技术领域
本发明涉及一种化学处理剂,属于材料表面处理技术领域,具体地涉及一种光整液组合物及其制备方法与用途。
背景技术
目前,随着钢铁工业的发展,钢铁工业热镀锌板生产技术发展很快,热镀锌技术快速发展使得表面质量与冷轧板和电镀锌板媲美,热镀锌产品在汽车、家电领域使用广泛,特别是汽车用热镀锌用量也急剧增加,汽车用热镀锌板生产技术更是精益求精。我国在热镀锌板生产产量上已成为世界上第一生产国,在大力提高热镀锌板生产率和提高产品质量的同时,还需要注重节省资源及环境保护。
生产热镀锌板时,由于锌液成分、气刀或冷却风机控制不当,带钢表面有时会产生一些白色的镀层云纹,这种缺陷使板面看起来较花,直接影响镀锌板的表面质量,采用适当的光整工艺可以有效的减轻”镀层云纹”的缺陷。光整机作为钢板件整形、美容的一种设备,应运而生,特别是为满足汽车用热镀锌板高质量要求,光整机液在光整工艺上起到一定作用。
热镀锌板光整工艺主要功能:1、消除低碳钢的屈服平台或使屈服平台不明显,从而防止镀锌板在随后的拉延或深冲加工时出现滑移线;2、改善板形,提高钢板平整度;3、能为热镀锌板表面提供一定的粗糙度,一方面改善冲压性能,另一方面可提高漆膜的附着力和表面光洁度。
目前,常用的光整液含有亚硝酸盐。亚硝酸盐能够提供优良的耐腐蚀性能,但其清洗性能差、板面光亮度差,同时,亚硝酸盐类化合物对人体具有一定的危害作用。
此外,由于光整液在热镀锌板面上的有残留,该残留物会极大的影响热镀锌板的后处理阶段。例如,光整后的热镀锌板在进行六价铬、三价铬或无铬钝化处理时,发生钝化膜不连续现象。这种现象极大地影响了镀锌板的后处理及钝化板质量。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种光整液组合物及其制备方法与用途,该光整液组合物中的各组分具备协同作用,可充分发挥各自固有的物理、化学防锈性能,对热镀锌钢板具有良好的防锈抗腐蚀性能,以及较好的润滑性。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种光整液组合物,它包括如下质量百分比含量的各组分:复合防锈剂:15~30%,缓蚀剂:4~8%,表面活性剂:3~6%,润滑剂:2~4%,复合添加剂:1~2%,水:50~75%;
其中,所述缓蚀剂为水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和/或壬基苯氧基乙酸;
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和/或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐。
进一步地,所述润滑剂为甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯。
进一步地,所述复合防锈剂包括硼酸、硫酸羟胺和丙烯酰胺,且各组分占光整液总质量的百分比含量分别为4~8%、5~10%和6~12%。
进一步地,所述复合添加剂为硅烷偶联剂类。
进一步地,当缓蚀剂为水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和壬基苯氧基乙酸的复配物时,所述水溶性咪唑啉酰胺与壬基苯氧基乙酸的质量比为1:1~5:1。

1)向去离子水中加入复合防锈剂,控制温度45~55℃条件下,搅拌至透明;
2)向步骤1)所得产品中加入缓蚀剂、表面活性剂后继续搅拌均匀;
3)向步骤2)所得产品中加入润滑剂和复合添加剂,温度降至35~45℃,继续搅拌至成为透明均匀液体,即制得光整液组合物;
其中,所述缓蚀剂为水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和/或壬基苯氧基乙酸;
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和/或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐;
所述润滑剂为甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯;
所述复合防锈剂包括硼酸、硫酸羟胺和丙烯酰胺。

此外,本发明还公开了一种光整液组合物在光整设备上对热镀锌板的应用,它包括采用光整液组合物直接涂覆在热镀锌板表面。
进一步地,它包括采用质量百分含量为2~5%的光整液组合物喷淋在热镀锌板表面,轧制后用清水喷淋,去除残留光整液并烘干,再进行后续常规处理。
有益效果:
1、本发明设计的光整液具备高抗盐性、低发泡性和易形成低粘度乳状液的特点;
2、本发明设计的光整液通过在界面上形成紧密牢固的吸附膜,有利于提高热镀锌板的防锈功能;
3、本发明设计的光整液有效的改善了热镀锌板表面的清洁状况,通过保持光辊辊面的清洁,避免因杂质压入,杂质粘着而产生辊痕等缺陷,有利于提高板面的润滑性;
4、本发明设计的光整液与后续需要涂覆的钝化液及防锈油兼容性好,有利于在热镀锌板表面形成均匀、连续的涂覆层。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种光整液组合物,它包括如下质量百分比含量的各组分:复合防锈剂:15~30%,缓蚀剂:4~8%,表面活性剂:3~6%,润滑剂:2~4%,复合添加剂:1~2%,水:50~75%;
其中,所述缓蚀剂为水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和/或壬基苯氧基乙酸;当缓蚀剂为水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和壬基苯氧基乙酸的复配产物时,本发明优选所述水溶性咪唑啉酰胺与壬基苯氧基乙酸的质量比为1:1~5:1。其中,本发明采用水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和壬基苯氧基乙酸组成水溶性缓蚀剂,其具有足够强的极性基团,烃基大小适当且含有较长侧链的芳烃和环烷烃,能在界面上形成紧密牢固的吸附膜,防锈性能良好。
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和/或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐,当表面活性剂为十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐的混合物时,二者的质量比优选为1:1~1:4。本发明选用十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐作为表面活性,因为非离子具有高抗盐性、低发泡性和易形成低粘度乳状液的特点。可改善热镀锌板表面的清洁状况,保持光辊辊面的清洁,避免因杂质压入,杂质粘着而产生辊痕等缺陷。
所述润滑剂为甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯。本发明选用的甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯作为润滑剂既具有防锈、润滑功能,还具有助溶剂作用,进一步提高防锈性能。同时减少热镀锌板与光整辊的磨损,因而可减少轧辊消耗,提高轧辊寿命。
所述复合防锈剂包括硼酸、硫酸羟胺和丙烯酰胺,且各组分占光整液总质量的百分比分别为4~8%、5~10%和6~12%。
所述复合添加剂为硅烷偶联剂类,具体优选甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷和异氰酸酯基硅烷。
本产品其组配具有协同效果,可充分发挥各自固有的物理和化学防锈性能,对热镀锌钢板具有良好的防锈性和润滑性。
为更好的实现本发明技术目的,本发明还公开了上述光整液组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:
1)向去离子水中加入复合防锈剂,控制温度45~55℃条件下,搅拌至透明;

在容器中加入去离子水,先依次加入硼酸8%,硫酸羟胺10%,丙烯酰胺12%,在温度50℃条件下,搅拌20±5min,搅拌至透明。
再加入缓蚀剂:5%的水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和3%的壬基苯氧基乙酸,表面活性剂:2%的十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和4%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐。持续搅拌10min。
最后加入4%的甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯及2%的硅烷偶联剂,温度降为40℃,持续搅拌至溶液为透明均匀液体,得到所需环保光整液。
实施例2
在容器中加入去离子水,先依次加入硼酸4%,硫酸羟胺5%,丙烯酰胺6%,在温度50℃条件下,搅拌20±5min,搅拌至透明。
再加入缓蚀剂:3%的水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和1%的壬基苯氧基乙酸,表面活性剂:1%的十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和2%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐。持续搅拌10min。
最后加入2%的甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯及1%的硅烷偶联剂,温度降为40℃,持续搅拌至溶液为透明均匀液体,得到所需环保光整液。
实施例3
在容器中加入去离子水,先依次加入硼酸6%,硫酸羟胺8%,丙烯酰胺10%,在温度50℃条件下,搅拌20±5min,搅拌至透明。
再加入缓蚀剂:4%的水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和2%的壬基苯氧基乙酸,表面活性剂:1%的十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和4%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐。持续搅拌10min。
最后加入3%的甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯及1%的硅烷偶联剂,温度降为40℃,持续搅拌至溶液为透明均匀液体,得到所需环保光整液。
实施例4
在容器中加入去离子水,先依次加入硼酸7%,硫酸羟胺7%,丙烯酰胺8%,在温度50℃条件下,搅拌20±5min,搅拌至透明。
再加入缓蚀剂:3%的水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和3%的壬基苯氧基乙酸,表面活性剂:2%的十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和2%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐。持续搅拌10min。
最后加入4%的甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯及2%的硅烷偶联剂,温度降为40℃,持续搅拌至溶液为透明均匀液体,得到所需环保光整液。
实施例5
在容器中加入去离子水,先依次加入硼酸5%,硫酸羟胺6%,丙烯酰胺9%,在温度50℃条件下,搅拌20±5min,搅拌至透明。
再加入缓蚀剂:5%的水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和2%的壬基苯氧基乙酸,表面活性剂:2%的十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和3%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐。持续搅拌10min。
最后加入3%的甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯及1%的硅烷偶联剂,温度降为40℃,持续搅拌至溶液为透明均匀液体,得到所需环保光整液。
对比例1
采用现有技术公开的光整液,其包括如下质量份数的各组分:三乙醇胺22~30份,二乙醇胺3~5份,硼酸5~10份,癸二酸3~6份,表面活性剂3~6份,太古油8~12份,新癸酸4~6份,三嗪化合物2~4份,乳化硅油0.2~0.5份,水49.8~20.5份。
对比例2
与实施例1相比,不添加缓蚀剂,其它均与实施例1保持相同。
对比例3
与实施例1相比,将表面活性剂替换为十二烷基苯磺酸钠常用的表面活性剂,其它均与实施例1保持相同。
实施例6
本实施例公开了采用上述实施例1~6及对比例1~3制得的光整液在光整设备上对镀锌板的应用,具体光整过程如上所述。
实施例7
将上述实施例6处理后的镀锌板,继续涂覆钝化剂和防锈油,本实施例优选所述钝化剂为六价铬和耐指纹钝化剂所述防锈油为常用防锈油,肉眼观察钝化剂、防锈油膜层是否均匀、连续,用来研究本环保光整液与钝化剂、防锈油的兼容性。具体结果如表1所示:

实施例8
将上述实施例6处理后的热镀锌板进行耐腐蚀性或润滑性测试,具体测试过程及结果如下所示;
通过叠片试验,研究本发明光整液的耐蚀性。
用5%本发明的光整液处理过的热镀锌板三片,中间滴6滴水,叠片在室温条件下放置,隔48小时添加6滴水,直到白锈产生。
通过测量摩擦系数(根据JT/T 763-2009进行测试),体现其润滑性。具体测试结果如表2所示;

由上述实施例可知,本发明设计的光整液与后续需要涂覆的钝化液及防锈油兼容性好,有利于在热镀锌板表面形成均匀、连续的涂覆层,并且该表面涂覆的光整液的耐蚀性好,有利于提高热镀锌板的防锈功能。

Claims (7)

1.一种光整液组合物,其特征在于,它包括如下质量百分比含量的各组分:复合防锈剂:15~30%,缓蚀剂:4~8%,表面活性剂:3~6%,润滑剂:2~4%,复合添加剂:1~2%,水:50~75%;
其中,所述缓蚀剂为水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和壬基苯氧基乙酸,且所述水溶性咪唑啉酰胺与壬基苯氧基乙酸的质量比为1:1~5:1;
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和/或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐;
所述复合防锈剂包括硼酸、硫酸羟胺和丙烯酰胺,且各组分占光整液总质量的百分比含量分别为4~8%、5~10%和6~12%;
所述润滑剂为甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯,所述复合添加剂为硅烷偶联剂类。
2.根据权利要求1所述光整液组合物,其特征在于,当表面活性剂为十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐的混合物时,二者的质量比为1:1~1:4。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述光整液组合物,其特征在于,它包括如下质量百分比含量的各组分:硼酸:4%,硫酸羟胺:5%,丙烯酰胺:6%,水溶性咪唑啉酰胺:3%,壬基苯氧基乙酸:1%,十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚:1%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐:2%,甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯:2%,硅烷偶联剂:1%,其余为水。
4.一种权利要求1所述光整液组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:
1)向去离子水中加入复合防锈剂,控制温度45~55℃条件下,搅拌至透明;
2)向所述步骤1)所得产品中加入缓蚀剂、表面活性剂后继续搅拌均匀;
3)向所述步骤2)所得产品中加入润滑剂和复合添加剂,温度降至35~45℃,继续搅拌至成为透明均匀液体,即制得光整液组合物;
其中,所述缓蚀剂为水溶性咪唑啉酰胺和壬基苯氧基乙酸;
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基聚氧乙烯基醇醚和/或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯铵盐;
所述润滑剂为甲基苯基硬脂酸蔗糖酯;
所述复合防锈剂包括硼酸、硫酸羟胺和丙烯酰胺。
5.根据权利要求4所述光整液组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述光整液组合物常温下为无色至淡黄液体,1%w/w配比下密度为0.99~1.10,3%v/v配比下电导率为245~345 us/cm。
6.一种权利要求1所述光整液组合物在光整设备上对热镀锌板的应用,其特征在于,它包括采用光整液组合物直接涂覆在热镀锌板表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述光整液组合物在光整设备上对热镀锌板的应用,其特征在于,它包括采用质量百分含量为2~5%的光整液组合物喷淋在热镀锌板表面,轧制后用清水喷淋,去除残留光整液并烘干,再进行后续常规处理。
