ为钝角,且钝角的范围大于90度且小于或等于150度。
请继续参考图1、图2及图3,本实施例中的底板11的本体111例示由金属板制作而成,在其他未示出的实施例中,本体111可由其他材质,例如玻璃纤维强化板,所构成。此外,在本实施例中卡勾部112例示为塑料件,是由以埋射的方式形成于本体111上,然而在其他的未示出的实施例中,卡勾部112可与本体111一体成型。本体111具有对应于末端部143的投影区域P,且孔洞113的尺寸略大于平衡杆14的末端部143的直径,较佳为所述末端部143直径的120%~150%。
承上述,按键组件10还包括设置于底板11与键帽12之间的膜片15,其中膜片15放置在底板11上,且弹性件13设置于膜片15上。膜片15具有开口151,其中卡勾部112自底板11向上延伸并穿过开口151,且投影区域P与开口151至少部分范围重叠。在本实施例中,膜片15可为薄膜电路板;而在其他的实施态样中,膜片15可以是与薄膜电路板分别独立的组件。举例而言,按键组件10还可包括设置在底板11的下面的薄膜电路板,且底板11安置在薄膜电路板以及膜片15之间。在部分实施例中,平衡杆14的末端部143在穿入孔洞113后可抵触在膜片15上表面,藉此减少按压时的声响,然而本发明不以此为限,在部分实施例中,当底板11是由吸音性较佳的材质所构成时,平衡杆14的末端部143在穿入孔洞113后可抵触在底板11上。
按键组件10还包括支撑件16,设置在键帽12及底板11之间,其中支撑件16也位在键帽12的正投影范围内。
请参考图2,当按键组件10在未经按压的状态时,特别的是,由于平衡杆14的末端部143与连接部141之间的夹角θ形成钝角,因此末端部143相对远离连接部141的第二端1432抵顶投影区域P,末端部143连接于连接部141的第一端1431与投影区域P于垂直方向上彼此相隔一段距离。具体地说,末端部143自第二端1432沿着朝向第一端1431的方向,末端部143与投影区域P之间在垂直方向上的距离渐大。此时,平衡杆14的第二端1432以点接触的方式接触底板11的投影区域P,且平衡杆14的末端部143的第一端1431以点接触方式接触卡勾部112。
图5为当按键组件被按压时的示意图。请同时参考图1及图5,当按键组件10被按压时,使用者施力于键帽12,键帽12受力而向下移动,带动弹性件13以及支撑件16变形,平衡杆14因应键帽12的移动,而平衡杆14以其抵顶于底板11的投影区域P的末端部143的第二端1432作为转动轴心而转动,杆部142自相对远离底板11的位置移动至靠近底板11,其中末端部143的第一端1431仍维持与卡勾部112的接触。
而当停止施力于键帽12后,弹性件13的弹性恢复力带动键帽12及支撑件16向上恢复到原位,而组装至键帽12的平衡杆14受键帽12带动,平衡杆14以其末端部143的抵顶于底板11的投影区域P的第二端1432作为转动轴心而转动使得杆部142向上移动。
特别的是,由于平衡杆14的末端部143与连接部141之间的夹角θ形成钝角,因此随着键帽12被按压而平衡杆14向下转动,或是当向下的力停止施加于键帽12上而平衡杆14向上转动时,平衡杆14的末端部143的第二端1432都维持着接触卡勾部112的状态。藉由平衡杆14的末端部143的第二端1432始终接触卡勾部112,平衡杆14不会发生因为与卡勾部112脱离以及平衡杆14回弹所引起震动或与卡勾部112的碰撞而导致的刺耳的声响。换言之,按键组件10可以安静地作动。
[第二实施例]
图6为本发明第二实施例按键组件的示意图。请参考图6,本实施例与前述第一实施例大致相同,不同之处在于:在本实施例的按键组件中,平衡杆24的连接部241及末端部243设置为一对,且杆部242连接在一对连接部241之间。具体而言,平衡杆24的形状类似于「C」形。
[第三实施例]
图7为本发明第三实施例按键组件的示意图。请参考图7,与前述实施例不同的是,本实施例的按键组件40中使用了一对平衡杆44,且底板41的卡勾部412中的每一个具有供平衡杆44的末端部443对应穿入的一对孔洞413。
由上述可知,在本发明的按键组件及包括此按键组件的键盘中,通过使平衡杆的末端部与连接部之间的夹角为钝角,使得按键组件的键帽在被按压或是未经按压的状态下,平衡杆的末端部的第一端始终维持着接触卡勾部,因此可以防止平衡杆发生因为与卡勾部脱离或平衡杆回弹所引起震动或与卡勾部的碰撞而导致的刺耳的嘎嘎声,有效降低按键组件作动时可能发出的噪音。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种按键组件,其特征在于,包括:
底板,包括本体及卡勾部,所述卡勾部具有孔洞;
键帽,设置于所述底板上;
弹性件,设置在所述底板与所述键帽之间;以及
平衡杆,具有连接部、杆部以及末端部,所述杆部组装至所述键帽,所述连接部连接在所述杆部及所述末端部之间,所述末端部穿入所述孔洞,其中所述末端部与所述连接部之间的夹角为钝角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述钝角大于90度且小于或等于150度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,更包括膜片,设置于所述底板与所述键帽之间,其中所述弹性件设置于所述膜片上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述膜片为薄膜电路板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述底板具有对应于所述末端部的投影区域,所述膜片具有开口,且所述投影区域与所述开口至少部分范围重叠。
6.根据权利要求5所述的按键组件,其特征在于,当所述按键组件未经按压时,所述末端部相对远离所述连接部的第二端抵顶所述投影区域,且所述末端部连接于所述连接部的第一端与所述投影区域于垂直方向上彼此相隔一段距离。
7.根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述孔洞的尺寸为所述末端部直径的120%~150%。
8.根据权利要求3所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述卡勾部为与所述本体一体成型的金属件。
9.根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述卡勾部为塑料件,经由埋射的方式形成于所述本体上。
10.一种键盘,其特征在于,包括如前述权利要求1至9项中任一项所述的按键组件。
