Abstract

一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花方法,包括白坯打卷、预定型、印花、烘干、定型后整理和成品打卷步骤,所述印花使用的分散染料组合物包括10~25%的耐高温分散染料、20~30%的符合通式(1)的化合物、5~8%的氢化蓖麻油、5~10%的氯化石蜡和余量的去离子水。所述印花使用的糊料包括5~10%的十八烷基异氰酸酯改性黄原胶、1.5~8%的乳化剂OP、25~35%航空级火油、3~8%的聚丙烯酸酯乳液、1~3%的增稠剂以及余量的水。本发明的节水率为73.68%,节能率为75.12%,印花水洗污水减排量为100%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花方法,属于纺织品印染技术领域。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和社会经济的快速发展,对生态环境的保护日益重视。在纺织领域,生物工程技术、数码技术、自动控制技术、无水染色技术被用于开发高性能、高附加值纺织产品,一方面实现从原料到加工过程的绿色、低碳和可持续发展,另一方面实现纺织产品的生态化。开发以生物质为原料的纤维,特别是生物质合成纤维成为近年来的热点,从资源和环境两方面都符合社会发展的趋势,一方面实现对石化原料资源替代,减少对石油资源的过度依赖,另一方面实现对化工加工工艺路线替代,减少生产过程和最终废弃物对环境的影响。
聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯(polytrimethylene terephthalate,PTT)是继50年代聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)工业化,和70年代聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)产业化以后实现工业规模开发的可成纤的聚酯材料。它克服了PET纤维的刚性和PBT纤维的柔性,兼具聚酯和聚酰胺纤维的优点,具有优良的弹性回复性、蓬松性、易染性、内在的抗污性、抗静电性和良好的色牢度等特点。以生物基PTT复合纤维为原料,设计开发具有不同风格特征和功能性生物基PTT复合纤维服用和家用系列纺织品,通过环保的染整技术进行深加工,开发高附加值面料极具市场开发潜力,本文通过近年来新开发的“免蒸洗无水印花技术”应用在生物基PTT面料的开发上,对相关工艺要点进行技术探讨,为生物基PTT面料的环保染整加工技术提供参考。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花方法,包括白坯打卷、预定型、印花、烘干、定型后整理和成品打卷步骤,所述印花使用的分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 10~25%;
符合通式(1)的化合物 20~30%;
氢化蓖麻油 5~8%;
氯化石蜡 5~10%;
去离子水 余量;
所述印花使用的糊料包括下列质量百分比的材料:
优选的技术方案为:所述耐高温分散染料选自分散黄30#、分散红167#、分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#、分散橙288#、分散蓝79#。
优选的技术方案为:所述n等于50~500。

由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
1、本发明可以使分散染料充分发色,达到色牢度生产要求;
2、本发明有助于减低印染加工对其记忆能力的影响,由于工序少,减少了传统加工经常出现的褶皱印、擦伤、记忆效果降低等印染难题。
3、本发明的节水率为73.68%,节能率为75.12%,印花水洗污水减排量为 100%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花方法
一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花方法,包括白坯打卷、预定型、印花、烘干、定型后整理和成品打卷步骤,所述印花使用的分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 20%;
符合通式(1)的化合物 20%;
氢化蓖麻油 8%;
氯化石蜡 10%;
去离子水 42%。
所述耐高温分散染料为分散黄30#。
符合通式(1)的化合物的制备方法可以是:将甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和顺丁烯二酸酐的混合物与去离子水混合,在引发剂过硫酸钠的作用下聚合而成。n=80~100。
所述印花使用的糊料,所述糊料包括下列质量百分比的材料:
材料及设备:
材料:生物基PTT记忆面料;药品:实施例一制备的糊料、实施例制得 的分散染料组合物、普通分散染料、海藻酸钠糊料、保险粉、净洗剂209。
设备:力根拉幅定型机,德国玛诺整纬机,奥地利齐玛圆网磁棒印花机,圆筒蒸箱,绳状水洗机、圆筒蒸箱、UltraScan XE型测色仪、LFY-1A织物折痕恢复性测定仪。
色浆配置。
印花工艺及生产流程。
利用印花机将配置好的色浆印制到生物基PTT记忆面料上,传统工艺采用圆筒蒸化,经皂洗、还原清洗、烘干工序,得到成品;而免蒸洗工艺采用烘定一体,直接发色到成品。
PTT记忆性能测试。
折皱回复角:按DB/T 3819-1997标准,在LFY-1A织物折痕恢复性测定仪上测试经向和纬向的急弹和缓弹回复角三次,用经纬向回复角之和的平均值表示。
蒸化条件对回复角的影响。

表1可知,PTT织物根据印花工艺不同,织物的弹力回复角相差很大,而弹力回复角大意味着织物纤维的刚性大,即织物记忆能力的下降,记忆效果的 丧失。
Dandurand等人通过用X-射线衍射方法对PTT晶体中大分子链构象研究表明,PTT大分子链中-O-CH2-CH2-CH2-O-单元具有1种能量最低的反式-旁式-旁式-反式构象,即呈现出明显的“Z”字形结构,使得PTT大分子链具有如同线圈弹簧一样的变形弹性。在外力作用下,“旁式”单元发生链旋转而转变为“反式”构象,而且由于这种构象转变仅仅包含C-C和C-O键旋转,分子链的伸长很容易发生,旋转过程中的构象转变过程是完全可逆的,外力除去后又恢复原状,由此赋予了PTT纤维良好的内在回复性。另有资料分别对高温染色和低温染色的PTT纤维进行了X-射线衍射分析发现,高温染色的PTT纤维结晶度明显增加。这就破坏了PTT原有的弹簧模型,从而影响了PTT纤维的记忆效果。
记忆效果是衡量PTT面料的重要指标,印染加工工序越少,其记忆性能的影响就越低,采用免蒸洗技术加工记忆面料能够有效的保护PTT纤维的记忆效果,同时免蒸洗技术,缩短了加工工序,减少了生产疵品的概率,另外其节能降耗显著。分子链在高温条件下运动加剧,破坏了原有微观分子结构,如结晶度和取向度,从而导致记忆效果的丧失;圆筒蒸化温度低,对分子链段的影响较小,所以记忆效果保持较好。
色牢度测试:
由上表表明,免蒸洗印花工艺色牢度优异,基本接近传统印花工艺。两印花工艺能源消耗对比:

上述数据参照行业标准FZ/T01002-2010规定:用水用煤量按处理每100m织物计算,织物密度100~140g/m2,门幅1.6m以下;工艺中所耗用的蒸汽、电均折算为标煤。通过以上两表可知:该工艺的节水率为73.68%,节能率为75.12%,印花水洗污水减排量为100%。
实施例二:生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花方法。
一种生物基PTT面料免蒸洗印花方法,包括白坯打卷、预定型、印花、烘干、定型后整理和成品打卷步骤,所述印花使用的分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 15%;
符合通式(1)的化合物 25%;
氢化蓖麻油 5%;
氯化石蜡 5%;
去离子水 50%。
所述耐高温分散染料为分散黑为分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#和分散橙288#的混合制品。
所述印花使用的糊料包括下列质量百分比的材料:

耐高温分散染料 10~25%;
符合通式(1)的化合物 20~30%;
