技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料领域,具体涉及一种蒙脱土匀染剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织助剂对提高纺织品的附加价值至关重要,不仅可以使纺织品功能化,而且可使其高档化、更具时代感,但要具有这些优点的前提是织物的染色要匀透,一般都会通过匀染剂来实现。匀染剂大多数是水溶性的表面活性剂,根据匀染剂对染料扩散与聚集度的影响,主要分为两种类型:一种是亲纤维性匀染剂,它对染料的聚集度几乎没有影响,但对纤维的亲合力要大于染料对纤维的亲合力,因此在染色过程中此类匀染剂会先与纤维结合,降低染料上染速率,这类匀染剂只具有缓染的作用;另一种是亲染料性匀染剂,它可以显著提高染料聚集度,对染料的亲合力大于染料对纤维的亲合力,此类染料具有缓染和移染作用。但是这两类匀染剂的缺点是对不同类型的染料适用性较差,对染料染色的耐晒牢度有不良影响,且价格也较高。因而研制具有性能优良的新型匀染剂对提高纺织品的染色质量、降低染色成本具有重要意义。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种蒙脱土匀染剂,对于织物染色均匀,匀染效果好,干、湿摩擦牢度等级高,同时水洗基本不变色,不沾色,耐水洗牢度也较高。
技术方案:一种蒙脱土匀染剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:蒙脱土10-20份、纳米二氧化钛1-2份、铝硅酸钠2-4份、氟硅酸钠2-5份、碳酸钠2-5份、氯化钠2-4份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠2-4份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、氯化镁2-4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、松节油3-6份、丙三醇4-8份、去离子水150-250份。
进一步优选的,所述的一种蒙脱土匀染剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:蒙脱土12-18份、纳米二氧化钛1.2-1.7份、铝硅酸钠2.5-3.5份、氟硅酸钠3-4份、碳酸钠3-4份、氯化钠2.5-3.5份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠2.5-3.5份、聚乙烯醇4-5份、氯化镁2.5-3.5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4-6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-4份、松节油4-5份、丙三醇5-7份、去离子水170-230份。
上述蒙脱土匀染剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1) 将蒙脱土、铝硅酸钠和丙三醇混合,用研磨机研磨2-3小时;
(2) 用水洗净,过滤;
(3) 放入烘箱中在温度80-100℃下烘干;
(4) 过200目筛,去除大颗粒;
(5) 和氟硅酸钠、碳酸钠、氯化钠、氯化镁、100-150份去离子水混合,加热至70-80℃搅拌反应2-3小时;
(6) 放入离心机中进行离心分离,弃去上清液;
(7) 加入纳米二氧化钛、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、聚乙烯醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、松节油和剩余去离子水,高速搅拌20-30分钟即得。
进一步优选的,步骤(1)中研磨时间为2.5小时。
进一步优选的,步骤(3)中温度为85-95℃。
进一步优选的,步骤(5)中加热至75℃,反应时间为2.5小时。
进一步优选的,步骤(7)中高速搅拌时间为25分钟。
有益效果:本发明的蒙脱土匀染剂对于织物染色均匀,匀染效果好,干摩擦牢度等级最高可达5级,湿摩擦牢度在4-5级,同时水洗基本不变色,不沾色,耐水洗牢度最高也可达到5级。

本发明材料的实施例和对比例的部分性能指标见下表,我们可以看到,本发明材料对于织物染色均匀,匀染效果好,干摩擦牢度等级最高可达5级,湿摩擦牢度在4-5级,同时水洗基本不变色,不沾色,耐水洗牢度最高也可达到5级。

(1) 将蒙脱土、铝硅酸钠和丙三醇混合,用研磨机研磨2-3小时;
