Abstract

本发明涉及一种胶原蛋白粉圆结构,其整体设为球形颗粒,其包含有:一粉圆芯层,更包含胶原蛋白、二砂糖、树薯粉、水所制造而成球形颗粒;及一粉圆外层,更包含有二砂糖、树薯粉、水所制造成,又该粉圆外层须包覆于该粉圆芯层;凭借添加黑糖、燕窝、胶原蛋白的成份于粉圆芯层,使该粉圆除了具有弹牙效果外,还兼具营养补充、保健及美颜的功用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品技术领域,尤指一种胶原蛋白粉圆结构的范畴。
背景技术
一般传统粉圆系利用树薯粉、地瓜粉或马铃薯粉……等与水混合后调制为球状。若欲煮食时,须先以大火将水煮沸并将粉圆放入,待粉圆煮熟后再用小火闷数分钟,使粉圆熟成而具有韧性及嚼劲。接着,即能添加于饮料、冰品或甜汤内。
然而,煮熟后的传统粉圆并无法于室温状态久放,置于冰箱冷藏又会因粉圆变硬而破坏口感,为了解决此问题点,有业者加入「顺丁烯二酸」等化学添加物来改良粉圆的弹性,但若吃多了「顺丁烯二酸」的化学添加物,对于人体的肾脏危害会很大。
此外,传统粉圆的主要成份是淀粉,故不仅热量高,营养价值又低,是以,如何延长保久期并维持其口感,乃至增加营养价值是传统粉圆亟待改进的缺失。
发明内容
为此,鉴于当前传统粉圆所存在的问题点,于是本发明设计人创造出一种胶原蛋白粉圆结构,故本发明的主要目的在于:提供成份较营养天然、保健及美颜的胶原蛋白粉圆结构。
为达上述目的,本发明运用了如下技术手段:
一种胶原蛋白粉圆结构,其特征在于,其整体为球形颗粒,其包含有:
一粉圆芯层,是由胶原蛋白、二砂糖、树薯粉以及水所制造而成的球形颗粒;及
一粉圆外层,是由二砂糖、树薯粉以及水所制造成,该粉圆外层包覆于该粉圆芯层。
所述胶原蛋白粉圆结构,其中:该粉圆芯层的每1重量份黑糖胶原蛋白层中,含有0.2重量份的黑糖、0.1重量份的二砂糖、0.1重量份的胶原蛋白胜肽以及0.6重量份的树薯粉。
所述胶原蛋白粉圆结构,其中:该粉圆芯层的每1重量份燕窝胶原蛋白层中,含有0.1重量份燕窝酸、0.1重量份玫瑰萃取物、0.1重量份鸡冠萃取物以及0.7重量份树薯粉。
因此,本发明运用上述技术手段,可以达成如下功效:
市面上一些传统粉圆经常使用顺丁烯二酸或食用胶等化学添加物来维持粉圆的软度、韧度,但食用这些传统粉圆后,会危及身体健康,故本发明粉圆最主要以胶原蛋白的成份及运用其特性,而不添加顺丁烯二酸或食用胶等添加物情形下,使粉圆的软度、韧度口感更加美味外,又能补充胶原蛋白,具身体保健、养颜又美容的效果,故本发明粉圆相较于前述传统粉圆天然又健康。

具体实施方式
首先,请参阅图1、图2及图3所示,本发明系涉及一种胶原蛋白粉圆结构,且该胶原蛋白粉圆A整体设为球形颗粒,其包含有:一粉圆芯层1,其更包含胶原蛋白、二砂糖、树薯粉、水所制造而成球形颗粒;及一粉圆外层2,其更包含胶原蛋白、二砂糖、树薯粉、水所制造而成,又该粉圆外层2须包覆于该粉圆芯层1。特别一提,该胶原蛋白粉圆A经干燥后,粉圆芯层1与粉圆外层2内部的水几乎都被蒸发掉,如此使该胶原蛋白粉圆A能够保存较久。
进一步,该粉圆芯层1的每1重量份黑糖胶原蛋白层中,含有0.2重量份的黑糖、0.1重量份的二砂糖、0.1重量份的胶原蛋白胜肽、0.6重量份的树薯粉。其中,该黑糖胶原蛋白层的制作过程为:系将黑糖、二砂糖、树薯粉以热水使之成团前,再将胶原蛋白胜肽融入团内,使之成型便可。
进一步,该粉圆芯层1的每1重量份燕窝胶原蛋白层中,含有0.1重量份燕窝酸、0.1重量份玫瑰萃取物、0.1重量份鸡冠萃取物、0.7重量份树薯粉。其中该燕窝胶原蛋白层的制作过程为:系以热水使树薯粉成团前,再将燕窝酸、玫瑰萃取物、鸡冠萃取物融入团内,使之成型。
综上所述,本发明胶原蛋白粉圆A,最主要系利用专业的技术添加了多项胶原蛋白萃取物后,不易使成团的树薯粉结为球状,且所制粉圆结构含有黑糖、燕窝、胶原蛋白等成份,可放入饮料杯3(如图4)、冰品或甜汤内,食用后具有营养补充、保健及美颜的功用。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种胶原蛋白粉圆结构,其特征在于,其整体为球形颗粒,其包含有:
一粉圆芯层,是由胶原蛋白、二砂糖、树薯粉以及水所制造而成的球形颗粒;及
一粉圆外层,是由二砂糖、树薯粉以及水所制造成,该粉圆外层包覆于该粉圆芯层。
2.如权利要求1所述胶原蛋白粉圆结构,其特征在于:该粉圆芯层的每1重量份黑糖胶原蛋白层中,含有0.2重量份的黑糖、0.1重量份的二砂糖、0.1重量份的胶原蛋白胜肽以及0.6重量份的树薯粉。
3.如权利要求1所述胶原蛋白粉圆结构,其特征在于:该粉圆芯层的每1重量份燕窝胶原蛋白层中,含有0.1重量份燕窝酸、0.1重量份玫瑰萃取物、0.1重量份鸡冠萃取物以及0.7重量份树薯粉。
