本发明涉及一种抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料,其为机织物,织物组织为平纹或斜纹,其特征为它的经纬纱均为一种三组分复合纱,所述三组分复合纱包括涤纶短纤纱、涤纶长丝和羊毛纤维;其中涤纶短纤纱为芯纱,两根涤纶长丝以相反缠绕方向相互交缠并包缠于芯纱外表,两根涤纶长丝对芯纱产生束缚形成涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱,羊毛纤维包覆在涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱外侧。本发明还涉及该抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料的制备方法。本发明具有的优点为面料抗皱保形性能更好,能满足洗衣机洗涤,面料具有永久的保行性,而且抗皱处理具有环保、无污染的特点;面料手感更柔软,吸湿透气性好。

Description

一种抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种精毛纺面料,尤其涉及一种抗皱可机洗精毛纺面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
羊毛表面有鳞片,鳞片的根部附着于毛干,尖端深处毛干的表面而指向毛尖。由于鳞片的指向这一特点,羊毛沿长度方向的摩擦,因为滑动方向不同,则摩擦因数不同。滑动方向从毛尖到毛根,为逆鳞片摩擦,摩擦因数大;滑动方向从毛根到毛尖,为顺鳞片摩擦,摩擦因数小,这种现象称为定向摩擦效应。这一特征是毛纤维缩绒的基础。毛纤维集合体在湿热及化学试剂作用下,经机械外力反复挤压,纤维集合体逐渐收缩紧密,并相互穿插纠缠,交编毡化,这一性能称为羊毛的缩绒性。
目前毛纤维防缩绒处理有氧化法和树脂法两种。氧化法又称降解法,它是使羊毛鳞片损伤,以降低定向摩擦效应,减少纤维单向运动和纠缠能力。通常使用的化学试剂有次录酸钠、氯气、氯胺、氢氧化钾、高锰酸钾等。树脂法也称添加法,是在羊毛上涂以树脂薄膜或混纺入粘结纤维,以减少或消除羊毛纤维之间的摩擦效应,或使纤维的相互交叉处粘结,限制纤维的相互移动、失去缩绒性通常使用的树脂有脲醛、密胺甲醛、硅酮、聚丙烯酸酯等。氧化法是从改变纤维结构上解决羊毛缩绒性能,树脂法是从控制纤维集合体中纤维相对位置关系解决羊毛缩绒性能。上述羊毛纤维防缩绒处理过程中都会有污染环境的废水产生,防缩绒处理后的羊毛纤维不能满足洗衣机洗涤,抗皱保形性能不高。
发明内容
针对以上缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料,其中面料中的羊毛纤维防缩绒处理过程中不会有污染环境的废水产生,防缩绒处理后的羊毛纤维抗皱保形性能高,能满足洗衣机洗涤。
本发明的技术内容为,一种抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料,其为机织物,织物组织为平纹或斜纹,其特征为它的经纬纱均为一种三组分复合纱,所述三组分复合纱包括涤纶短纤纱、涤纶长丝和羊毛纤维;其中涤纶短纤纱为芯纱,两根涤纶长丝以相反缠绕方向相互交缠并包缠于芯纱外表,两根涤纶长丝对芯纱产生束缚形成涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱,羊毛纤维包覆在涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱外侧。
在上述抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料中,涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱中的涤纶短纤芯纱保持原有单纱捻向和捻度。
在上述抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料中,三组分复合纱中的两根涤纶长丝在涤纶短纤维芯纱与外包羊毛纤维之间形成隔离框架,使涤纶短纤纱具有骨架作用。
本发明还涉及上述抗皱可机洗精毛纺面料的制备方法。
一种抗皱可机洗精毛纺面料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)、将涤纶短纤维采用环锭纺机纺制成涤纶短纤纱;
(2)、将上述涤纶短纤纱与两根涤纶长丝在双包空芯锭包覆纱纺纱机上进行复合,以涤纶短纤纱为芯纱,两根涤纶长丝以相反缠绕方向在涤纶短纤纱外表进行包缠,形成涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱,在涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱中,涤纶短纤芯纱保持原有单纱捻向和捻度;
(3)、以步骤(2)中制得的涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱和精梳羊毛纤维粗纱为原料,在精毛纺细纱机上采用包芯纱工艺纺制成三组分复合纱,其中涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱为芯纱,直接在精毛纺细纱机的前上胶辊后喂入前罗拉钳口,涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱不经过牵伸,而精梳羊毛纤维粗纱从后罗拉钳口喂入牵伸区,经过牵伸在前罗拉钳口输出羊毛纤维须条,同时涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱在前罗拉钳口的输出位置位于羊毛纤维须条的中心,在加捻三角区中羊毛纤维须条将涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱包覆在纱体中间,纺制成三组分复合纱,三组分复合纱的捻向与涤纶短纤纱捻向相反;
(4)、将步骤(3)中制得的三组分复合纱通过织布机制成织物组织为平纹或斜纹的成品抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料;该机织物的经纬纱均为三组分复合纱。
在上述抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料中,所述三组分复合纱的结构分为三部分,涤纶短纤纱为芯纱,由于涤纶短纤纱的初始捻向与三组分复合纱的捻向相反,在三组分复合纱加捻成纱过程中,涤纶短纤纱处于反向解捻状态,变为低捻纱,芯纱紧密度减小。两根长丝包缠在涤纶短纤纱表面,在三组分复合纱加捻成纱过程中发生扭转,两根长丝在捻度的作用下沿纱线径向收缩,对涤纶短纤纱产生束缚,两根长丝在涤纶短纤纱与外包羊毛纤维之间形成隔离框架,此结构可以使涤纶芯纱具有一定骨架作用,改善织物机洗过程中羊毛毡缩效应产生的织物变形,同时涤纶长丝与涤纶芯纱形成的纱芯骨架可以进一步改善精纺羊毛织物的抗皱性能。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点为:
(1)、本发明相对传统羊毛/涤纶混纺纱织物具有更好的外观毛感高档效果,具有更好的抗皱保形性能,满足洗衣机洗涤。
(2)、相对于采用助剂的后整理抗皱技术,具有永久的保行性,而且有环保、无污染的特点。
(3)、本发明相对于羊毛/涤纶长丝包芯纱,因为涤纶短纤纱与两根涤纶长丝形成弹性体,手感更柔软,吸湿透气性好;仅仅通过设计新结构纱线的方式,使织物获得具有抗皱功能性。

具体实施方式
下面结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
一种抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)、将1.33dtex*38mm的涤纶短纤维采用环锭纺机纺制成捻度为1412捻/m的5.8tex的S捻的如图1所示的涤纶短纤纱1;
(2)、如图4所示,将上述涤纶短纤纱1与两根8D/5f涤纶长丝在双包空芯锭包覆纱纺纱机上进行复合;其中空心锭4和空心锭5上分别卷装有一根涤纶长丝21和一根涤纶长丝22,涤纶短纤纱1依次穿过空芯锭4和空芯锭5,空芯锭4与空心锭5旋转方向相反;以涤纶短纤纱1为芯纱,一根涤纶长丝21和一根涤纶长丝22以相反缠绕方向在涤纶短纤纱1外表进行包缠,形成如图2所示的涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱2,在所述涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱2中,涤纶短纤芯纱1保持原有单纱捻向和捻度,涤纶长丝21和一根涤纶长丝22相互交缠并包缠于涤纶短纤纱1外表;
(3)、如图5所示,以步骤(2)中制得的涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱2和精梳羊毛纤维粗纱31为原料,精梳羊毛粗纱定量为400 g/10m,牵伸倍数为22.95,在精毛纺细纱机上采用包芯纱工艺纺制成如图3所示的三组分复合纱3;所述三组分复合纱3中,一根涤纶长丝21和一根涤纶长丝22相互交缠并包缠于涤纶短纤纱1外表,羊毛纤维32包覆在涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱2外侧;三组分复合纱中羊毛组分定量为17.43 tex,该三组分复合纱的定量为25tex,捻度为640捻/m,捻向为Z捻,与涤纶短纤纱1捻向相反,其中涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱2为芯纱,经过导丝轮6直接在精毛纺细纱机的前上胶辊后喂入前罗拉7钳口,涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱2不经过牵伸,而精梳羊毛纤维粗纱31从后罗拉8喂入牵伸区,经过牵伸在前罗拉7钳口输出羊毛纤维须条,同时涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱2在前罗拉7钳口的输出位置位于羊毛纤维须条的中心,在加捻三角区中羊毛纤维须条将涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱包覆在纱体中间,纺制三组分复合纱,该三组分复合结构纱为包芯纱结构;
4)、将步骤(3)中制得的三组分复合纱3通过织布机制成织物组织为平纹或斜纹的成品抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料如图6所示;该机织物的经纬纱均为三组分复合纱,织物组织为平纹,经纱*纬纱线密度25tex*25tex,经纬密为339根/10cm *296根/10cm,平方米克重为255g/m2

Claims (2)

1.一种抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料,其为机织物,织物组织为平纹或斜纹,其特征为它的经纬纱均为一种三组分复合纱,所述三组分复合纱包括涤纶短纤纱、涤纶长丝和羊毛纤维;其中涤纶短纤纱为芯纱,两根涤纶长丝以相反缠绕方向相互交缠并包缠于芯纱外表,两根涤纶长丝对芯纱产生束缚形成涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱,羊毛纤维包覆在涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱外侧;涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱中的涤纶短纤芯纱保持原有单纱捻向和捻度;三组分复合纱中的两根涤纶长丝在三组分复合纱加捻成纱过程中发生扭转,两根涤纶长丝在捻度的作用下沿纱线径向收缩,对涤纶短纤纱产生束缚,两根长丝在涤纶短纤纱与外包羊毛纤维之间形成隔离框架,使涤纶芯纱具有骨架作用;三组分复合纱的捻向与涤纶短纤纱捻向相反;由于涤纶短纤纱的初始捻向与三组分复合纱的捻向相反,在三组分复合纱加捻成纱过程中,涤纶短纤纱处于反向解捻状态,变为低捻纱,芯纱紧密度减小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)、将涤纶短纤维采用环锭纺机纺制成涤纶短纤纱;
(2)、将上述涤纶短纤纱与两根涤纶长丝在双包空芯锭包覆纱纺纱机上进行复合,以涤纶短纤纱为芯纱,两根涤纶长丝以相反缠绕方向在涤纶短纤纱外表进行包缠,形成涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱,在涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱中,涤纶短纤芯纱保持原有单纱捻向和捻度;
(3)、以步骤(2)中制得的涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱和精梳羊毛纤维粗纱为原料,在精毛纺细纱机上采用包芯纱工艺纺制成三组分复合纱,其中涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱为芯纱,直接在精毛纺细纱机的前上胶辊后喂入前罗拉钳口,涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱不经过牵伸,而精梳羊毛纤维粗纱从后罗拉钳口喂入牵伸区,经过牵伸在前罗拉钳口输出羊毛纤维须条,同时涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱在前罗拉钳口的输出位置位于羊毛纤维须条的中心,在加捻三角区中羊毛纤维须条将涤纶长丝短纤复合包缠纱包覆在纱体中间,纺制成三组分复合纱,三组分复合纱的捻向与涤纶短纤纱捻向相反;
(4)、将步骤(3)中制得的三组分复合纱通过织布机制成织物组织为平纹或斜纹的成品抗皱可机洗精毛纺复合纱面料;该面料的经纬纱均为三组分复合纱。
