Abstract
本发明公开一种具有感温变色功能的面料,所述面料通过感温变色染料处理后获得,所述感温变色染料由以下重量份的组分组成:分散染料20~30份、变色染料4~8份、十二胺聚氧乙烯醚8~12份、乙二醇单甲醚6~10份、聚丙烯酸钠5~10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4~8份、水35~45份;所述变色染料由氧化镧10~15份、氧化铈5~8份、碳酸锂30~40份、硼酸35~45份组成。本发明具有感温变色功能的面料不仅具备了在不同光源下通过色变而达到了不同颜色和不同图案的效果,同时手感较好,柔软舒适,并在多次洗涤后不褪色,达到美感与实用同步的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有感温变色功能的面料,属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
随着纺织科技的发展,纺织品己经突破了原有的保温和美化的范畴,正在逐步走向功能化和智能化。功能化和智能化的发展为服装的发展注入了新的活力,在美观的同时带给人们更多的新意和乐趣。同时可以提高产品的附加值。
目前开发的智能纺织品,其智能化功能的实现主要通过下面三个途径:(1)将某些智能纤维或将普通纤维改性后织成织物或编入到织物中,使织物具有特性;(2)将某些智能物质微胶囊化,用染整工艺或涂层等方法加工到织物上,做成智能纺织品;(3)通过织入或嵌入的方法将电子元件与普通纺织品相结合,制成智能纺织品。
如何开发一种变色面料,该面料不仅能够呈现出在不同光源下变换的颜色及图案效果,而且在手感及耐搓洗牢度上也较普通的涂料印花产品有所提高,成为本领域普通技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种具有感温变色功能的面料,该具有感温变色功能的面料不仅具备了在不同光源下通过色变而达到了不同颜色和不同图案的效果,同时手感较好,柔软舒适,并在多次洗涤后不褪色,达到美感与实用同步的效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有感温变色功能的面料,所述面料通过感温变色染料处理后获得,所述感温变色染料由以下重量份的组分组成:
分散染料 20~30份,
变色染料 4~8份,
十二胺聚氧乙烯醚 8~12份,
乙二醇单甲醚 6~10份,
聚丙烯酸钠 5~10份,
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 4~8份,
水 35~45份;
所述变色染料由氧化镧10~15份、氧化铈5~8份、碳酸锂30~40份、硼酸35~45份组成。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
作为优选,所述分散染料为分散黄、分散红、分散蓝、分散紫、分散橙、分散蓝中的至少一种。
作为优选,所述氧化镧、氧化铈、碳酸锂和硼酸混合后研磨处理。
作为优选,所述变色染料先在400~600℃预烧,再在800~1000℃下煅烧。
作为优选,所述预烧时间为1~2小时,所述煅烧时间为3~5小时。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明具有感温变色功能的面料,其变色染料4~8份、聚丙烯酸钠5~10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4~8份、水35~45份;所述变色染料由氧化镧10~15份、氧化铈5~8份、碳酸锂30~40份、硼酸35~45份组成,不仅具备了在不同光源下通过色变而达到了不同颜色和不同图案的效果,同时手感较好,柔软舒适,并在多次洗涤后不褪色,达到美感与实用同步的效果;其次,其进一步添加十二胺聚氧乙烯醚8~12份、乙二醇单甲醚6~10份,保持了感温变色颜料的耐光性,避免了强烈阳光下暴晒下会快褪色失效缺陷。

实施例1~4:一种具有感温变色功能的面料,所述面料通过感温变色染料处理后获得,所述感温变色染料由以下重量份的组分组成,如表1所示:

上述分散染料为分散黄、分散红、分散蓝、分散紫、分散橙、分散蓝中的至少一种。
上述氧化镧、氧化铈、碳酸锂和硼酸混合后研磨处理。
上述变色染料先在400~600℃预烧,再在800~1000℃下煅烧。
上述预烧时间为1~2小时,所述煅烧时间为3~5小时。
一种上述具有感温变色功能的面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将面料做为染色的坯布,检验坯布质量,要求表面无织疵、污渍及破损;
步骤二、将步骤一坯布通过加热的轧辊,烧去坯布表面上的绒毛,然后将坯布之间的端部进行缝接,然后收卷,形成数卷成批量的坯布;
步骤三、采用烧碱和淀粉酶进行退浆,在50℃~60℃的温水中添加烧碱和淀粉酶,去除坯布上的浆料,然后水洗,去除面料上的烧碱和淀粉酶;
步骤四、将步骤三获得的坯布在高温的浓碱溶液中进行煮练,浓碱溶液中添加有烧碱、双氧水、表面活性剂和泡花碱,以去除残留杂质和色素,然后经水洗后使浆料以及棉纤维和亚麻纤维上的天然杂质从坯布上退除,得到洁白的坯布;
步骤五、将步骤四获得的洁白的坯布浸入染液中,然后使坯布通过轧辊,把染液均匀轧入织物内部,再经汽蒸进行上色,汽蒸的温度为120℃~125℃;所述染液由分散染料20~30份、变色染料4~8份、十二胺聚氧乙烯醚8~12份、乙二醇单甲醚6~10份、聚丙烯酸钠5~10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4~8份、水35~45份,所述变色染料由氧化镧10~15份、氧化铈5~8份、碳酸锂30~40份、硼酸35~45份组成。
采用上述具有感温变色功能的面料,其变色染料4~8份、聚丙烯酸钠5~10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4~8份、水35~45份;所述变色染料由氧化镧10~15份、氧化铈5~8份、碳酸锂30~40份、硼酸35~45份组成,不仅具备了在不同光源下通过色变而达到了不同颜色和不同图案的效果,同时手感较好,柔软舒适,并在多次洗涤后不褪色,达到美感与实用同步的效果;其次,其进一步添加十二胺聚氧乙烯醚8~12份、乙二醇单甲醚6~10份,保持了感温变色颜料的耐光性,避免了强烈阳光下暴晒下会快褪色失效缺陷。

Claims (6)
1.一种具有感温变色功能的面料,其特征在于:所述面料通过感温变色染料处理后获得,所述感温变色染料由以下重量份的组分组成:
分散染料 20~30份,
变色染料 4~8份,
十二胺聚氧乙烯醚 8~12份,
乙二醇单甲醚 6~10份,
聚丙烯酸钠 5~10份,
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 4~8份,
水 35~45份;
所述变色染料由氧化镧10~15份、氧化铈5~8份、碳酸锂30~40份、硼酸35~45份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有感温变色功能的面料,其特征在于:所述分散染料为分散黄、分散红、分散蓝、分散紫、分散橙、分散蓝中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有感温变色功能的面料,其特征在于:所述氧化镧、氧化铈、碳酸锂和硼酸混合后研磨处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有感温变色功能的面料,其特征在于:所述变色染料先在400~600℃预烧,再在800~1000℃下煅烧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有感温变色功能的面料,其特征在于:所述预烧时间为1~2小时,所述煅烧时间为3~5小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有感温变色功能的面料,其特征在于:所述面料通过以下步骤获得:
步骤一、将面料做为染色的坯布,检验坯布质量,要求表面无织疵、污渍及破损;
步骤二、将步骤一坯布通过加热的轧辊,烧去坯布表面上的绒毛,然后将坯布之间的端部进行缝接,然后收卷,形成数卷成批量的坯布;
步骤三、采用烧碱和淀粉酶进行退浆,在50℃~60℃的温水中添加烧碱和淀粉酶,去除坯布上的浆料,然后水洗,去除面料上的烧碱和淀粉酶;
步骤四、将步骤三获得的坯布在高温的浓碱溶液中进行煮练,浓碱溶液中添加有烧碱、双氧水、表面活性剂和泡花碱,以去除残留杂质和色素,然后经水洗后使浆料以及棉纤维和亚麻纤维上的天然杂质从坯布上退除,得到洁白的坯布;
步骤五、将步骤四获得的洁白的坯布浸入染液中,然后使坯布通过轧辊,把染液均匀轧入织物内部,再经汽蒸进行上色,汽蒸的温度为120℃~125℃;所述染液由分散染料20~30份、变色染料4~8份、十二胺聚氧乙烯醚8~12份、乙二醇单甲醚6~10份、聚丙烯酸钠5~10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4~8份、水35~45份,所述变色染料由氧化镧10~15份、氧化铈5~8份、碳酸锂30~40份、硼酸35~45份组成。
