本发明一种易清洗的纺织用纱线,包括芯线以及依次包绕在芯线外层的第一包覆层以及第二包覆层,并在所述第一包覆层与第二包覆层之间成型有改性粘胶纤维层作为纤维稳定层;其芯线由高弹力纤维螺旋捻合制成,第一包覆层由45~60wt%的脱胶亚麻纤维、15~30wt%的脱胶芒果纤维和余量的Taly纤维捻合而成;第二包覆层由30%~40%的Taly纤维以及余量的亲肤类纤维螺旋捻合而成;并在纤维稳定层的改性粘胶纤维层中添加有羽绒类再生蛋白粉末作为改性材料。本发明制得的纱线能在保证纱线对外表现出较佳易清洗性能的同时,减少Taly纤维的用量,并增加其他的纤维混合物与Taly纤维的相容性以得到兼顾韧性、强度、手感和易清洁性能的高性能纱线。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域中的纱线加工技术,具体涉及一种易清洗的纺织用纱线。
背景技术
纱线是由各种纺织纤维沿长度方向聚集而成的柔软细长、并具有一定力学性质的纤维集合体,也是当下织物制作的最主要也是基础的材料,可广泛应用于织布、制绳、制线、针织、刺绣等纺织作业中,而随着纺织技术的进步以及人们对于生活品质追求的提高,人们对各种生活用品的需求也越来越多样化,对于织物的要求也不仅仅限于舒适性,同时也希望织物或者纤维具有一些功能性。
现有的纱线主要有两种构成形态,其一种形态为多股纤维相互之间呈螺旋捻合形态,而另一种形态为以一较粗的中心线作为芯线,其他纱线呈螺旋状缠绕在芯线上形成的螺旋捻合形态,但上述两种形态的纱线具有较佳的强度和稳定性,在制备面料时虽然具有较佳穿着舒适性,但是易沾染污物,使得织成的布料清洗困难,抗污损性能较差,油污、血渍等污渍容易渗入纱线内部,污损位置难于清洗干净,导致清洗性能较差,且污损处易生细菌,在多次洗涤后容易发滑、发臭、发硬等问题。
市面上也有一些易清洁纱线,但是这一类的易清洁纱线通常都是通过对纱线进行化学处理以获得较佳的纤维的表面张力来阻止污染物的粘附,其原理与防水面料类似,但是这种仅通过化学处理获得的易清洁性能稳定性差,在进行多次洗涤或者长时间穿着后会导致易清洁性能变弱,耐用性差,同时,这种化学处理的纱线也会影响所织造的衣物的触感和舒适性,并导致面料的强度、吸湿性、透气性等发生不利改变。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种易清洗的纺织用纱线,以解决上述技术背景中的缺陷。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种易清洗的纺织用纱线,包括芯线以及依次包绕在芯线外层的第一包覆层以及第二包覆层,并在所述第一包覆层与第二包覆层之间成型有改性粘胶纤维层作为纤维稳定层;
所述芯线由高弹力纤维螺旋捻合制成;
所述第一包覆层由2~3股纤维细度为150~180μm的第一混合纤维在芯线外表面上螺旋捻合而成,所述第一混合纤维由45~60wt%的脱胶亚麻纤维、15~30wt%的脱胶芒果纤维和余量的Taly纤维捻合制成,其中,所述脱胶亚麻纤维和所述脱胶芒果纤维是以亚麻纤维和芒果纤维作为原料经过氢氧化钠溶液和硫化钠溶液进行脱胶处理后再经聚乳酸溶液浸泡改性后制得;
所述第二包覆层由1~2股纤维细度为120~150μm的第二混合纤维在纤维稳定层的外表面上螺旋捻合而成,所述第二混合纤维由30%~40%的Taly纤维以及余量的亲肤类纤维螺旋捻合制成;
所述改性粘胶纤维层中掺加有7~15wt%的羽绒类再生蛋白粉末作为改性材料,且所述改性材料均匀填充于改性粘胶纤维层。
作为进一步限定,所述芯线采用的高弹力纤维为由尼龙纤维:聚酯纤维:氨纶质量比2:5:1捻合而成的混合物纤维束,且所述芯线中用于捻合的混合物纤维束的捻合股数为2~3股。
作为进一步限定,所述芯线为尼龙纤维、聚酯纤维以及再生纤维捻成的螺旋结构纱线,且芯线中尼龙纤维的掺加量不少于70wt%。
作为进一步限定,所述第二包覆层与所述第一包覆层的捻合方向相反,且所述第二包覆层在所述纤维稳定层的表面上交捻的捻向为Z型。
作为进一步限定,所述脱胶亚麻纤维和所述脱胶芒果纤维在进行脱胶处理时的操作步骤为:
将作为原料的亚麻纤维以及芒果纤维清理后在5~7wt%的稀盐酸中进行酸洗,酸洗2~3次后用清洗赶紧,按照固液比1:15~1:20的比例加入4.5~5.5wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中搅拌混合后静置2~3h,加入硫化钠将混合物溶液调制成1~3wt%的硫化钠混合物溶液,煮沸后保持30~40min,过滤并用去离子水洗涤至洗涤液呈中性后烘干,并在烘干后直接送入冰水中冷却3~5min,即完成脱胶处理操作。
作为进一步限定,所述脱胶亚麻纤维和所述脱胶芒果纤维进行聚乳酸溶液浸泡改性处理时,所采用的聚乳酸溶液为8~12wt%,处理时间为30~40min,且在聚乳酸溶液中添加有不超过3wt%的氨基硅酮交联剂以及不超过1wt%的作为稳定剂和离子交换促进剂的钠基蒙脱土。
作为进一步限定,所述亲肤类纤维为棉纤维、麻纤维、竹纤维、羊毛纤维中的一种。
作为进一步限定,所述亲肤类纤维也可以用棉纤维或者麻纤维或者竹纤维或者羊毛纤维与莫代尔、聚酯纤维、氨纶、莱卡的任意比例的混合物纤维进行替换。
作为进一步限定,所述再生蛋白粉末以鸭绒、鹅绒、去梗鸭羽毛、去梗鹅羽毛中的一种或者组合作为原料制得,制备时,将上述经过高压蒸煮后烘干,并在干燥后研磨成50~80目的粉末,并将上述粉末冻干后二次研磨并过200~300目筛,再加入聚乳酸的丙酮或者四氢呋喃溶液中浸泡改性后制得;另外,在改性过程中,也可以在必要时添加微量的拒水剂来辅助改性。
本发明中采用的Taly纤维是一种具有优异性能的新型再生纤维素纤维,由白松树木浆生产制得,这种纤维的横截面为带有锯齿状的圆形或近似椭圆形,表层和内层有不同的结构特征,可使纱线和织物不仅具有传统纤维素纤维优良的吸湿性、透气性和触感,还具有独特的天然自清自洁功能和自身不粘油污的特性,穿着后不需要任何的洗涤剂和漂白剂,只在清水中就可以洗掉上面的油污。
但Taly纤维的缺陷在于其作为一种新型纤维材料,工艺复杂,且其制备技术处于保密状态,造成纯Taly纤维的价格居高不下,且这种纤维本身在使用时也存在表面光滑、蓬松、抱合力差、初始模量低、强力小的缺陷,且与其他纤维的相容性差、可纺织性能相对于传统的动植物纤维纱线也较差。虽然在市面上也有Taly纤维与各种纤维混纺的产品,但这些Taly纤维混纺纱线产品中Taly纤维的含量通常较低,易清洁性能表现相对于纯Taly纤维的产品要差30%~50%,使用时也存在强度和韧性等方面的缺陷,在长时间使用后容易出现毛羽和飞纱的情况。
本发明利用脱胶后的芒果纤维和亚麻纤维接近于Taly纤维的结构特点,在利用聚乳酸溶液浸泡改性后与Taly纤维进行捻合,以在纱线内层通过少量使用Taly纤维,并用其他纤维进行改性和多层螺旋捻合结构的组合来使纱线充分表现出Taly纤维的易清洗性能,同时还能有效优化纱线本身的物理性能,使其具有光泽度好、重量轻、质地挺括、滑爽、手感柔和等优点,并兼具弹性、韧性和天然纤维手感,并有效减少生产成本。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
在下述实施例中,本技术领域技术人员可以理解,除非另外定义,这里使用的所有术语(包括技术术语和科学术语)具有与本申请所属领域中的普通技术人员的一般理解相同的意义。还应该理解的是,诸如通用字典中定义的那些术语应该被理解为具有与现有技术的上下文中的意义一致的意义,并且除非像这里一样定义,不会用理想化或过于正式的含义来解释。
在本实施例中,纱线结构如图1所示,其包括芯线4包裹在芯线4外层的第一包裹层3、纤维稳定层2以及第二包裹层1,其中,芯线4为三股混合物纤维束5纤维细度为300μm,由尼龙纤维:聚酯纤维:氨纶按照质量比2:5:1的比例捻合而成,其捻合合成的混合物纤维束5再次螺旋捻合即得芯线4。
第一包覆层3由三根纤维细度为160μm的第一混合纤维7在芯线4外表面上成S向螺旋捻合而成,第一包覆层3紧贴成型于芯线4的外表面,且第一混合纤维7由脱胶亚麻纤维、脱胶芒果纤维和Taly纤维按照比例关系捻合制成,且其中的脱胶亚麻纤维和脱胶芒果纤维是以亚麻纤维和芒果纤维作为原料经过氢氧化钠溶液和硫化钠溶液进行脱胶处理后再经聚乳酸溶液浸泡改性后制得,其具体的处理步骤如下:
先按比例称取亚麻纤维以及芒果纤维原料,将上述纤维原料用6wt%的稀盐酸中进行酸洗,洗掉表面杂质以及酸溶物,酸洗持续2~3次,每次进行15~20S,酸洗完成后将纤维原料滤干,按照固液比1:15的比例加入5wt%的氢氧化钠溶液搅拌混合后静置2h,然后加入硫化钠将混合物溶液调制成1.7wt%的硫化钠混合物溶液,将上述溶液煮沸,煮沸后保持35min,然后过滤,将滤过的纤维物用离子水洗至中性后烘干,并在烘干后直接送入冰水中冷却4min完成脱胶操作,这种脱胶方式能有效保证亚麻纤维和芒果纤维本身优点的同时保证纤维韧性和强度,同时在纤维中形成具有吸附性的微孔结构,将这种具有吸附性的亚麻纤维和芒果纤维加入10wt%的聚乳酸溶液中,一并加入2.5wt%的氨基硅酮交联剂以及0.45wt%钠基蒙脱土进行处理,处理时间为35min后捞出烘干,即得脱胶亚麻纤维和脱胶芒果纤维。
纤维稳定层2成型于第一包覆层3与第二包裹层1之间,其对应的厚度为30~35μm,由粘胶纤维填充成型,且在填充的粘胶纤维中还掺加有7~15wt%的羽绒类再生蛋白粉末作为改性材料,其作为改性粉末材料的再生蛋白粉末以鸭绒以及去梗鸭羽毛作为原料制得,制备时,将鸭绒以及去梗鸭羽毛经过高压蒸煮后烘干,并在干燥后研磨成80目的粉末,并将上述粉末冻干至含水量低于5%后进行二次研磨,将研磨后的冻干粉过260目筛后再加入7wt%的聚乳酸的四氢呋喃溶液中浸泡改性后制得。
而第二包裹层1由两股纤维细度为130μm的第二混合纤维6在芯线外表面上螺旋捻合而成,且第二包裹层1在的捻合方向与第一包覆层3的的捻合方向方向,且呈Z向捻合,而组成第二混合纤维6的纤维包括Taly纤维以及作为亲肤类纤维的亲肤混合物纤维,在本实施例中,该亲肤类纤维为78wt%的棉纤维、15%的莫代尔纤维与7%的氨纶纤维组成的混合纤维。
而在上述实施例的结构特点下,以第一混合纤维中脱胶亚麻纤维、脱胶芒果纤维、Taly纤维的用量、第二混合纤维中Taly纤维、亲肤类纤维的用量以及纤维稳定层中羽绒类再生蛋白粉末的用量作为变量设置五组实验组来制备易清洗的纺织用纱线,其参数如下(单位wt%,取整数):
利用同克重的纯棉纤维纱线作为对比组1、纯Taly纤维纱线作为对比组2来进行清洗测试:
进行清洗测试时,分别将实验组和对比组的纱线用同型号织布机制成织造成白色织物,然后在织物上剪下3*3㎝的布片分别用玉米油(油类污染物)、泥水(无机类污染物)、西瓜水(果汁、饮料类污染物)、猪血(血污)对实验组和对比组的布片进行浸泡,浸泡10S,然后将经过上述处理的布片取出并静置10min后分别放入水槽中用3m/s的流水冲洗30S以及用同一型号的洗衣机标准模式清洗(不加洗涤剂)两种清洗方式进行清洗,然后用色差计检测清洗前和清洗后的色差值并换算成清洁比例(单位%,取整数),得到下表:

由上表内容可以看出,本实施例的技术条件下制得的易清洗的纺织用纱线具有较佳的清洁性能,直接在流水中进行冲洗既可以洗除织物表面的大部分污染物,而在无洗涤剂的情况下即可利用洗衣机获得较佳的机洗效果,其易清洁性能要明显由于常见的纯棉纱线,接近于纯Taly纤维纱线,可在减少Taly纤维用量的基础上获得较佳的易清洗性能,同时由于具有第二包覆层1和第一包覆层3的双层螺旋捻合结构,配合高弹力的内层芯线4,可使纱线本身具有较佳的弹性和韧性。

Claims (10)
1.一种易清洗的纺织用纱线,其特征在于,包括芯线以及依次包绕在芯线外层的第一包覆层以及第二包覆层,并在所述第一包覆层与第二包覆层之间成型有改性粘胶纤维层作为纤维稳定层;
所述芯线由高弹力纤维螺旋捻合制成;
所述第一包覆层由2~3股纤维细度为150~180μm的第一混合纤维在芯线外表面上螺旋捻合而成,所述第一混合纤维由45~60wt%的脱胶亚麻纤维、15~30wt%的脱胶芒果纤维和余量的Taly纤维捻合制成,其中,所述脱胶亚麻纤维和所述脱胶芒果纤维是以亚麻纤维和芒果纤维作为原料经过氢氧化钠溶液和硫化钠溶液进行脱胶处理后再经聚乳酸溶液浸泡改性后制得;
所述第二包覆层由1~2股纤维细度为120~150μm的第二混合纤维在纤维稳定层的外表面上螺旋捻合而成,所述第二混合纤维由30%~40%的Taly纤维以及余量的亲肤类纤维螺旋捻合制成;
所述改性粘胶纤维层中掺加有7~15wt%的羽绒类再生蛋白粉末作为改性材料,且所述改性材料均匀填充于改性粘胶纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的纺织用纱线,其特征在于,所述芯线采用的高弹力纤维为由尼龙纤维:聚酯纤维:氨纶质量比2:5:1捻合而成的混合物纤维束,且所述芯线中用于捻合的混合物纤维束的捻合股数为2~3股。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的纺织用纱线,其特征在于,所述芯线为尼龙纤维、聚酯纤维以及再生纤维捻成的螺旋结构纱线,且芯线中尼龙纤维的掺加量不少于70wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的纺织用纱线,其特征在于,所述第二包覆层与所述第一包覆层的捻合方向相反,且所述第二包覆层在所述纤维稳定层的表面上交捻的捻向为Z型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的纺织用纱线,其特征在于,所述脱胶亚麻纤维和所述脱胶芒果纤维在进行脱胶处理时的操作步骤为:
将作为原料的亚麻纤维以及芒果纤维清理后在5~7wt%的稀盐酸中进行酸洗,酸洗2~3次后用清洗赶紧,按照固液比1:15~1:20的比例加入4.5~5.5wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中搅拌混合后静置2~3h,加入硫化钠将混合物溶液调制成1~3wt%的硫化钠混合物溶液,煮沸后保持30~40min,过滤并用去离子水洗涤至洗涤液呈中性后烘干,并在烘干后直接送入冰水中冷却3~5min,即完成脱胶处理操作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的纺织用纱线,其特征在于,所述脱胶亚麻纤维和所述脱胶芒果纤维进行聚乳酸溶液浸泡改性处理时,所采用的聚乳酸溶液为8~12wt%,处理时间为30~40min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的易清洗的纺织用纱线,其特征在于,在所述聚乳酸溶液中添加有不超过3wt%的氨基硅酮交联剂以及不超过1wt%的钠基蒙脱土。
8.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的纺织用纱线,其特征在于,所述亲肤类纤维为棉纤维、麻纤维、竹纤维、羊毛纤维中的一种或者棉纤维或者麻纤维或者竹纤维或者羊毛纤维与莫代尔、聚酯纤维、氨纶、莱卡的任意比例的混合物纤维。
9.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的纺织用纱线,其特征在于,所述再生蛋白粉末以鸭绒、鹅绒、去梗鸭羽毛、去梗鹅羽毛中的一种或者组合作为原料制得,制备时,将上述经过高压蒸煮后烘干,并在干燥后研磨成50~80目的粉末,并将上述粉末冻干后二次研磨并过200~300目筛,再加入聚乳酸的丙酮或者四氢呋喃溶液中浸泡改性后制得。
10.根据权利要求9所述的易清洗的纺织用纱线,其特征在于,聚乳酸的丙酮或者四氢呋喃溶液中添加有拒水剂来辅助改性。
