Abstract

一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,其特征在于:所述分散染料组合物包括10~25%的耐高温分散染料、20~30%的符合通式(1)的化合物、5~8%的氢化蓖麻油、5~10%的氯化石蜡和余量的去离子水。本发明的组分的耐高温性能好,使得分散染料组合物适合于高温染色。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,属于纺织品印染技术领域。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和社会经济的快速发展,对生态环境的保护日益重视。在纺织领域,生物工程技术、数码技术、自动控制技术、无水染色技术被用于开发高性能、高附加值纺织产品,一方面实现从原料到加工过程的绿色、低碳和可持续发展,另一方面实现纺织产品的生态化。开发以生物质为原料的纤维,特别是生物质合成纤维成为近年来的热点,从资源和环境两方面都符合社会发展的趋势,一方面实现对石化原料资源替代,减少对石油资源的过度依赖,另一方面实现对化工加工工艺路线替代,减少生产过程和最终废弃物对环境的影响。
聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯(polytrimethylene terephthalate,PTT)是继50年代聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)工业化,和70年代聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)产业化以后实现工业规模开发的可成纤的聚酯材料。它克服了PET纤维的刚性和PBT纤维的柔性, 兼具聚酯和聚酰胺纤维的优点,具有优良的弹性回复性、蓬松性、易染性、内在的抗污性、抗静电性和良好的色牢度等特点。以生物基PTT复合纤维为原料,设计开发具有不同风格特征和功能性生物基PTT复合纤维服用和家用系列纺织品,通过环保的染整技术进行深加工,开发高附加值面料极具市场开发潜力,本文通过近年来新开发的“免蒸洗无水印花技术”应用在生物基PTT面料的开发上,对相关工艺要点进行技术探讨,为生物基PTT面料的环保染整加工技术提供参考。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 10~25%;
符合通式(1)的化合物 20~30%;
(1);
氢化蓖麻油 5~8%;
氯化石蜡 5~10%;
去离子水 余量。
优选的技术方案为:所述耐高温分散染料选自分散黄30#、分散红167#、分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#、分散橙288#、分散蓝79#。
优选的技术方案为:所述n等于50~500。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明的组分的耐高温性能好,使得分散染料组合物适合于高温染色。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物
一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 20%;
符合通式(1)的化合物 20%;
(1);
氢化蓖麻油 8%;
氯化石蜡 10%;
去离子水 42%。
所述耐高温分散染料为分散黄30#。
符合通式(1)的化合物的制备方法可以是:将甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和顺丁烯二酸酐的混合物与去离子水混合,在引发剂过硫酸钠的作用下聚合而成。n=80~100。
实施例二:生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物
一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 15%;
符合通式(1)的化合物 25%;
(1);
氢化蓖麻油 5%;
氯化石蜡 5%;
去离子水 50%。
所述耐高温分散染料为分散黑为分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#和分散橙288#的混合制品。
所述n等于110~150。

耐高温分散染料 10~25%;
符合通式(1)的化合物 20~30%;

2.根据权利要求1所述的生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,其特征在于:所述耐高温分散染料选自分散黄30#、分散红167#、分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#、分散橙288#、分散蓝79#。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,其特征在于:所述n等于50~500。
