Abstract

发明公开了一种耐高温染料,按重量份计由以下成分制成:偶氮颜料、树脂、丙烯酸酰胺、乙基纤维素、山梨糖醇、纳米二氧化硅、皂粉、分散剂、消泡剂。本发明染料具有优异的耐高温性能,通过添加皂粉与经过处理的二氧化硅的配合使用,来提高染料的亲和力,通过采用丙烯酸树脂与有机硅树脂的混合物和经过接枝处理的乙基纤维素在不影响染料的亲和力的情况下还提高了染料的耐高温性和染色牢度。

技术领域
本发明涉及染料领域,特别是涉及一种耐高温染料。
背景技术
染色是一个很古老的工艺。从出土文物来看,我国和印度、埃及早在史前就知道用某些天然染料来染色。自1856年珀金发明合成染料以后,人们对染料的染色原理陆续进行研究,但许多较有成效的基本研究是在第一次世界大战之后,铜铵纤维、黏胶纤维和醋酯纤维问世。第二次世界大战以后,各种合成纤维才不断的出现。纺织材料用染浴处理,使染料和纤维发生化学或物理化学结合,或在纤维上生成
不溶性有色物质的工艺过程。现有的染料亲和力不够,在高温下易造成均染性差,易褪色。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温染料,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐高温染料,按重量份计由以下成分制成:50份偶氮颜料、18份树脂、15份丙烯酸酰胺、10份乙基纤维素、4份山梨糖醇、4份纳米二氧化硅、1份皂粉、1份分散剂、1份消泡剂。
进一步地,所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂与有机硅树脂按1:3比例混合而成的。
进一步地,所述乙基纤维素经过接枝重量份为0.1份的聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺共聚物处理。
进一步地,所述纳米二氧化硅采用硅烷偶联剂在碱性环境下进行改性处理。
进一步地,所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钠。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为聚醚型消泡剂。
一种耐高温染料的制作方法,包括:
1)将丙烯酸酰胺与树脂进行混合,控制温度在85℃,持续40分钟后;
2)向1)中添加偶氮颜料,温度调节到80℃,5-10分钟后,添加皂粉与经过处理的纳米二氧化硅,以100r/min速度搅拌30-40分钟;
3)向2)中添加经过处理的乙基纤维素和山梨糖醇将温度调节到40-50℃后,添加分散剂和消泡剂,以150r/min速度搅拌1小时后,冷却至室温,调节pH值为5.5-6。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明染料具有优异的耐高温性能,通过添加皂粉与经过处理的二氧化硅的配合使用,来提高染料的亲和力,通过采用丙烯酸树脂与有机硅树脂的混合物和经过接枝处理的乙基纤维素在不影响染料的亲和力的情况下还提高了染料的耐高温性和染色牢度。

一种耐高温染料,按重量份计由以下成分制成:50份偶氮颜料、18份树脂、15份丙烯酸酰胺、10份乙基纤维素、4份山梨糖醇、4份纳米二氧化硅、1份皂粉、1份分散剂、1份消泡剂。
进一步地,所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂与有机硅树脂按1:3比例混合而成的。
进一步地,所述乙基纤维素经过接枝重量份为0.1份的聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺共聚物处理。

1.一种耐高温染料,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:50份偶氮颜料、18份树脂、15份丙烯酸酰胺、10份乙基纤维素、4份山梨糖醇、4份纳米二氧化硅、1份皂粉、1份分散剂、1份消泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温染料,其特征在于,所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂与有机硅树脂按1:3比例混合而成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温染料,其特征在于,所述乙基纤维素经过接枝重量份为0.1份的聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺共聚物处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温染料,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化硅采用硅烷偶联剂在碱性环境下进行改性处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温染料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温染料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚醚型消泡剂。
7.一种耐高温染料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
1)将丙烯酸酰胺与树脂进行混合,控制温度在85℃,持续40分钟后;
2)向1)中添加偶氮颜料,温度调节到80℃,5-10分钟后,添加皂粉与经过处理的纳米二氧化硅,以100r/min速度搅拌30-40分钟;
