本发明涉及一种带钢冷轧乳化油及其制备方法,所述带钢冷轧乳化油包括以下组分:组分A:10%?40%、组分B:15%?45%、组分C:5%?20%、组分D:3%?10%、组分E:2%?8%、组分F:2%?8%、组分G:1.8%?7%、其它助剂H:1.5%?6%。本发明所述的冷轧乳化油粘度适宜,挥发度好,皂化值适中,该冷轧乳化油溶于水后,乳液颗粒大小适中,使得轧出的带钢表面光洁度好,没有残留物,对提高带钢后道工序的镀锌质量起到关键的作用,轧制液使用周期长、成本低廉、能够延长轧辊的使用寿命,降低生产成本,且制备方法简单,易于大规模推广应用,从而带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

本发明涉及带钢冷轧润滑及防锈技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中,带钢冷轧乳化油的制备方法通常为:以矿物油为主要原料,将其加温到一定温度后,加入乳化剂、油性剂、抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂等添加物。在现有技术的带钢冷轧乳化油轧制过程中,带钢表面极易残留轧制油灰,影响带钢的表面光洁度,严重影响带钢镀锌后的表面质量,这种轧制液的使用浓度较高,使用周期短,轧制液池子浮油较严重,增加了企业的生产成本和公认的劳动强度。基于此,一种价格低廉、轧制成品质量优异、使用周期长。效率高的带钢冷轧乳化油成为带钢轧制企业迫切的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带钢冷轧乳化油及其制备方法,以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油,由下述原料组成:
组分A:10%-40%、组分B:15%-45%、组分C:5%-20%、组分D:3%-10%、组分E:2%-8%、组分F:2%-8%、组分G:1.8%-7%、组分H:1.5%-6%,以上组分重量百分数之和为100%,其中:
组分A为变压器油,透平油和46号机械油中的一种或多种;
组分B为氧化菜籽油、棉籽油、椰油醇和棕榈油中的一种或几种;
组分C为季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的一种或几种;
组分D为山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物、咪唑啉型化合物、甜菜碱型表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、椰子酸二乙醇胺缩合物中的一种或几种;
组分E为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或几种与油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硼酸在一定温度条件反应下的缩合物;
组分F为石油磺酸盐、碱性二壬基萘磺酸盐、环烷酸盐、十二烯基丁二酸、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐中的一种或几种;
组分G为极压抗磨剂T203、T301、T304中的一种或几种;
组分H为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、二烷基二苯胺、二甲基硅油、乙醇、杀菌剂中的一种或几种。
所述石油磺酸盐包括石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸锌、石油磺酸镁的一种或几种。
所述二壬基萘磺酸盐包括二壬基萘磺酸钡、二壬基萘磺酸锌、二壬基萘磺酸胺的一种或多种。
一种含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于,在一个装有搅拌装置和加温装置的反应釜中,加入组分A,升温至65-70℃,再加入组分B和组分C,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,然后加入组分D和组分E,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,加入组分F、组分G及组分H,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,降温至30℃,过滤,得到成品乳化油。
本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的冷轧乳化油粘度适宜,挥发度好,皂化值适中,该冷轧乳化油溶于水后,乳液颗粒大小适中,使得轧出的带钢表面光洁度好,没有残留物,对提高带钢后道工序的镀锌质量起到关键的作用,轧制液使用周期长、成本低廉、能够延长轧辊的使用寿命,降低生产成本,且制备方法简单,易于大规模推广应用,从而带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

组分A:30%、组分B:25%、组分C:15%、组分D:10%、组分E:6%、组分F:5%、组分G:4.5%、组分H:4.5%,其中:
组分A为变压器油,透平油和46号机械油的混合物;
组分B为氧化菜籽油、椰油醇和棕榈油中的混合物;
组分C为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯;
组分D为椰子酸二乙醇胺缩合物;
组分E为油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硼酸、与二乙醇胺在一定温度条件反应下的缩合物,硼酸与二乙醇胺反应的缩合物结构式为:
组分F为石油磺酸盐、碱性二壬基萘磺酸盐、环烷酸锌、十二烯基丁二酸、十七烯基咪唑啉、烯基丁二酸盐中的混合物;
组分G为极压抗磨剂T203与T304的混合物;
组分H为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和二甲基硅油的混合物:

一种含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于,在一个装有搅拌装置和加温装置的反应釜中,加入变压器油和46号机械油中的一种或两种,升温至65-70℃,再加入氧化菜籽油、椰油醇和棕榈油中的混合物,再加入失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,然后加入椰子酸二乙醇胺缩合物,再加入油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硼酸、与二乙醇胺的缩合物,在一定温度条件反应下的缩合物,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,加入石油磺酸钡、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡、环烷酸锌、十二烯基丁二酸、十七烯基咪唑啉、烯基丁二酸盐中的混合物,然后加入极压抗磨剂,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,降温至40℃,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和二甲基硅油的混合物,保温反应30min后降温至30℃,取样检测成品油的透明度、乳液的颗粒度及乳液的PH,合格后过滤包装,得到成品乳化油。
实施例2
一种含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油,由下述原料组成:
组分A:28%、组分B:30%、组分C:15%、组分D:8%、组分E:5.5%、组分F:5%、组分G:5%、其它助剂G:3.5%,其中:
组分A为变压器油,透平油和46号机械油中的混合物;
组分B为椰油醇;
组分C为季戊四醇油酸酯;
组分D为山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚;
组分E为油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硼酸、与一乙醇胺在一定温度条件反应下的缩合物;
组分F为石油磺酸盐、碱性二壬基萘磺酸盐的混合物;
组分G为极压抗磨剂T304;
组分H为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、二烷基二苯胺和二甲基硅油的混合物;
所述石油磺酸盐为石油磺酸钡;
所述二壬基萘磺酸盐为二壬基萘磺酸钡。
一种含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于,在一个装有搅拌装置和加温装置的反应釜中,加入变压器油和46号机械油中的混合物,升温至65-70℃,再加入椰油醇和季戊四醇油酸酯,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,然后加入山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚和油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硼酸、与一乙醇胺在一定温度条件反应下的缩合物,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,加入石油磺酸钡、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡的混合物,然后加入极压抗磨剂,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,降温至40℃,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、二烷基二苯胺和二甲基硅油的混合物,保温反应30min后降温至30℃,取样检测成品油的透明度、乳液的颗粒度及乳液的PH,合格后过滤包装,得到成品乳化油。
对比例为某国产冷轧带钢轧制油产品,其主要成分为精制矿物油、油性剂、极压剂、乳化剂等组成的钢带冷轧乳化油。
表1为本发明实施例与对比例的性能对比。
根据表1可知,本发明所述的冷轧乳化油粘度适宜,皂化值适中,轧出的带钢表面光洁度好,残留物少,润滑效果较现有技术中轧制油具有明显的优异性。
表2为本发明实施例中不同组分的油膜强度和摩擦系数。
表3为基础组分对轧制压下率的影响。

Claims (5)

1.一种含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油,其特征在于,由下述原料按照如下重量百分数组成:
组分A:10%-40%、组分B:15%-45%、组分C:5%-20%、组分D:3%-10%、组分E:2%-8%、组分F:2%-8%、组分G:1.8%-7%、组分H:1.5%-6%,其中:
组分A为变压器油,透平油和46号机械油中的一种或多种;
组分B为氧化菜籽油、棉籽油、椰油醇和棕榈油中的一种或几种;
组分C为季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的一种或几种;
组分D为山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物、咪唑啉型化合物、甜菜碱型表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、椰子酸二乙醇胺缩合物中的一种或几种;
组分E为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或几种与油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硼酸在一定温度条件反应下的缩合物;
组分F为石油磺酸盐、碱性二壬基萘磺酸盐、环烷酸盐、十二烯基丁二酸、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐中的一种或几种;
组分G为极压抗磨剂T203、T301、T304中的一种或几种;
组分H为:2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、二烷基二苯胺、二甲基硅油、乙醇、杀菌剂中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油,其特征在于,所述组分C中失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯由山梨醇脱水与脂肪酸反应制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油,其特征在于,所述石油磺酸盐包括石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸锌、石油磺酸镁的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油,其特征在于,所述二壬基萘磺酸盐包括二壬基萘磺酸钠、二壬基萘磺酸钙、二壬基萘磺酸钡、二壬基萘磺酸锌、二壬基萘磺酸胺的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含硼酸酯的带钢冷轧乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于,在一个装有搅拌装置和加温装置的反应釜中,加入组分A,升温至65-70℃,再加入组分B和组分C,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,然后加入组分D和组分E,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,加入组分F、组分G及组分H,在65-70℃条件下反应30min,降温至30℃,过滤,得到成品乳化油。
