Abstract
本发明涉及调理心脏供血技术领域,且公开了一种微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,由下列原料按重量份数比制备而成,人参10‑20份、丹参16‑20份、龙眼肉8‑12份、沙棘14‑18份、丁香4‑8份、阿胶6‑10份、乌梢蛇8‑12份、小茴香4‑8份、木糖醇0.05‑0.15份、柠檬酸0.03‑0.07份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.1‑0.5份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.2‑0.3份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.1‑0.5份、淀粉5‑15份。本发明通过微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果通过沙棘、人参、丹参、龙眼等可起到调整血压、恢复心脏功能,益气补血,安神定志,降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及调理心脏供血技术领域,具体为一种微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法。
背景技术
人体的肝脏疾病种类繁杂,除了一些自身的遗传因素以外,很多疾病都是由于饮食和生活的不规律导致的。心脏供血不足也是一种身体疾病,虽然不是不治之症,但是出现这种病症也损害身体健康。
心脏供血不足,必须及时治疗,否则会危及患者的生命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,由下列原料按重量份数比制备而成:
人参10-20份、丹参16-20份、龙眼肉8-12份、沙棘14-18份、丁香4-8份、阿胶6-10份、乌梢蛇8-12份、小茴香4-8份、木糖醇0.05-0.15份、柠檬酸0.03-0.07份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.1-0.5份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.2-0.3份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.1-0.5份、淀粉5-15份。
包括以下步骤:
S1、按上述重量比将乌梢蛇加入黄酒以黑色铁锅炒制微黄,晾干备用;
S2、按上述重量比将人参、丹参、龙眼肉、沙棘、丁香、小茴香、乌梢蛇放入粉碎机内粉碎后放入搅拌池内;
S3、按上述重量比将阿胶敲碎放置碗内并加水,将碗入锅小火慢熬,取出时水稀释后放入搅拌池;
S4、按上述重量比将木糖醇、柠檬酸、冻干型乳酸菌粉、冻干型双歧杆菌粉、冻干型酵母菌粉、淀粉放入搅拌池内;
S5、按上述重量比将蜂蜜以黑色铁锅炒制金黄色,常温冷却后加入搅拌池内;
S6、按上述重量比向搅拌池内加水,搅拌均匀后取出,放入发酵罐中进行厌氧发酵;
S7、发酵结束,将原料取出放入烘干机烘干;
S8、将原料放入制粒机中制粒、压片,再定量包装。
优选的,S1中的黄酒为18份。
优选的,S2中粉碎程度为80目。
优选的,S3中慢熬时间为1个小时。
优选的,S3中稀释用的水重量为被稀释材料重量的30倍。
优选的,S6中加入水后,含水率为45%。
优选的,S6中发酵时间为15天,发酵温度为38℃恒温。
优选的,S7中烘干温度65℃以下。
本发明提供了一种微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法。
具备以下有益效果:
(1)、本发明通过微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果通过沙棘、人参、丹参、龙眼等可起到调整血压、恢复心脏功能,益气补血,安神定志,降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛的作用。
(2)、本发明通过利用生物菌叠加发酵技术将中药粉与益生菌进行恒温发酵,清除中草药中的有害成分,增加中草药的营养成分及硒、锌、镁、氨基酸等微量元素,达到调理心脏供血功能、改善血液循环系统的效果。

实施例一:
一种微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下材质:
人参10份、丹参16份、龙眼肉8份、沙棘14份、丁香4份、阿胶6份、乌梢蛇8份、小茴香4份、木糖醇0.05份、柠檬酸0.03份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.1份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.2份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.1份、淀粉5份;
包括以下步骤:
S1、按上述重量比将乌梢蛇加入黄酒18份以黑色铁锅炒制微黄,晾干备用;
S2、按上述重量比将人参、丹参、龙眼肉、沙棘、丁香、小茴香、乌梢蛇放入粉碎机内粉碎至80目取出放入搅拌池内;
S3、按上述重量比将阿胶敲碎放置碗内并加水,将碗入锅小火慢熬1小时,取出时加30倍水稀释后放入搅拌池;
S4、按上述重量比将木糖醇、柠檬酸、冻干型乳酸菌粉、冻干型双歧杆菌粉、冻干型酵母菌粉、淀粉放入搅拌池内;
S5、按上述重量比将蜂蜜以黑色铁锅炒制金黄色,常温冷却后加入搅拌池内;
S6、按上述重量比向搅拌池内加水,使含水量达到45%,搅拌均匀后取出,放入发酵罐中进行15天的38℃恒温厌氧发酵;
S7、发酵结束,将原料取出放入烘干机烘干,烘干温度65℃以下。
S8、将原料放入制粒机中制粒、压片,再定量包装。
实施例二:
一种微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下材质:
人参12份、丹参17份、龙眼肉9份、沙棘15份、丁香5份、阿胶7份、乌梢蛇9份、小茴香5份、木糖醇0.06份、柠檬酸0.04份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.2份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.22份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.2份、淀粉7份;
包括以下步骤:
S1、按上述重量比将乌梢蛇加入黄酒18份以黑色铁锅炒制微黄,晾干备用;
S2、按上述重量比将人参、丹参、龙眼肉、沙棘、丁香、小茴香、乌梢蛇放入粉碎机内粉碎至80目取出放入搅拌池内;
S3、按上述重量比将阿胶敲碎放置碗内并加水,将碗入锅小火慢熬1小时,取出时加30倍水稀释后放入搅拌池;
S4、按上述重量比将木糖醇、柠檬酸、冻干型乳酸菌粉、冻干型双歧杆菌粉、冻干型酵母菌粉、淀粉放入搅拌池内;

人参15份、丹参18份、龙眼肉10份、沙棘16份、丁香6份、阿胶8份、乌梢蛇10份、小茴香6份、木糖醇0.1份、柠檬酸0.05份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.25份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.25份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.35份、淀粉10份;
包括以下步骤:
S1、按上述重量比将乌梢蛇加入黄酒18份以黑色铁锅炒制微黄,晾干备用;
S2、按上述重量比将人参、丹参、龙眼肉、沙棘、丁香、小茴香、乌梢蛇放入粉碎机内粉碎至80目取出放入搅拌池内;
S3、按上述重量比将阿胶敲碎放置碗内并加水,将碗入锅小火慢熬1小时,取出时加30倍水稀释后放入搅拌池;
S4、按上述重量比将木糖醇、柠檬酸、冻干型乳酸菌粉、冻干型双歧杆菌粉、冻干型酵母菌粉、淀粉放入搅拌池内;
S5、按上述重量比将蜂蜜以黑色铁锅炒制金黄色,常温冷却后加入搅拌池内;

一种微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下材质:
人参19份、丹参19份、龙眼肉11份、沙棘17份、丁香7份、阿胶9份、乌梢蛇11份、小茴香46份、木糖醇0.14份、柠檬酸0.06份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.4份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.28份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.4份、淀粉14份;
包括以下步骤:
S1、按上述重量比将乌梢蛇加入黄酒18份以黑色铁锅炒制微黄,晾干备用;
S2、按上述重量比将人参、丹参、龙眼肉、沙棘、丁香、小茴香、乌梢蛇放入粉碎机内粉碎至80目取出放入搅拌池内;
S3、按上述重量比将阿胶敲碎放置碗内并加水,将碗入锅小火慢熬1小时,取出时加30倍水稀释后放入搅拌池;
S4、按上述重量比将木糖醇、柠檬酸、冻干型乳酸菌粉、冻干型双歧杆菌粉、冻干型酵母菌粉、淀粉放入搅拌池内;
S5、按上述重量比将蜂蜜以黑色铁锅炒制金黄色,常温冷却后加入搅拌池内;

人参20份、丹参20份、龙眼肉12份、沙棘18份、丁香8份、阿胶10份、乌梢蛇12份、小茴香8份、木糖醇0.15份、柠檬酸0.07份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.5份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.3份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.5份、淀粉15份;
包括以下步骤:
S1、按上述重量比将乌梢蛇加入黄酒18份以黑色铁锅炒制微黄,晾干备用;
S2、按上述重量比将人参、丹参、龙眼肉、沙棘、丁香、小茴香、乌梢蛇放入粉碎机内粉碎至80目取出放入搅拌池内;
S3、按上述重量比将阿胶敲碎放置碗内并加水,将碗入锅小火慢熬1小时,取出时加30倍水稀释后放入搅拌池;
S4、按上述重量比将木糖醇、柠檬酸、冻干型乳酸菌粉、冻干型双歧杆菌粉、冻干型酵母菌粉、淀粉放入搅拌池内;
S5、按上述重量比将蜂蜜以黑色铁锅炒制金黄色,常温冷却后加入搅拌池内;

S8、将原料放入制粒机中制粒、压片,再定量包装。
综上可得,本发明通过微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果通过沙棘、人参、丹参、龙眼等可起到调整血压、恢复心脏功能,益气补血,安神定志,降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛的作用。
通过利用生物菌叠加发酵技术将中药粉与益生菌进行恒温发酵,清除中草药中的有害成分,增加中草药的营养成分及硒、锌、镁、氨基酸等微量元素,达到调理心脏供血功能、改善血液循环系统的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:由下列原料按重量份数比制备而成:
人参10-20份、丹参16-20份、龙眼肉8-12份、沙棘14-18份、丁香4-8份、阿胶6-10份、乌梢蛇8-12份、小茴香4-8份、木糖醇0.05-0.15份、柠檬酸0.03-0.07份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.1-0.5份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.2-0.3份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.1-0.5份、淀粉5-15份;
还包括以下步骤:
S1、按上述重量比将乌梢蛇加入黄酒以黑色铁锅炒制微黄,晾干备用;
S2、按上述重量比将人参、丹参、龙眼肉、沙棘、丁香、小茴香、乌梢蛇放入粉碎机内粉碎后放入搅拌池内;
S3、按上述重量比将阿胶敲碎放置碗内并加水,将碗入锅小火慢熬,取出时水稀释后放入搅拌池;

3.根据权利要求1所述的微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:S2中粉碎程度为80目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:S3中慢熬时间为1个小时。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:S3中稀释用的水重量为被稀释材料重量的30倍。
6.根据权利要求1所述的微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:S6中加入水后,含水率为45%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:S6中发酵时间为15天,发酵温度为38℃恒温。
8.根据权利要求1所述的微生物发酵的调理心脏供血功能压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:S7中烘干温度65℃以下。
