Abstract
本发明属于材料加工技术领域,涉及一种用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液。该润滑乳液,包括基础油50~80份、表面活性剂1~5份、螯合剂1~5份;稳定剂10~20份、防腐剂0.5~2份、去离子水300~500份,其中,基础油包括硅油55~75份、矿物油30~40份、甘油20~30份。该润滑乳液,对板材具有良好的润滑性能和防氧化性能,减少板材表面的损伤,提高产品光滑度,并可循环使用,节约成本。

技术领域
本发明属于材料加工技术领域,涉及一种用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液。
背景技术
镁合金是以金属镁为基础,再加入其它合金元素加工而成的一种合金材料,具有密度低、强度高、散热快、抗冲击性好等性能优势,现广泛应用于交通运输、航空航天、日常生活等领域;尤其是,相较于其它合金材料,镁合金的质量更轻,因而,使用镁合金材料加工的制品更加符合当今社会对于产品轻量化的要求,是成型加工领域的发展趋势。
镁合金的板材在温轧过程中(轧制温度一般为400℃~600℃),由于轧辊与轧件之间存在摩擦,因而容易出现“黏镁”现象,即,镁黏着于轧辊上,不仅造成资源浪费,还会降低板材轧制的速度;同时,在镁合金轧制过程中,若不采用任何润滑措施,不但会使轧机的轧制力降低,还会造成板材厚度不均匀、表面不光滑、边缘开裂等质量问题。因此,镁合金温轧时的润滑措施,能够有效避免上述问题,改善镁合金板材的质量和性能。
然而,现有针对镁合金板材温轧时使用的润滑产品以常规的有机类的润滑油为主,即便是制备成微乳液状态,其主体成分仍然是有机溶剂油,在润滑过程中,容易对板材表面产生严重的污染、影响板材质量,同时,对轧辊的隔绝效果一般,无法有效改善“黏镁”现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,有效降低镁合金对轧辊的黏着程度,提高镁合金板材的表面质量。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案为:
一种用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,包括如下质量份数的原材料:基础油50~80份;表面活性剂1~5份;螯合剂1~5份;稳定剂10~20份;防腐剂0.5~2份;去离子水300~500份;其中,基础油包括如下质量份数的原材料:硅油55~75份、矿物油30~40份、甘油20~30份。
进一步的,基础油还包括貂油,貂油的用量为硅油用量的10%-30%。
进一步的,表面活性剂包括月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾和甘油硬脂酸酯;螯合剂包括EDTA二钠和EDTA四钠;稳定剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇;防腐剂包括DMDM乙内酰脲、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯。
进一步的,该润滑乳液的粘度为500mPa.s~1500mPa.s。
一种用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,通过如下步骤获得:
(1)将基础油、表面活性剂、稳定剂混合并加热至70~80℃,再保温30~40分钟,获得油相混合物;
(2)将防腐剂、螯合剂和去离子水混合并加热至60~70℃,再保温10~20分钟,获得水相混合物;
(3)将水相混合物加入乳化锅中,再在搅拌的过程中加入油相混合物,以2000rpm~2200rpm的速度均质10~20分钟,再冷却至30℃并保温20~30分钟,获得润滑乳液。
利用本发明用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液的有益效果为,以对金属无腐蚀的甘油、矿物油,以及稳定性好、抗氧化性优的硅油、貂油组成基础油,与各种助剂复配,制备成低粘度的乳液,并将其作为润滑剂,用于镁合金温轧过程中进入温轧机之前,对板材具有良好的润滑性能和防氧化性能,有效隔绝镁合金材料,降低其对轧辊的黏着程度,并使整个轧制过程的温度更加稳定;同时,还可减少板材表面的损伤,提高产品表面的光滑度,使温轧的镁合金板材质量更稳定、更优异;另外,该润滑乳液可循环使用,有效节约成本。
具体实施方式
一种用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,包括如下原材料:基础油60kg、表面活性剂3kg、螯合剂3kg、稳定剂15kg、防腐剂1kg、去离子水400kg;其中,基础油由60kg硅油、35kg矿物油、22kg甘油、20kg貂油混合后,并称取60kg使用,表面活性剂包括1kg月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾和2kg甘油硬脂酸酯,螯合剂包括2.5kg EDTA二钠和0.5kg EDTA四钠,稳定剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇,防腐剂包括0.3kg DMDM乙内酰脲、0.2kg羟苯甲酯、0.5kg羟苯丙酯。
一种用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,通过如下步骤获得:
(1)将基础油、表面活性剂、稳定剂混合并不断搅拌、加热至75℃,再保温35分钟,使各个物料充分混合,进而获得油相混合物。上述原材料中,基础油包括硅油、矿物油、甘油和貂油;其中,甘油对金属无腐蚀,矿物油常用作食品机械润滑油,对机械无腐蚀,硅油具有良好的化学稳定性,貂油具有优良的紫外线吸收性能和抗氧化性;而将上述四种原料组成基础油,则完全不同于传统的有机类机油或者润滑油的基础油组分,本申请的基础油成分稳定性和抗氧化性更好、清洁性更高。
(2)将防腐剂、螯合剂和去离子水混合并不断搅拌、加热至65℃,再保温15分钟,使各个物料混合的更加充分,进而获得水相混合物。通过加入螯合剂,进一步提高产品的抗氧化性。
(3)将水相混合物加入到乳化锅中,再在搅拌的过程中缓慢加入油相混合物,使二者得以充分的混合,再以2100rpm的速度均质15分钟,使物料充分反应、均质,再冷却至30℃并保温25分钟,进而获得润滑乳液。通过将基础油、螯合剂以及其他助剂复配,使物料之间得以更好的融合,性能得以更佳的发挥。
通过上述方法获得的润滑乳液的粘度在1000mPa.s至1200mPa.s之间,与现有镁合金板材加工时所使用的润滑剂相比,该润滑乳液是一种质量更稳定的低粘度乳液状的润滑产品,其粘度、外观等理化性能均大不相同。
本申请的润滑乳液,通常在镁合金板材进入温轧机的轧辊前,通过高压喷射装置喷洒于板材表面,进而起到润滑、防护、抗氧化的作用,防止轧制过程中的黏镁现象发生,并进一步保证轧制的镁合金产品的质量。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的原材料:
基础油 50~80份;
表面活性剂 1~5份;
螯合剂 1~5份;
稳定剂 10~20份;
防腐剂 0.5~2份;
去离子水 300~500份;
所述基础油包括如下质量份数的原材料:
硅油 55~75份、矿物油 30~40份、甘油 20~30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,其特征在于,所述基础油还包括貂油,所述貂油的用量为硅油用量的10%~30%。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾和甘油硬脂酸酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,其特征在于,所述螯合剂包括EDTA二钠和EDTA四钠。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括为DMDM乙内酰脲、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,其特征在于,粘度为500mPa.s~1500mPa.s。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于镁合金板温轧的润滑乳液,其特征在于,通过如下步骤获得:
(1)将基础油、表面活性剂、稳定剂混合并加热至70~80℃,再保温30~40分钟,获得油相混合物;
(2)将防腐剂、螯合剂和去离子水混合并加热至60~70℃,再保温10~20分钟,获得水相混合物;
(3)将水相混合物加入乳化锅中,再在搅拌的过程中加入油相混合物,以2000rpm~2200rpm的速度均质10~20分钟,再冷却至30℃并保温20~30分钟,获得润滑乳液。
