本发明公开了一种蚕丝织物用抗紫外线染色剂,包含以下成分:天然色素100份,改性聚硅氧烷40‑60份,壳聚糖10‑15份,己基酚醚2‑3份,乳化剂3‑5份,分散剂1‑2份,水30‑60份。该染色剂使用方法简单,染色温度温和,对蚕丝织物的损害性小,染色效率高,色牢度高。并且具有抗紫外线功能,可以有效的提高织物的抗紫外能力。而且该方法节约了能耗,降低了经济成本,十分适合大规模工业化操作。

技术领域:
本发明属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种蚕丝织物用抗紫外线染色剂。
背景技术
蚕丝织物质地轻薄、手感柔软、吸湿透气性好是一种受到广大消费者喜爱的高档面料,对于蚕丝的染色加工一直是研究的热点。目前使用较为广泛的蚕丝染色剂用酸性染色剂、中性染色剂、活性染色剂以及天然染色剂。酸性染色剂、中性染色剂和活性染色剂的染色方法较为简单,但是染色过程一般需要较高的温度,这会对蚕丝织物带来一定的损坏。天然染色剂是近年来新兴的一类染色剂,来源于矿物、植物或动物,与生态环境的相容性较好,绿色环保,同时毒性较低,不会对人的身体健康造成影响。
紫外线如果长时间照射到皮肤上就会带来较大伤害,因此,穿着的织物具有抗紫外线性能是对人身体健康的有效保护措施。织物的紫外线透过率取决于诸多因素,比如织物覆盖系数、纤维种类、织物的颜色等。蚕丝织物一般较为轻薄,防晒性能不佳,因此对蚕丝织物进行抗紫外线整理很有必要。若染色剂同时赋有抗紫外线的性能,在处理蚕丝织物的过程中即减少了操作步骤,又减少了织物的外涂层厚度,是提高蚕丝织物品质的有效手段。
中国专利CN200810069807.5公开了一种天然染色剂及其制备方法和在丝绸织物染色方面的应用,该染色剂用茶鲜叶为原料提取茶鲜叶中的茶多酚,然后在茶多酚提取液中再加入媒染剂制成的。该发明产品色彩丰富,上染效果好、染色牢度特别是水洗牢度也好,且生产成本低,使其本发明产品应用更广泛、实用性更强。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种蚕丝织物用抗紫外线染色剂,该染色剂使用方法简单,染色温度温和,对蚕丝织物的损害性小,染色效率高,色牢度高。并且具有抗紫外线功能,可以有效的提高织物的抗紫外能力。而且该方法节约了能耗,降低了经济成本,十分适合大规模工业化操作。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种蚕丝织物用抗紫外线染色剂,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
天然色素100份,改性聚硅氧烷40-60份,壳聚糖10-15份,己基酚醚2-3份,乳化剂3-5份,分散剂1-2份,水30-60份;
所述改性聚硅氧烷为苯并三唑接枝、氨基改性的聚硅氧烷,结构式如下:
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述改性聚硅氧烷的结构中m:n:p=2:3:1。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述天然色素为海藻绿,辣椒红,高粱红,栀子黄,金盏花提取物中的一种或多种混合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述乳化剂为油酸单甘油酯、棕榈酸单甘油酯、月桂酸单甘油酯或司盘-60中的一种或多种混合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述分散剂为十碳醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、十二碳醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、八碳醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述抗紫外线染色剂的使用方法为:将该抗紫外线染色剂稀释后,调节pH为6-7,将蚕丝织物浸入其中,在40-60℃条件下,染色30-50min,浴比20:1,织物取出后清洗,烘干。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述抗紫外线染色剂的稀释倍数为1:30-40。
本发明的有益效果在于,采用苯并三唑以及氨基改性聚硅氧烷,使聚硅氧烷具有抗紫外线的性能的同时,与天然色素可以很好的结合,并能有效的改善染色牢度。同时,壳聚糖与改性聚硅氧烷配合可以很好地保护蚕丝纤维,有效的控制蚕丝纤维发黄而影响色彩鲜艳度。该抗紫外线染色剂使用温度较低,在温和的条件下即可对蚕丝织物进行染色,不会对蚕丝纤维造成伤害,不影响蚕丝织物的手感。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例只用于解释本发明,不会对本发明构成任何的限定。
实施例1
天然色素100份,改性聚硅氧烷40份,壳聚糖10份,己基酚醚2份,乳化剂3份,分散剂2份,水50份。
将上述物质混合均匀后,取100ml抗紫外线染色剂稀释40倍后,调节pH为6-7,将蚕丝织物浸入其中,在50℃条件下,染色45min,浴比20:1,织物取出后清洗,烘干。
蚕丝织物染色均匀,颜色鲜艳,色牢度高并具有抗紫外线性能。
实施例2
天然色素100份,改性聚硅氧烷50份,壳聚糖12份,己基酚醚3份,乳化剂4份,分散剂2份,水50份。
将上述物质混合均匀后,取100ml抗紫外线染色剂稀释40倍后,调节pH为6-7,将蚕丝织物浸入其中,在60℃条件下,染色45min,浴比20:1,织物取出后清洗,烘干。
蚕丝织物染色均匀,颜色鲜艳,色牢度高并具有抗紫外线性能。
实施例3
天然色素100份,改性聚硅氧烷60份,壳聚糖13份,己基酚醚2份,乳化剂5份,分散剂2份,水50份。
将上述物质混合均匀后,取100ml抗紫外线染色剂稀释40倍后,调节pH为6-7,将蚕丝织物浸入其中,在45℃条件下,染色45min,浴比20:1,织物取出后清洗,烘干。
蚕丝织物染色均匀,颜色鲜艳,色牢度高并具有抗紫外线性能。
实施例4
天然色素100份,改性聚硅氧烷55份,壳聚糖14份,己基酚醚3份,乳化剂4份,分散剂2份,水50份。
将上述物质混合均匀后,取100ml抗紫外线染色剂稀释40倍后,调节pH为6-7,将蚕丝织物浸入其中,在40℃条件下,染色45min,浴比20:1,织物取出后清洗,烘干。
蚕丝织物染色均匀,颜色鲜艳,色牢度高并具有抗紫外线性能。
实施例5
天然色素100份,改性聚硅氧烷45份,壳聚糖15份,己基酚醚2份,乳化剂3份,分散剂2份,水50份。
将上述物质混合均匀后,取100ml抗紫外线染色剂稀释40倍后,调节pH为6-7,将蚕丝织物浸入其中,在55℃条件下,染色45min,浴比20:1,织物取出后清洗,烘干。
蚕丝织物染色均匀,颜色鲜艳,色牢度高并具有抗紫外线性能。

1.一种蚕丝织物用抗紫外线染色剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包含以下成分:
天然色素100份,改性聚硅氧烷40-60份,壳聚糖10-15份,己基酚醚2-3份,乳化剂3-5份,分散剂1-2份,水30-60份;
所述改性聚硅氧烷为苯并三唑接枝、氨基改性的聚硅氧烷,结构式如下:

5.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝织物用抗紫外线染色剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为十碳醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、十二碳醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、八碳醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝织物用抗紫外线染色剂,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线染色剂的使用方法为:将该抗紫外线染色剂稀释后,调节pH为6-7,将蚕丝织物浸入其中,在40-60℃条件下,染色30-50min,浴比20:1,织物取出后清洗,烘干。
