Abstract
本发明公开了一种高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法,步骤如下:外层粗纱制备、芯纱处理、包芯处理、溶解处理、水浴溶解;本发明将氨纶纤维和T‑400纤维相互捻合,氨纶纤维和T‑400纤维均是高弹性纤维材料,当将两种高弹性的纤维长丝进行相互捻合时,如此形成的捻合弹性会有两种弹性恢复力,第一个是弹性纤维本身在发生弯折时的弹性恢复力,第二个是两种弹性纤维径向分离趋势的弹性恢复力,如此使得本发明的弹性捻合纤维的弹性得到强化,增加了本发明的弹性恢复力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法。
背景技术
亚麻制品历史悠久,在世界范围享有盛誉,即使在丝绸、纯棉、毛、人造纤维等织品十分发达的今天,亚麻织物仍占有不可替代的高贵地位。亚麻天然的透气性、吸湿性、清爽性和排性,使其成为自由呼吸的纺织品,常温下能使人体室感温度下降4-8℃,被称为“天然空调”。目前亚麻弹力面料一般是通过亚麻包覆弹性纤维长丝,形成亚麻弹力包芯纱进行织造,但是这种亚麻弹力纱的亚麻纤维与弹性纤维长丝进行包芯后没有充分发挥弹性纤维长丝的弹性恢复能力,另外亚麻纤维与弹性纤维长丝之间连接的也不是很稳固。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种弹性恢复度高基于亚麻、T-400纤维、氨纶纤维的包芯纱及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、外层粗纱制备:选用分裂度指标大于等于250支的原麻,并将原麻打成麻;向麻喷淋含有加湿剂的水溶液进行加湿;然后用成条机制成亚麻长条,将亚麻长条、涤纶纤维、蛋白纤维混合依次走并条机纺成外层粗纱;将外层粗纱依次进行复配酶脱胶处理;
S2、芯纱处理:将氨纶纤维和T-400纤维相互捻合;将聚酰亚胺粉末和TPE粉末一同加入水中搅拌混合,得到涂层液体;将相互捻合的氨纶纤维和T-400纤维经过聚酰亚胺和TPE的涂层液体,再经过30至50℃的环境中进行预热后冷却,得到芯纱层;
S3、包芯处理:将外层粗纱与芯纱层通过湿纺细纱机进行湿纺,得到外层粗纱包覆芯纱层的包芯纱;
S4、溶解处理:将所述包芯纱送入烧碱溶液中,将蛋白纤维进行溶解,制得所述包芯纱;
S5、水浴溶解:将所述的包芯纱送入180至190℃的热水环境中进行溶解水洗去除TPE成分,加热干燥后形成所述的包芯纱。
进一步,所述步骤S1中保湿18~36小时;经过4道并条制得粗纱。
进一步,所述步骤S1中,取果胶酶、脂肪酶、木聚糖酶、纤柔酶四种酶按照3:2:1:1的比例复配后,经过三级发酵制成脱胶酶液;所述脱胶通过将外层粗纱浸入脱胶酶液中1小时进行生物脱胶。
进一步,所述步骤S1中,所述麻长条、涤纶纤维、蛋白纤维比重为7:3:1。
进一步,所述步骤S2中,聚酰亚胺粉末和TPE粉末按照比例1:3加入水中搅拌混合;所述水料质量比为1:3。
进一步,所述步骤S3中,芯纱层为200D,外包外层粗纱35支。
进一步,所述步骤S4中,烧碱浓度为40至50%,于90至95℃温度下溶解25至35min。
本发明的有益效果
1.本发明将氨纶纤维和T-400纤维相互捻合,氨纶纤维和T-400纤维均是高弹性纤维材料,当将两种高弹性的纤维长丝进行相互捻合时,如此形成的捻合弹性纤维会有两种弹性恢复力,第一个是弹性纤维本身在发生弯折时的弹性恢复力,第二个是两种弹性纤维径向分离趋势的弹性恢复力,如此使得本发明的弹性捻合纤维的弹性得到强化,增加了本发明的弹性恢复力。
2.本发明利用热固性的聚酰亚胺和热塑性的TPE材料加水混合形成涂层液体,使得相互捻合的氨纶纤维和T-400纤维外侧形成涂层软体,如此在包覆外层粗纱之后通过水浴溶解,将包芯纱送入180至190℃的热水环境中进行溶解水洗去除TPE成分,加热干燥后形成所述的包芯纱,如此绝大数的TPE成分溶解去除之后,使得相互捻合的氨纶纤维和T-400纤维外侧与外层粗纱之间形成多点形态分布的聚酰亚胺进行粘接,同时使得相互捻合的氨纶纤维和T-400纤维外侧与外层粗纱之间形成空隙,如此极大的提高了本发明整个结构的弹性,同时提高了连接的稳固性。
3.本发明将亚麻长条、涤纶纤维、蛋白纤维混合依次走并条机,从而纺成外层粗纱,在后续通过烧碱将蛋白纤维进行溶解,使整个结构形成中空状态,降低外层粗纱的硬度,来实现纱的柔软,从而实现好的回弹力。本发明在外层粗纱中加入了涤纶纤维混入亚麻中,涤纶纤维最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,如此全面提高了整个结构的回弹效果,很好的弥补了亚麻的缺陷。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
一种高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1、外层粗纱制备:选用分裂度指标大于等于250支的原麻,并将原麻打成麻;向麻喷淋含有加湿剂的水溶液进行加湿;然后用成条机制成亚麻长条,将亚麻长条、涤纶纤维、蛋白纤维混合依次走并条机纺成外层粗纱;将外层粗纱依次进行复配酶脱胶处理;保湿18~36小时;经过4道并条制得粗纱;取果胶酶、脂肪酶、木聚糖酶、纤柔酶四种酶按照3:2:1:1的比例复配后,经过三级发酵制成脱胶酶液;所述脱胶通过将外层粗纱浸入脱胶酶液中1小时进行生物脱胶;所述麻长条、涤纶纤维、蛋白纤维比重为7:3:1。
S2、芯纱处理:将氨纶纤维和T-400纤维相互捻合;将聚酰亚胺粉末和TPE粉末一同加入水中搅拌混合,得到涂层液体;聚酰亚胺粉末和TPE粉末按照比例1:3加入水中搅拌混合;所述水料质量比为1:3;将相互捻合的氨纶纤维和T-400纤维经过聚酰亚胺和TPE的涂层液体,再经过30至50℃的环境中进行预热后冷却,得到芯纱层;
S3、包芯处理:将外层粗纱与芯纱层通过湿纺细纱机进行湿纺,得到外层粗纱包覆芯纱层的包芯纱;芯纱层为200D,外包外层粗纱35支。
S4、溶解处理:将所述包芯纱送入烧碱溶液中,将蛋白纤维进行溶解,制得所述包芯纱;烧碱浓度为40至50%,于90至95℃温度下溶解25至35min。
S5、水浴溶解:将所述的包芯纱送入180至190℃的热水环境中进行溶解水洗去除TPE成分,加热干燥后形成所述的包芯纱。
本发明利用热固性的聚酰亚胺和热塑性的TPE材料加水混合形成涂层液体,使得相互捻合的氨纶纤维和T-400纤维外侧形成涂层软体,如此在包覆外层粗纱之后通过水浴溶解,将包芯纱送入180至190℃的热水环境中进行溶解水洗去除TPE成分,加热干燥后形成所述的包芯纱,如此绝大数的TPE成分溶解去除之后,使得相互捻合的氨纶纤维和T-400纤维外侧与外层粗纱之间形成多点形态分布的聚酰亚胺进行粘接,同时使得相互捻合的氨纶纤维和T-400纤维外侧与外层粗纱之间形成空隙,如此极大的提高了本发明整个结构的弹性,同时提高了连接的稳固性。

本发明将亚麻长条、涤纶纤维、蛋白纤维混合依次走并条机,从而纺成外层粗纱,在后续通过烧碱将蛋白纤维进行溶解,使整个结构形成中空状态,降低外层粗纱的硬度,来实现纱的柔软,从而实现好的回弹力。本发明在外层粗纱中加入了涤纶纤维混入亚麻中,涤纶纤维最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,如此全面提高了整个结构的回弹效果,很好的弥补了亚麻的缺陷。

Claims (7)
1.一种高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1、外层粗纱制备:选用分裂度指标大于等于250支的原麻,并将原麻打成麻;向麻喷淋含有加湿剂的水溶液进行加湿;然后用成条机制成亚麻长条,将亚麻长条、涤纶纤维、蛋白纤维混合依次走并条机纺成外层粗纱;将外层粗纱依次进行复配酶脱胶处理;
S2、芯纱处理:将氨纶纤维和T-400纤维相互捻合;将聚酰亚胺粉末和TPE粉末一同加入水中搅拌混合,得到涂层液体;将相互捻合的氨纶纤维和T-400纤维经过聚酰亚胺和TPE的涂层液体,再经过30至50℃的环境中进行预热后冷却,得到芯纱层;
S3、包芯处理:将外层粗纱与芯纱层通过湿纺细纱机进行湿纺,得到外层粗纱包覆芯纱层的包芯纱;
S4、溶解处理:将所述包芯纱送入烧碱溶液中,将蛋白纤维进行溶解,制得所述包芯纱;
S5、水浴溶解:将所述的包芯纱送入180至190℃的热水环境中进行溶解水洗去除TPE成分,加热干燥后形成所述的包芯纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中保湿18~36小时;经过4道并条制得粗纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,取果胶酶、脂肪酶、木聚糖酶、纤柔酶四种酶按照3:2:1:1的比例复配后,经过三级发酵制成脱胶酶液;所述脱胶通过将外层粗纱浸入脱胶酶液中1小时进行生物脱胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,所述麻长条、涤纶纤维、蛋白纤维比重为7:3:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,聚酰亚胺粉末和TPE粉末按照比例1:3加入水中搅拌混合;所述水料质量比为1:3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,芯纱层为200D,外包外层粗纱35支。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高性能亚麻包芯纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,烧碱浓度为40至50%,于90至95℃温度下溶解25至35min。
