本发明公开了一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液及其制备方法,涉及润滑剂及铜镁复合板带材轧制领域。本发明选择季戊四硬脂酸酯、含氮硼酸酯和PAO‑8作为基础油,NP‑9和NP‑10作为乳化剂,油酸正丁酯和C16~18醇作为油性剂,亚磷酸二正丁脂和含氮硼酸酯作为极压剂,噻二唑类衍生物、丁烯酸酰胺作为缓蚀剂,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、乳化硅油和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物作为消泡剂,TH‑1135和565作为抗氧剂,制备具有润滑、防锈、清洗、环保并可循环使用的铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液,减少板带表面黏着造成的损伤,降低产品边角开裂情况,清洗掉渐进成形过程中产生的大量铜粉和镁粉,有效提高产品表面质量和尺寸精度,同时降低了企业生产成本。

技术领域
本发明属于板材渐进成形润滑技术领域,具体涉及一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液及其制备方法。
背景技术
在实际应用中,铜镁复合板既有铜导电性能最好,又具有镁最轻的金属结构材料,在汽车、航空航天、电子电路领域得到越来越广泛的应用。渐进成形是铜镁复合板带最主要的变形方式之一,但是对于铜镁复合板渐进成形润滑领域的研究却相对较少。
铜镁复合板带材在渐进成形过程中,由于工具头与板料之间的摩擦,出现“黏镁、黏铜”现象,不仅浪费能源,还降低渐进成形速度。此外,镁、铜在高温下易氧化,而铜镁复合板一般采用中温渐进成形,渐进成形温度一般在250~400℃易被氧化的温度范围,给铜镁复合板的润滑增加了困难。渐进成形润滑技术有助于防粘降摩、降低渐进成形消耗和改善轧后产品表面质量等优点,还可以控制和改善晶粒组织等作用。目前大多数铜镁复合板带生产企业在生产过程中不采用任何润滑剂,直接进行渐进成形,但会引起板带材表面质量差、厚度不均、边缘开裂等缺陷;如果选用全油型润滑液,虽然润滑性和防锈性较好,但是冷却效果较差,易发生板料黏工具等不良影响;同时润滑油对板带材表面污染严重,生产过程中产生的大量铜粉、镁粉颗粒,并造成巨大的能源浪费,同时工具头的隔绝保温作用不够理想,渐进成形温度不够稳定,因此,需要开发一种油水分散均匀的乳化液。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液及其制备方法,不仅润滑性能、防锈抗氧性能优良,同时能够清洗渐进成形过程中产生的大量铜粉、镁粉颗粒,提高铜镁复合板带材的表面质量;还能利用乳化液的“离水展着性”使油份吸附在工具头表面,起到隔绝保温的作用,稳定渐进成形温度,降低工具头的“黏铜、黏镁”程度,同时渐进成形乳化液能够减少渐进成形能耗,提高生产成品率,并且可循环使用且使用周期较长,降低企业生产成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液,其特征在于,按重量百分比计该乳化液由以下组分组成:

其中,基础油由季戊四硬脂酸酯、含氮硼酸酯和PAO-8组成;乳化剂由NP-9和NP-10组成;油性剂由油酸正丁酯和C16~18醇组成;极压剂由亚磷酸二正丁脂和含氮硼酸酯组成;缓蚀剂由噻二唑类衍生物和丁烯酸酰胺组成;消泡剂由聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、乳化硅油和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物组成;抗氧剂由TH-1135和565组成。
为优化上述技术方案,采取的具体措施还包括:

其中,NP-9和NP-10的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.5;油酸正丁酯和C16~18醇的复配重量比例范围为0.5~3.0;亚磷酸二正丁脂和含氮硼酸酯的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.5,噻二唑类衍生物和丁烯酸酰胺的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.0。
本发明还保护一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液的制备方法,包括以下步骤,为避免各类添加剂之间的相互反应影响各自的效果,乳化液各成分的加入具有特定的次序;
(1)按上述配方量将基础油、抗氧剂、极压剂、油性剂和缓蚀剂按先后顺序加入超声波分散器中混合均匀,再加入反应釜中,在转速为80~160r/min下边加热边搅拌至55~80℃,恒温搅拌20~45分钟,然后冷却至30~50℃,保温15~20分钟;
(2)搅拌结束后,再将配方量的乳化剂加入反应釜中,再向其中加入配方量的消泡剂,加热恒温搅拌,冷却至室温,得到铜镁复合板带材渐进成形基础乳化油;
(3)再将步骤(2)得到的基础乳化油放入超声波分散器中,超声处理后,再将配方量的去离子水缓慢加入,加热至50~70℃恒温搅拌30~60分钟,最终得到乳白色均匀液体,即为铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液。
进一步地,所述乳化液的组分按重量百分比计为,季戊四硬脂酸酯:6.0%~12.0%;含氮硼酸酯:6.0%~12.0%;PAO-8:3.0%~6.0%;NP-9:0.1%~0.4%;NP-10:0.2%~0.6%;油酸正丁酯:0.15%~1.5%;C16~18醇:0.3%~0.5%;亚磷酸二正丁脂:0.1%~1.5%;含氮硼酸酯:0.2%~1.0%;噻二唑类衍生物:0.1%~0.5%;丁烯酸酰胺:0.2%~0.5%;聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚:0.005%~0.05%;乳化硅油:0.005%~0.05%;高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物:0.005%~0.05%;TH-1135:0.1%~0.5%;565:0.1%~0.5%;去离子水:75.0%~80.0%;其中,NP-9和NP-10的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.5;油酸正丁酯和C16~18醇的复配重量比例范围为0.5~3.0;亚磷酸二正丁脂和含氮硼酸酯的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.5,噻二唑类衍生物和丁烯酸酰胺的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.0。
进一步地,步骤(1)中,在超声波分散器中混合均匀具体是指:在5~35KHz的频率下超声20~45分钟。
进一步地,步骤(2)中,加热至55~75℃恒温搅拌25~45分钟。

本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明可以直接用于铜镁复合板带材渐进成形生产过程。该乳化液具有油膜强度高、摩擦系数小、稳定性好、耐腐蚀、铜板面清洁性好等良好的润滑特性,乳化液可以循环使用,并且环保,制备的铜镁复合板带材渐进成形乳化液可以冲洗渐进成形过程中产生的大量铜粉和镁粉,从而有效地改善了产品表面质量,降低了渐进成形能耗和企业成产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
实施例1配方见下表:

按上表的各组分重量配方,制备铜镁复合板渐进成形乳化液。具体为:将油酸正丁酯(0.15g)、C16~18醇(0.3g)、亚磷酸二正丁脂(0.1g)、含氮硼酸酯(0.2g)、噻二唑类衍生物(0.1g)、丁烯酸酰胺(0.2g)按先后顺序加入超声波分散器中,在25KHz的频率下超声30分钟,使这四种添加剂混合均匀。然后将季戊四硬脂酸酯(6.0g)、含氮硼酸酯(10.0g)、PAO-8(3g)和上述油性剂、极压剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧剂的混合添加剂加入反应釜中,在转速为80r/min下边加热边搅拌至80℃,恒温搅拌时间为20分钟,然后冷却至45℃保温20分钟;搅拌结束后,将聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚(0.005g)、乳化硅油(0.005g)和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物(0.005g)加入反应釜中,再向其中加入NP-9(0.1g)和NP-10(0.2g),加热至70℃恒温搅拌25分钟,冷却至室温,得到镁合金板带材轧制基础乳化油。然后将所得到的轧制基础乳化油放入超声波分散器中,在25KHz的频率下超声45分钟。最后将去离子水(78.635g)缓慢加入乳化油中,加热至70℃恒温搅拌30分钟,最终得到乳白色均匀液体,即铜镁复合板渐进成形乳化液。

按上表的各组分重量配方,制备铜镁复合板渐进成形乳化液。具体为:将油酸正丁酯(0.16g)、C16~18醇(0.3g)、亚磷酸二正丁脂(0.1g)、含氮硼酸酯(0.2g)、噻二唑类衍生物(0.1g)、丁烯酸酰胺(0.2g)按先后顺序加入超声波分散器中,在5KHz的频率下超声45分钟,使这四种添加剂混合均匀。然后将季戊四硬脂酸酯(7.0g)、含氮硼酸酯(7.0g)、PAO-8(6g)和上述油性剂、极压剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧剂的混合添加剂加入反应釜中,在转速为120r/min下边加热边搅拌至65℃,恒温搅拌时间为30分钟,然后冷却至50℃保温15分钟;搅拌结束后,将聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚(0.02g)、乳化硅油(0.02g)和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物(0.05g)加入反应釜中,再向其中加入NP-9(0.1g)和NP-10(0.2g),加热至60℃恒温搅拌35分钟,冷却至室温,得到镁合金板带材轧制基础乳化油。然后将所得到的轧制基础乳化油放入超声波分散器中,在5KHz的频率下超声60分钟。最后将去离子水(77.25g)缓慢加入乳化油中,加热至60℃恒温搅拌45分钟,最终得到乳白色均匀液体,即铜镁复合板渐进成形乳化液。
实施例3
实施例3配方见下表:

按上表的各组分重量配方,制备铜镁复合板渐进成形乳化液。具体为:将油酸正丁酯(1.5g)、C16~18醇(0.5g)、亚磷酸二正丁脂(1.5g)、含氮硼酸酯(1.0g)、噻二唑类衍生物(0.5g)、丁烯酸酰胺(0.5g)按先后顺序加入超声波分散器中,在35KHz的频率下超声20分钟,使这四种添加剂混合均匀。然后将季戊四硬脂酸酯(8.0g)、含氮硼酸酯(8.0g)、PAO-8(4g)和上述油性剂、极压剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧剂的混合添加剂加入反应釜中,在转速为160r/min下边加热边搅拌至55℃,恒温搅拌时间为20分钟,然后冷却至50℃保温15分钟;搅拌结束后,将聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚(0.05g)、乳化硅油(0.05g)和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物(0.05g)加入反应釜中,再向其中加入NP-9(0.4g)和NP-10(0.6g),加热至60℃恒温搅拌15分钟,冷却至室温,得到镁合金板带材轧制基础乳化油。然后将所得到的轧制基础乳化油放入超声波分散器中,在35KHz的频率下超声20分钟。最后将去离子水(78.35g)缓慢加入乳化油中,加热至50℃恒温搅拌60分钟,最终得到乳白色均匀液体,即铜镁复合板渐进成形乳化液。
制得的产品性能指标如下:

由上述的检测结果可知,本发明实施例1、实施例2和实施例3制备的铜镁复合板渐进成形乳化液的各项指标均达到了相应的性能要求。参见图1-4,由于本发明是针对层状金属复合板的轧金属加工,图1的结果可知铜表面纹理粗糙,光洁度差,而图2-4的SEM图可以明显看到铜表面十分光滑,不存在凹凸起伏的不规则形貌,说明体系中的缓蚀剂起到了阻止铜极氧化腐蚀的效果,也可以对轧件表面的缺陷和裂纹起到修补的作用,减少了铜和镁金属之间的干扰,从而使得复合板面质量进一步提高。参见图5是本发明的各实施例的乳化液摩擦系数随时间的变化,由图可知本发明实施例的摩擦系数明显低于传统的油性润滑剂,特别是实施例2配方制备的乳化液,其摩擦系数最低,说明本发明制备的乳化液具有优良的极压抗磨性能和负荷承载能力,能有效改性传统乳化液的综合摩擦学性能;参见图6是乳化液久置48h析油析皂和消泡效果对比图,其中,(a)为常规乳化剂和消泡剂制备的润滑剂;(b)为实施例1制备的乳化液;(c)为实施例2制备的乳化液;(d)为实施例3制备的乳化液,由图可知,相比于常规的产品,本发明制备的乳化液没有出现分层的现象,说明根据本发明内容实施案例的析油析皂总量明显少于传规乳化剂制备的乳化液,并且本发明制备的乳化液的稳定性好。
综上所述,本发明制备的具有润滑、防锈、清洗、环并可循环使用的铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液,无论在单一性能上,还是在整体性能上,都明显优于传统的润滑剂,本发明可以减少板带表面黏着造成的损伤,降低产品边角开裂情况,清洗掉渐进成形过程中产生的大量铜粉和镁粉,有效提高产品表面质量和尺寸精度。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液,其特征在于,按重量百分比计该乳化液由以下组分组成:

其中,基础油由季戊四硬脂酸酯、含氮硼酸酯和PAO-8组成;乳化剂由NP-9和NP-10组成;油性剂由油酸正丁酯和C16~18醇组成;极压剂由亚磷酸二正丁脂和含氮硼酸酯组成;缓蚀剂由噻二唑类衍生物和丁烯酸酰胺组成;消泡剂由聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、乳化硅油和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物组成;抗氧剂由TH-1135和565组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液,其特征在于,按重量百分比计该乳化液由以下组分组成:

其中,NP-9和NP-10的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.5;油酸正丁酯和C16~18醇的复配重量比例范围为0.5~3.0;亚磷酸二正丁脂和含氮硼酸酯的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.5,噻二唑类衍生物和丁烯酸酰胺的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.0。
3.权利要求1所述的一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述配方量将基础油、抗氧剂、极压剂、油性剂和缓蚀剂按先后顺序加入超声波分散器中混合均匀,再加入反应釜中,在转速为80~160r/min下边加热边搅拌至55~80℃,恒温搅拌20~45分钟,然后冷却至30~50℃,保温15~20分钟;
(2)搅拌结束后,再将配方量的乳化剂加入反应釜中,再向其中加入配方量的消泡剂,加热恒温搅拌,冷却至室温,得到铜镁复合板带材渐进成形基础乳化油;
(3)再将步骤(2)得到的基础乳化油放入超声波分散器中,超声处理后,再将配方量的去离子水缓慢加入,加热至50~70℃恒温搅拌30~60分钟,最终得到乳白色均匀液体,即为铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳化液的组分按重量百分比计为,季戊四硬脂酸酯:6.0%~12.0%;含氮硼酸酯:6.0%~12.0%;PAO-8:3.0%~6.0%;NP-9:0.1%~0.4%;NP-10:0.2%~0.6%;油酸正丁酯:0.15%~1.5%;C16~18醇:0.3%~0.5%;亚磷酸二正丁脂:0.1%~1.5%;含氮硼酸酯:0.2%~1.0%;噻二唑类衍生物:0.1%~0.5%;丁烯酸酰胺:0.2%~0.5%;聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚:0.005%~0.05%;乳化硅油:0.005%~0.05%;高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物:0.005%~0.05%;TH-1135:0.1%~0.5%;565:0.1%~0.5%;去离子水:75.0%~80.0%;其中,NP-9和NP-10的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.5;油酸正丁酯和C16~18醇的复配重量比例范围为0.5~3.0;亚磷酸二正丁脂和含氮硼酸酯的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.5,噻二唑类衍生物和丁烯酸酰胺的复配重量比例范围为0.5~1.0。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,在超声波分散器中混合均匀具体是指:在5~35KHz的频率下超声20~45分钟。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,加热至55~75℃恒温搅拌25~45分钟。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种铜镁复合板带渐进成形乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,超声处理具体是指:5~30KHz的频率下超声30~60分钟。
