Description

Method for cutting and root-forcing of sea-buckthorn hardwood
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of seabuckthorn hardwood cutting, in particular to a seabuckthorn hardwood cutting root-forcing method.
Background
The cutting propagation of sea-buckthorn generally adopts hardwood cutting and twig cutting. The twig cuttage is easy to take root, the propagation coefficient is high, and the method is widely applied to production. However, as the factors influencing rooting by the twig cutting are more, the management is more complicated and the requirements are strict in the breeding process, most of the seedlings bred by the twig cutting need to be transplanted for 1.5-2.0 years, so that the seedlings can be outplanted, and the time is long. But the survival rate and the propagation coefficient of the hardwood cutting are low, the use amount in the production is less, and the method is only applied to a few varieties which are easy to root.
In the existing root forcing technology, a composite rooting solution formed by mixing 75ppm NAA and 150ppm IBA is usually used for improving the root forcing rate, but the root forcing time of the mode is longer, and in addition, the rooting rate of the sea buckthorn hardwood cutting in the prior art is lower, and the survival rate is lower.
Therefore, a method for cutting and root-forcing sea-buckthorn hardwood branches is provided for solving the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a method for cutting and root-forcing of hardwood of sea buckthorn.
A seabuckthorn hardwood cutting root-forcing method comprises the following steps:

s2, collection of cutting shoots: collecting cuttings which are strong and do not break and have the diameter of more than or equal to 0.5cm and grow for 1-2 years from the sea buckthorn trees 2-3 weeks before the sea buckthorn sprouts in winter or spring;
s3, cutting: cutting the cuttings to obtain cuttings, bundling every 30-50 cuttings into a bundle, placing the bundle in a cellar, and covering and storing the bundle with wet sand;
s4, cutting and root forcing: taking out the bundled cutting slips, quickly dipping the bottoms of the bundled cutting slips for 10s by using ABT1 rooting powder, taking the upper parts of the processed cutting slips, enabling the bottoms of the cutting slips to face downwards, twisting the cutting slips left and right in wet saw dust to enable the wet saw dust to completely fill gaps at the bottoms of the cutting slips, then vertically arranging the bundled cutting slips in a cutting bed, filling saw dust between the cutting slips to reach the thickness of 2/3 with the length of cutting slips, and reserving 2-3 buds at the tops of the cutting slips;
s5, post-insertion processing: after the cutting is processed, the constant temperature and humidity of the seedbed are controlled, water is timely supplemented when the humidity is insufficient, 500 times of carbendazim liquid medicine is sprayed once a week after root forcing is carried out for 7-8 days, after cutting is carried out for 10-15 days, a large number of callus tissues are formed at the base part of the cutting, a large number of root systems are generated, and the cutting obtained the callus tissues is transplanted to a nutrition cup or a field for cultivating seedlings.
Preferably, the line distance between the adjacent electric heating wires in the S1 is 10cm, the electric heating wires are arranged in parallel, and the thickness of the sawdust is 8cm-10 cm.
