步骤一、将面料做为染色的坯布,检验坯布质量,要求表面无织疵、污渍及破损;
步骤二、将步骤一坯布通过加热的轧辊,烧去坯布表面上的绒毛,然后将坯布之间的端部进行缝接,然后收卷,形成数卷成批量的坯布;
步骤三、采用烧碱和淀粉酶进行退浆,在50℃~60℃的温水中添加烧碱和淀粉酶,去除坯布上的浆料,然后水洗,去除面料上的烧碱和淀粉酶;
步骤四、将步骤三获得的坯布在高温的浓碱溶液中进行煮练,浓碱溶液中添加有烧碱、双氧水、表面活性剂和泡花碱,以去除残留杂质和色素,然后经水洗后使浆料以及棉纤维和亚麻纤维上的天然杂质从坯布上退除,得到洁白的坯布;
步骤五、将步骤四获得的洁白的坯布浸入染液中,然后使坯布通过轧辊,把染液均匀轧入织物内部,再经汽蒸进行上色,汽蒸的温度为120℃~125℃;所述染液由分散染料20~30份、变色染料4~8份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8~12份、乙二醇单甲醚6~10份、聚丙烯酸钠5~10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4~8份、水35~45份,所述变色染料由氧化钇10~15份、氧化铈5~8份、碳酸锂30~40份、硼酸35~45份组成。

4.根据权利要求3所述的具有变色功能的服装面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述预烧时间为1~2小时,所述煅烧时间为3~5小时。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有变色功能的服装面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述氧化钇、氧化铈、碳酸锂和硼酸混合后研磨处理。
