Abstract

PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括20~30%的耐高温分散染料、5~15%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5~10%的马来酸单聚乙二醇单甲醚酯、5~10%的聚丙烯酸钠、5~10%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮以及余量的水。本发明的组分的耐高温性能好,使得分散染料组合物适合于高温染色。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,属于纺织品印染技术领域。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和社会经济的快速发展,对生态环境的保护日益重视。在纺织领域,生物工程技术、数码技术、自动控制技术、无水染色技术被用于开发高性能、高附加值纺织产品,一方面实现从原料到加工过程的绿色、低碳和可持续发展,另一方面实现纺织产品的生态化。开发以生物质为原料的纤维,特别是生物质合成纤维成为近年来的热点,从资源和环境两方面都符合社会发展的趋势,一方面实现对石化原料资源替代,减少对石油资源的过度依赖,另一方面实现对化工加工工艺路线替代,减少生产过程和最终废弃物对环境的影响。
聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯(polytrimethylene terephthalate,PTT)是继50年代聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)工业化,和70年代聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)产业化以后实现工业规模开发的可成纤的聚酯材料。它克服了PET纤维的刚性和PBT纤维的柔性, 兼具聚酯和聚酰胺纤维的优点,具有优良的弹性回复性、蓬松性、易染性、内在的抗污性、抗静电性和良好的色牢度等特点。以生物基PTT复合纤维为原料,设计开发具有不同风格特征和功能性生物基PTT复合纤维服用和家用系列纺织品,通过环保的染整技术进行深加工,开发高附加值面料极具市场开发潜力,本文通过近年来新开发的“免蒸洗无水印花技术”应用在生物基PTT面料的开发上,对相关工艺要点进行技术探讨,为生物基PTT面料的环保染整加工技术提供参考。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 20~30%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5~15%;
马来酸单聚乙二醇单甲醚酯 5~10%;
聚丙烯酸钠 5~10%;
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 5~10%;
水 余量。
优选的技术方案为:所述耐高温分散染料选自分散黄30#、分散红167#、分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#、分散橙288#、分散蓝79#。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明的组分的耐高温性能好,使得分散染料组合物适合于高温染色。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物
一种PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 25%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 10%;
马来酸单聚乙二醇单甲醚酯 8%;
聚丙烯酸钠 5%;
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 7%;
水 45%。
所述耐高温分散染料为分散橙288#。
实施例二: PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物
一种PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 20%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 12%;
马来酸单聚乙二醇单甲醚酯 5%;
聚丙烯酸钠 5%;
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 5%;
水 53%。
所述耐高温分散染料为分散黑为分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#和分散橙288#的混合制品。
实施例三: PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物
一种PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 30%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 15%;
马来酸单聚乙二醇单甲醚酯 5%;
聚丙烯酸钠 10%;
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 8%;
水 32%。
所述耐高温分散染料分散红167#和分散蓝79#按照1:1的质量比例构成的混合物。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,其特征在于:所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 20~30%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5~15%;
马来酸单聚乙二醇单甲醚酯 5~10%;
聚丙烯酸钠 5~10%;
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 5~10%;
水 余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,其特征在于:所述耐高温分散染料选自分散黄30#、分散红167#、分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#、分散橙288#、分散蓝79#。
