Abstract

本发明涉及纺织助剂领域,尤其涉及一种棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油的制备方法,由侧链含氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚、双端氨基聚乙二醇、缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷、异丙醇等反应制得,其中改性单体采用多官能团的缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷,因此制得的棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油具有笼型框架结构,由上述棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油制得的整理剂可以赋予棉织物优异的亲水、耐黄变、厚实、挺弹及其耐水洗性能。

一种棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织助剂领域,尤其是涉及一种棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,硅油领域发展迅速,各种功能型硅油如雨后春笋般涌现,尤其在亲水硅油方面可谓日新月异。传统亲水硅油主要分为聚醚/环氧硅油(CJF)、环氧聚醚硅油与亲水聚醚胺交替排列直链型共聚物。聚醚/环氧硅油(CJF)虽能够赋予整理后的织物优异亲水性,但存在整理后织物手感欠佳,耐水洗性不理想等问题,而环氧聚醚硅油与亲水聚醚胺交替排列直链型共聚物虽能够赋予整理后织物优异的亲水性和手感,但是合成的硅油结构较单一,无法满足多元化的手感。
随着生活水平的提高,人们对织物的穿着舒适性提出了更高的要求,整理后的织物除了要满足亲水、柔软、滑爽、蓬松手感,还需柔糯、厚实、挺弹等多种风格。缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷是一种不仅具有规整的空间结构的有机/无机杂化分子,而且末端还有多个活性环氧基团,因此可以作为改性剂,利用其分子中的活性环氧基团与胺基聚合物通过共聚、接枝或交联等方式引入到聚合物中,其特殊的结构将会赋予聚合物新的特性。因此,本发明主要在侧链胺基亲水硅油基础上,引入多官能团的改性单体,即缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷,制备出一种具有笼型框架结构的侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油,可赋予整理后织物优异的亲水、耐黄变、厚实、挺弹等性能及其耐水洗性能。
发明内容
本发明目的是客服现有技术的不足,提供一种棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油的制备方法,按以下步骤进行:按质量份进行配比,将100份侧链含氢硅油、30~60份烯丙基环氧聚醚、50~80份异丙醇加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,反应容器升温至75~80℃,加入0.005~0.01份氯铂酸,在78~82℃保温反应2~4小时,制得侧链聚醚环氧硅油;
再降温至20~40℃,加入33~66份双端氨基聚乙二醇、1~5份缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷,将反应容器加热至80~85℃,保温反应8~12小时,制得棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油。
作为优选,所述侧链含氢硅油的数均分子量为6000~10000,所述双端氨基聚乙二醇的数均分子量为300~600,所述烯丙基环氧聚醚的数均分子量为300~600,所述缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷的结构式如下所示;

由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明具有如下优点:
在本发明提供一种棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油的制备方法,采用全EO结构的烯丙基环氧聚醚与侧链含氢硅油进行加成反应,再采用全EO结构的胺基化合物进行扩链反应和多官能团的缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷进行改性,形成头梳笼型框架结构。硅油结构中有较高比例的亲水EO链段,当硅油整理纤维后,EO链段组分暴露在纤维的表面,提升纤维的亲水能力;引入的胺基化合物不仅可以提升整理后织物的手感,而且还能进一步提高亲水性;采用的改性单体缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷不仅具有规整的空间结构而且还有多个活性环氧基团,使制得的棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油具有笼型框架结构,可赋予整理后的织物具有厚实、挺弹的手感,而在制成整理剂时,未参与反应的环氧基团开环生成羟基,能够在整理过程中部分与棉纤维发生交联反应,提高整理后织物的耐水洗性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1:将100克数均分子量为6000的侧链含氢硅油、35克数均分子量为300的烯丙基环氧聚醚、55克异丙醇加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,反应容器升温至78℃,加入0.005克氯铂酸,在80℃保温反应2小时,制得侧链聚醚环氧硅油,降温至20℃,加入37克数均分子量为300的双端氨基聚乙二醇、1.5克缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷,反应容器加热至81℃,保温反应9小时,制得棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油。
实施例2:
将100克数均分子量为8000的侧链含氢硅油、40克数均分子量为400的烯丙基环氧聚醚、60克异丙醇加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,反应容器升温至79℃,加入0.007克氯铂酸,在81℃保温反应3小时,制得侧链聚醚环氧硅油,降温至30℃,加入45克数均分子量为400的双端氨基聚乙二醇、1.8克缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷,反应容器加热至83℃,保温反应10小时,制得棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油。
实施例3:
将100克数均分子量为10000的侧链含氢硅油、50克数均分子量为600的烯丙基环氧聚醚、65克异丙醇加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,反应容器升温至80℃,加入0.009克氯铂酸,在81℃保温反应4小时,制得侧链聚醚环氧硅油,降温至35℃,加入55克数均分子量为600的双端氨基聚乙二醇、2克缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷,反应容器加热至85℃,保温反应12小时,制得棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油。
棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油应用整理工艺:
1.棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油乳液配制:
将实施例与对比例硅油产品分别与少量的非离子乳化剂搅拌均匀,然后边搅拌边加水,得到含固量为15%的乳液,最后用冰醋酸调pH至4~6。
2.整理工艺:
所用织物:全棉针织布。
整理工艺流程:浸轧工作液,棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油乳液40g/L,一浸一轧,轧余率75%~85%→焙烘,165℃×40~60s→冷却回潮24小时→性能测试。
3.应用性能测试:
手感评价:用手触摸法评定,采用多人手触评定法,分为1~5级,数值越大越好。
亲水性评价:参考AATCC 79—2010《漂白纺织品吸水性》进行测试。
白度评价:通过白度仪测定,与原布的差值越小,说明耐黄变性越好。
本发明的棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油与对比例硅油的应用性能测试结果如表1所示:

由表1可以看出,经本发明的棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油制成的织物整理剂对织物进行整理后,相比于对比例,织物的厚实度、挺弹度、亲水均优于对比例,且织物的白度与原布的白度差值较小。水洗5次后,织物的厚实度、挺弹度、亲水均有所下降,但还是优于对比例。

Claims (2)

1.一种棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油的制备方法,其特征在于按以下步骤进行:
按质量份进行配比,将100份侧链含氢硅油、30~60份烯丙基环氧聚醚、50~80份异丙醇加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,反应容器升温至75~80℃,加入0.005~0.01份氯铂酸,在78~82℃保温反应2~4小时,制得侧链聚醚环氧硅油;
再降温至20~40℃,加入33~66份双端氨基聚乙二醇、1~5份缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷,将反应容器加热至80~85℃,保温反应8~12小时,制得棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉用侧链亲水改性嵌段硅油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述侧链含氢硅油的数均分子量为6000~10000,所述双端氨基聚乙二醇的数均分子量为300~600,所述烯丙基环氧聚醚的数均分子量为300~600,所述缩水甘油化笼型倍半硅氧烷的结构式如下所示;
