本发明涉及食品制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种营养粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
伴随着经济的发展及社会的进步,人们的生活水平也在不断提高。就饮食而言,人们不再偏重于吃好、吃饱,而更注重科学、合理的营养搭配及饮食保健,不论是主粮,还是肉食、蔬菜、水果等,都从以前的单一品种发展到当今的多个品种。
传统的食补方法是通过食用具有保健功能的食品来进行的,其口味单一、味道不好,且营养不够全面均衡,尤其是能在每天的早餐或餐间食用,并具有多种营养物质的汤羹类食品更少。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种选用的原辅材料和配方使得该产品营养丰富、科学合理、食用安全,产品中所含的动物蛋白、植物蛋白、碳水化合物,膳食纤维和人体所需的多种维生素搭配均衡,营养成份较为全面的营养粉及其制备方法,能够有效解决现有技术存在的上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明的一种营养粉,包括40-60重量克数的主料和30重量克数的配料,其中,
主料包括下列重量克数的原料:
大米6-10克、小米8-12克、麦仁6-10克、鹰嘴豆8-12克、玉米6-10克、绿豆8-12克、 青稞6-10克、藜麦6-10克。
配料包括下列重量克数的原料:
大葱2-2.5克、生姜1.5-2克、紫苏0.05-0.08克、香叶0.03-0.05克、草果0.02-0.03克、肉蔻0.02-0.03克、山楂片0.05-0.1克、料酒0.3-0.5克、芝麻油0.3-0.5克、白胡椒粉0.2-0.3克、低钠盐2.5-4克。
进一步的,配料还包括柴鸡肉末10克、精猪肉末10克。
优选的,所述主料包括下列重量克数的原料:
大米8克、小米10克、麦仁8克、鹰嘴豆10克、玉米8克、绿豆10克、 青稞8克、藜麦8克。

本发明的一种营养粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将上述重量克数的大米、小米、麦仁、鹰嘴豆、玉米、绿豆、青稞、藜麦用去农残清洗机洗净,晾干后用炒制机炒熟,再用粉碎机打碎至80目谷物粉,把打磨碎的谷物粉用包装机制成40-60g/袋独立封装。
2)把洗净的柴鸡和去皮的猪肘放入炖锅中加水烧至90摄氏度,去除血沫和杂质,加入上述重量克数的加入上述重量克数的大葱、生姜、紫苏、香叶、草果、肉蔻、山楂片、料酒,大火烧开20分种后转成小火煲煮4-5个小时,把煮好的柴鸡肉和精猪肘肉捞出,放入绞肉机中搅碎成肉末。

市面上现有的同类汤羹类产品,制作方法繁琐复杂,成品色泽灰暗,口感偏咸和辣,营养成份不均衡、不全面。而本发明的原料来源广泛,成品色泽明亮、口味鲜香、营养丰富全面、工艺科学安全,适于一年四季日常食用,老少皆宜,实为居家和上班人群的食用佳品!
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种营养粉,其特征在于:包括40-60重量克数的主料和30重量克数的配料,其中,
主料包括下列重量克数的原料:
大米6-10克、小米8-12克、麦仁6-10克、鹰嘴豆8-12克、玉米6-10克、绿豆8-12克、 青稞6-10克、藜麦6-10克。
配料包括下列重量克数的原料:
大葱2-2.5克、生姜1.5-2克、紫苏0.05-0.08克、香叶0.03-0.05克、草果0.02-0.03克、肉蔻0.02-0.03克、山楂片0.05-0.1克、料酒0.3-0.5克、芝麻油0.3-0.5克、白胡椒粉0.2-0.3克、低钠盐2.5-4克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种营养粉,其特征在于:主料包括下列重量克数的原料:
大米8克、小米10克、麦仁8克、鹰嘴豆10克、玉米8克、绿豆10克、 青稞8克、藜麦8克。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种营养粉,其特征在于:配料包括下列重量克数的原料:
大葱2.3克、生姜1.8克、紫苏0.06克、香叶0.04克、草果0.025克、肉蔻0.025克、山楂片0.08克、料酒0.4克、芝麻油0.4克、白胡椒粉0.25克、低钠盐3克。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种营养粉,其特征在于:配料还包括柴鸡肉末10克、精猪肉末10克。
5.一种营养粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将上述重量克数的大米、小米、麦仁、鹰嘴豆、玉米、绿豆、青稞、藜麦用去农残清洗机洗净,晾干后用炒制机炒熟,再用粉碎机打碎至80目谷物粉,把打磨碎的谷物粉用包装机制成40-60g/袋独立封装。
2)把洗净的柴鸡和去皮的猪肘放入炖锅中加水烧至90摄氏度,去除血沫和杂质,加入上述重量克数的大葱、生姜、紫苏、香叶、草果、肉蔻、山楂片、料酒,大火烧开20分种后转成小火煲煮4-5个小时,把煮好的柴鸡肉和精猪肘肉捞出,放入绞肉机中搅碎成肉末。
3)把煮好的浓汤过滤后,加入上述重量克数的白胡椒粉、芝麻油和低钠盐,将打碎的柴鸡肉末和猪肉末加入过滤好的浓汤中放凉,用包装机把肉末和浓汤一起制成30g/袋的浓汤肉末料袋。
