Abstract

本发明涉及一种混合染料及利用其超临界CO2无水黑色拼染的方法,属于拼染技术领域。本发明所述混合染料为分散红54、分散蓝79和分散红167中的至少两种。本发明首次在超临界CO2流体中采用分散红54和分散蓝79两种染料、分散红54、分散蓝79和分散红167三种染料一浴实现黑色拼色,具有工艺简单、提升力高的清洁环保优势。

一种混合染料及利用其超临界CO2无水黑色拼染的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合染料及利用其超临界CO2无水黑色拼染的方法,属于拼染技术领域。
背景技术
分散染料是纺织品印染加工中的主要染料,在众多色系中,黑色作为广受消费者青睐的颜色之一,一般采用不同分散染料组分按照一定比例拼混而成,以解决单一黑色染料的染深性、提升力和色牢度不足的问题。通常,为了获得良好的染色性能,拼混所用的分散染料应具有良好的配伍性和染色加和性,即染料的上染速率相同或相近,混合染料的上染率基本等于各个染料单独上染率之和。同时,为了易于控制色光,拼色用染料种类应尽可能少,以提高染色生产的一次成功率和修色效率,缩短染色周期,节约生产成本。
近年来,超临界CO2流体染色从实验室研究向着工程化应用不断迈进,现已实现了涤纶纤维、筒纱、坯布、成衣的无水染色示范。2004年,日本S.Kawahara等人探讨了分散染料拼混对拼色色光的影响因素,实验结果表示,染后试样呈现不同色光的紫色,主要受实验时间、温度和压力的影响。2008年,浙江工业大学林春绵等人申请了一种超临界CO2介导的拼色染色方法,通过多浴法拼色获得了红紫、蓝紫、橙红、橙黄、蓝绿、黄绿色。但所述超临界CO2流体多浴法拼色技术需通过2次及以上的多次染色套染获得所需颜色,工艺复杂且拼色时间过长,不利于超临界CO2流体技术的工业化推广应用。研究至今,对于分散染料超临界CO2一浴拼色染色研究报道较少,特别是超临界CO2流体拼染黑色,目前还未见公开报道。
发明内容
本发明通过不同分散染料的组合,解决了上述的问题。
本发明提供了一种用于超临界CO2无水黑色拼染的混合染料,所述混合染料为分散红54、分散蓝79和分散红167中的至少两种。
本发明优选为所述混合染料为分散红54和分散蓝79的混合。
本发明优选为所述分散红54与分散蓝79的重量比为1:1。
本发明优选为所述混合染料为分散红54、分散蓝79和分散红167的混合。
本发明优选为所述分散红54、分散蓝79与分散红167的重量比为1:1.25:0.15。
本发明另一目的为提供一种利用上述混合染料的超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,所述方法为:以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,采用混合染料对待染纺织品进行一步染色。
本发明优选为所述方法为:将1-6%(o.w.f)的混合染料置于染料釜内,再将待染纺织品置于染色釜内,于80-140℃、16-28MPa的条件下对待染纺织品进行染色20-90min。
本发明优选为所述待染纺织品的材质为涤纶、超仿棉、腈纶、羊毛或芳纶。
本发明优选为所述待染纺织品的类型为纤维、筒纱、绞纱、织物、织带或鞋材。
本发明有益效果为:
本发明首次在超临界CO2流体中采用分散红54和分散蓝79两种染料、分散红54、分散蓝79和分散红167三种染料一浴实现黑色拼色,具有工艺简单、提升力高的清洁环保优势。
本发明所得的黑色可以满足商品化黑色要求,按照GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》、GB/T 3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐洗色牢度:试验》评定,染色纺织品耐水洗和干、湿摩擦色牢度均在4-5级以上,符合国家标准要求。

下述非限制性实施例可以使本领域的普通技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
一种超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,所述方法为:将1%(o.w.f)的分散红54和分散蓝79混合染料按重量比1:1置于染料釜中,再将待染涤纶织物置于染色釜中,以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,于120℃、24MPa的条件下对待染涤纶织物进行染色60min。染色完成后,涤纶织物L*、a*、b*、C*和H* ab分别为-59.83、2.32、-2.16、2.38和-2.1,染色涤纶织物耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度为4-5级以上。
实施例2
一种超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,所述方法为:将2%(o.w.f)的分散红54和分散蓝79混合染料按重量比1:1置于染料釜中,再将待染涤纶筒纱置于染色釜中,以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,于120℃、24MPa的条件下对待染涤纶筒纱进行染色60min。染色完成后,涤纶筒纱L*、a*、b*、C*和H* ab分别为-67.19、2.83、-1.98、2.8和-2.01,染色涤纶筒纱耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度为4-5级以上。
实施例3
一种超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,所述方法为:将3%(o.w.f)的分散红54和分散蓝79混合染料按重量比1:1置于染料釜中,再将待染腈纶纤维置于染色釜中,以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,于120℃、22MPa的条件下对待染腈纶纤维进行染色60min。染色完成后,腈纶纤维L*、a*、b*、C*和H* ab分别为-70.54、1.08、-2.33、2.01和-2.05。染色腈纶纤维耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度为4-5级以上。
实施例4
一种超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,所述方法为:将2%(o.w.f)的分散红54和分散蓝79混合染料按重量比1:1置于染料釜中,再将待染羊毛纤维置于染色釜中,以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,于100℃、22MPa的条件下对待染羊毛纤维进行染色60min。染色完成后,羊毛纤维L*、a*、b*、C*和H* ab分别为-66.04、3.03、-2.42、2.55和-2.71。染色羊毛纤维耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度为4级以上。
实施例5
一种超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,所述方法为:将2%(o.w.f)的分散红54、分散蓝79和分散红167混合染料按重量比1:1.25:0.15置于染料釜中,再将待染涤纶织物置于染色釜中,以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,于120℃、24MPa的条件下对待染涤纶织物进行染色60min。染色完成后,涤纶织物L*、a*、b*、C*和H* ab分别为-68.05、1.83、-1.02、2.2和-1.76。染色涤纶织物耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度为4-5级以上。
实施例6
一种超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,所述方法为:将3%(o.w.f)的分散红54和分散蓝79混合染料按重量比1:1置于染料釜中,再将待染芳纶织物置于染色釜中,以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,于140℃、28MPa的条件下对待染芳纶织物进行染色90min。染色完成后,芳纶织物L*、a*、b*、C*和H* ab分别为-65.13、3.48、-3.79、2.83和-2.92。染色芳纶织物耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度为4级。
实施例7
一种超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,所述方法为:将4%(o.w.f)的分散红54和分散蓝79混合染料按重量比1:1置于染料釜中,再将待染超细涤纶毛巾布置于染色釜中,以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,于120℃、24MPa的条件下对待染超细涤纶毛巾布进行染色60min。染色完成后,超细涤纶毛巾布L*、a*、b*、C*和H* ab分别为-71.67、2.17、-2.11、2.22和-2.06。染色超细涤纶毛巾布耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度为4-5级以上。
实施例8
一种超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,所述方法为:将5%(o.w.f)的分散红54和分散蓝79混合染料按重量比1:1置于染料釜中,再将待染涤纶织带置于染色釜中,以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,于120℃、24MPa的条件下对待染涤纶织带进行染色60min。染色完成后,涤纶织带L*、a*、b*、C*和H* ab分别为-74.15、1.15、-2.36、1.42和-2.2。染色涤纶织带耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度为4-5级以上。
实施例9
一种超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,所述方法为:将6%(o.w.f)的分散红54和分散蓝79混合染料按重量比1:1置于染料釜中,再将待染涤纶鞋材置于染色釜中,以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,于120℃、26MPa的条件下对待染涤纶鞋材进行染色60min。染色完成后,涤纶鞋材L*、a*、b*、C*和H* ab分别为-76.52、0.40、-1.98、0.54和-1.96。染色涤纶鞋材耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度为4-5级以上。

4.根据权利要求1所述用于超临界CO2无水黑色拼染的混合染料,其特征在于:所述混合染料为分散红54、分散蓝79和分散红167的混合。
5.根据权利要求4所述用于超临界CO2无水黑色拼染的混合染料,其特征在于:所述分散红54、分散蓝79与分散红167的重量比为1:1.25:0.15。
6.一种利用权利要求1、2、3、4或5所述混合染料的超临界CO2无水黑色拼染方法,其特征在于:所述方法为:以超临界CO2流体为染色介质,采用混合染料对待染纺织品进行一步染色。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:所述方法为:将1-6%(o.w.f)的混合染料置于染料釜内,再将待染纺织品置于染色釜内,于80-140℃、16-28MPa的条件下对待染纺织品进行染色20-90min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:所述待染纺织品的材质为涤纶、超仿棉、腈纶、羊毛或芳纶。
9.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:所述待染纺织品的类型为纤维、筒纱、绞纱、织物、织带或鞋材。
