Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于生物磷脂的轧制油,包括以下重量百分比含量的组分:基础油90~95%;抗氧剂1~1.5%;防锈剂1~2%;生物磷脂1~5%;乳化剂2%~4%。本发明的基于生物磷脂的轧制油,更易降解,绿色环保,提高现有轧制油的极压性能,改善轧机的清洁性。本发明还公开了一种上述基于生物磷脂的轧制油的制备方法。

一种基于生物磷脂的轧制油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于生物磷脂的轧制油及其制备方法。
背景技术
钢铁冷轧过程中需要轧制油进行润滑,轧制油常见的组分包括基础油、抗氧剂、防锈剂、极压剂和乳化剂。极压剂的加入是为提高边界润滑能力,其作用是在金属表面承受高负荷的条件下,防止滑动的金属表面的磨损、擦伤甚至烧结,并能有效降低轧制力,保证轧制过程顺利完成,而磷酸酯是常用的一种极压剂。尤其在高强钢、硅钢等需要高润滑的钢种轧制时,更是加入多种磷酸酯进行复配使用。目前使用的磷酸酯类极压剂基本是人工合成,在合成与应用过程中给环境带来污染,使用后的废水中残留的磷酸酯不易生物降解,而且有时极压效果有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种基于生物磷脂的轧制油,将天然无毒无害的生物磷脂首次引入到轧制油中来代替现有的磷酸酯,并通过调节基础油的种类和比例将生物磷脂溶解于基础油中,更易降解,绿色环保,提高现有轧制油的极压性能,改善轧机的清洁性。
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种上述基于生物磷脂的轧制油的制备方法。
实现上述目的的一种技术方案是:一种基于生物磷脂的轧制油,包括以下重量百分比含量的组分:

上述的一种基于生物磷脂的轧制油,其中,所述基础油选用TMP脂肪酸酯、NPG脂肪酸酯或天然棕榈油。

所述防锈剂选用唑类、酸类或酸酐类防锈剂,
所述乳化剂选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
上述的一种基于生物磷脂的轧制油,其中,所述生物磷脂选用大豆磷脂或蛋黄磷脂或大豆磷脂与蛋黄磷脂的混合物,所述大豆磷脂或蛋黄磷脂的主要有效成分均为磷脂酰胆碱和磷脂酰乙醇胺,所述磷脂酰胆碱即卵磷脂,所述磷脂酰乙醇胺即脑磷脂,所述生物磷脂是包含了卵磷脂和脑磷脂的混合物。
上述原料均为市售产品。
本发明的还提供了一种上述基于生物磷脂的轧制油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A:将基础油加入到容器内,升温至82~94℃;
步骤B:将固体状的抗氧剂加入到所述容器中,均匀搅拌,搅拌至固体状的抗氧剂完全溶解后,将温度调整到48~54℃;
步骤C:将防锈剂、生物磷脂和乳化剂依次添加到所述容器内,搅拌均匀即可。
采用了本发明的一种基于生物磷脂的轧制油及其制备方法的技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明的基于生物磷脂的轧制油将天然无毒无害的生物磷脂首次引入到轧制油中来代替现有的磷酸酯,并通过调节基础油的种类和比例将生物磷脂溶解于基础油中,具有以下有益效果:
(1)跟市面上的现有轧制油相比,更易降解,绿色环保;
(2)提高现有轧制油的极压性能;
(3)改善轧机的清洁性。

本发明的发明人为了能更好地对本发明的技术方案进行理解,下面通过具体地实施例进行详细地说明:
一种基于生物磷脂的轧制油,包括以下重量百分比含量的组分:

生物磷脂选用大豆磷脂或蛋黄磷脂或大豆磷脂与蛋黄磷脂的混合物,大豆磷脂或蛋黄磷脂的主要有效成分均为磷脂酰胆碱和磷脂酰乙醇胺,磷脂酰胆碱即卵磷脂,磷脂酰乙醇胺即脑磷脂,生物磷脂是包含了卵磷脂和脑磷脂的混合物。
上述原料均为市售产品。

卵磷脂和脑磷脂与传统的人工合成的磷酸酯相比,因碳链的差异具有更优异的极压润滑性能,又含有带正电的胺基,能改善铁粉分散性从而提高轧机的清洁性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的基于生物磷脂的轧制油将天然无毒无害的生物磷脂首次引入到轧制油中来代替现有的磷酸酯,并通过调节基础油的种类和比例将生物磷脂溶解于基础油中。
实施例1
一种基于生物磷脂的轧制油,按照表1的配方组成:

步骤A:将三羟甲基丙烷合成酯加入到容器内,升温至82~94℃;
步骤B:将固体状的抗氧剂加入到容器中,均匀搅拌,搅拌至固体状的抗氧剂完全溶解后,将温度调整到48~54℃;
步骤C:将防锈剂、蛋黄磷脂和乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚依次添加到容器内,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的基于生物磷脂的轧制油在研制过程中,进行了各种不同组分以及组分的不同比例组合的设计,并逐一进行润滑性能实验,运用了四球摩擦实验机、RCP往复动摩擦实验机和Soda摩擦实验机。其中四球PB值表征,数值越大产品的极压性能越好;RCP摩擦系数表征,数值越小说明产品的边界润滑性能越好;Soda摩擦系数表征,数值越小,极压性能越好。本发明人通过理论分析,配方设计和大量的实验处理,得到的本发明产品的四球PB值,RCP和Soda摩擦系数的测试结果。
实验样品制备:按本发明的配方比例制备轧制油样品,其中选用了生物磷脂与现有磷酸酯进行对比。
润滑性能实验
轧制油样品的四球PB、RCP摩擦系数和Soda摩擦系数测试结果如表4所示:

四球PB实验的方法及步骤参考GB/T 12583,为:
①实验条件:温度:70度;转速:1760rpm;时间:1min;
②实验停止后,测量磨斑直径;
③在不同载荷下重复上述实验,直至磨斑直径小于标准值,即为PB值(最大无卡咬负荷)。
RCP摩擦实验方法及步骤为:
①实验条件:温度225度;载荷:4.5公斤;
②涂5uL样品至钢球表面,在设置的条件在,让钢球在Q-panel钢板上往复运动至少40周期;
③取第2-5个周期的摩擦系数平均值为RCP摩擦系数。
Soda摩擦实验方法及步骤为:
①实验条件:温度225度;
②向仪器中放入样品,加热升温至225度
③用秒表记录摆针从摆动到停止的时间;
④按公式计算出摆针摆动的摩擦系数即为Soda摩擦系数。
基于上述实验数据,生物磷脂的极压润滑性能比现用的人工合成磷酸酯优异,完全满足冷轧钢的要求。
生物降解性实验
对生物磷脂进行生物降解性实验,并与现有人工合成磷酸酯进行了对比,结果如下。

生物降解性实验方法及步骤为:
②COD测试方法遵从GB11914-89水质化学需氧量的测定;
②BOD测试方法遵从HJ 505-2009水质五日生化需氧量的测定;
③通过BOD/COD的比值评价上述物质的生物降解性,比值越大生物降解性越好。
总之,基于以上实验数据,利用生物磷脂的轧制油相比于现有的人工合成磷酸酯具有较好的极压润滑性和生物降解性
综上所述,本发明的基于生物磷脂的轧制油,不将天然无毒无害的生物磷脂首次引入到轧制油中来代替现有的磷酸酯,并通过调节基础油的种类和比例将生物磷脂溶解于基础油中,跟市面上的现有轧制油相比,更易降解,绿色环保;提高现有轧制油的极压性能;改善轧机的清洁性。
