Abstract

本发明涉及一种滑弹硅油,尤其是涉及一种交联型滑弹硅油的制备方法。先由八甲基环四硅氧烷、3,5‑二甲基吡唑‑1‑羰酰‑(甲基二甲氧基硅丙基)胺、六甲基二硅氧烷、碱性催化剂反应制得中间体硅油,再与端氨基硅油复配制得。硅烷偶联剂3,5‑二甲基吡唑‑1‑羰酰‑(甲基二甲氧基硅丙基)胺为一种吡唑封闭型异氰酸酯,且自身含有多个甲氧基,由它合成的硅油整理织物时,经过高温焙烘时可解封并释放异氰酸酯基团,不仅能与织物上的活性基团发生交联反应,而且还能与体系中复配的端氨基硅油发生交联,有效提升了它们与织物的结合力,增加了织物的回弹性、滑爽性、耐摩性、耐水洗性等性能。

一种交联型滑弹硅油的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滑弹硅油,尤其是涉及一种交联型滑弹硅油的制备方法。
背景技术
硅油被广泛用作各类纺织品的柔软整理,能赋予纺织品优异的性能。但是随着人们生活水平的提高,单一的性能已经无法满足人们对纺织品需求。聚氨酯因其分子中软、硬链段的存在,形成了独特的“微相分离”结构,可赋予纺织品优异的回弹性、耐摩性、耐水洗性。近年来聚氨酯改性有机硅发展迅速,专利CN201510089722.3公开了一种用于纺织品的滑弹硅油、制备方法及其应用,先将异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯加入经脱水处理的聚醚二元醇和扩链剂中反应,再加入聚醚三元醇交联,所得的聚氨酯预聚体再与双端氨基聚硅氧烷发生聚合反应,并用甲乙酮肟对分子链末端的异氰酸酯基封端。专利CN201810795351.4公开了一种应用于纺织品的硅油制备方法,其合成工艺与专利CN201510089722.3基本一样,总体上都需要通过如下法合成,①合成聚氨酯预聚体②合成双端氨基聚硅氧烷③聚氨酯预聚体与双端氨基聚硅氧烷反应④进行封端反应,通过这种方法制备的聚氨酯改性硅油具有优异的回弹及滑弹等性能,但合成工艺比较繁琐、反应条件比较苛刻、对设备的要求较高、合成过程使用原料的种类较多,且部分原料属于危险品,这不利于安全生产的管理和生产效率的提高。
发明内容
本发明目的是客服现有技术的不足,提供一种交联型滑弹硅油的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种交联型滑弹硅油的制备方法,包括以下质量份的制备原料:
将100~130份八甲基环四硅氧烷、11~22份3,5-二甲基吡唑-1-羰酰-(甲基二甲氧基硅丙基)胺、1.5~3.5份六甲基二硅氧烷加入到反应容器中,反应容器升温至70~80℃,加入0.05~0.15份的碱性催化剂,升温至95~105℃,反应8~10小时,制得中间体硅油,再加入10~20份端氨基硅油,混合均匀后,降温出料,得到交联型滑弹硅油。
作为优选,其中,中间体硅油的反应式如下所示:

式中n为180~230之间的整数,m为5~10之间的整数。
作为优选,所述的交联型滑弹硅油整理剂主要用于锦纶和棉织物上。
作为优选,所述端氨基硅油的氨值为0.1~0.3mmol/g,按如下方法与步骤合成:将100份八甲基环四硅氧烷、1.5~3.5份1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷加入到反应容器中,反应容器升温至70~80℃,加入0.05~0.1份的四甲基氢氧化铵,升温至95~105℃,反应5~7小时,制得端氨基硅油。
作为优选,所述的碱性催化剂为氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、四甲基氢氧化铵中的一种。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明具有如下优点:
在本发明采用的3,5-二甲基吡唑-1-羰酰-(甲基二甲氧基硅丙基)胺为一种吡唑封闭型异氰酸酯硅烷偶联剂,由它合成的硅油与端氨基硅油制得的整理剂整理织物时,经过高温焙烘时可解封释放异氰酸酯基团,不仅能与织物上的活性基团发生交联反应,而且能与体系中复配的端氨基硅油发生交联,有效提升了它们与纤维的结合力和增加了织物的回弹性、滑爽性、耐摩性、耐水洗性等性能。与常见的聚氨酯改性有机硅合成工艺相比,此工艺更加简易,且对设备要求较低,有效的提升了生产效率,具有较好的市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1:
1、端氨基硅油的制备:
将100克八甲基环四硅氧烷、2克1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷加入到反应容器中,反应容器升温至70℃,加入0.06克的四甲基氢氧化铵,升温至95℃,反应5小时,制得端氨基硅油。
2、交联型滑弹硅油的制备:
将100克八甲基环四硅氧烷、11克3,5-二甲基吡唑-1-羰酰-(甲基二甲氧基硅丙基)胺、1.5克六甲基二硅氧烷加入到反应容器中,反应容器升温至70℃,加入0.06克四甲基氢氧化铵,升温至95℃,反应8小时,制得中间体硅油,再加入10克端氨基硅油,混合均匀后,降温出料,得到交联型滑弹硅油。
实施例2:
1、端氨基硅油的制备:
将100克八甲基环四硅氧烷、2.5克1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷加入到反应容器中,反应容器升温至75℃,加入0.07克的四甲基氢氧化铵,升温至100℃,反应6小时,制得端氨基硅油。
2、交联型滑弹硅油的制备:
将110克八甲基环四硅氧烷、15克3,5-二甲基吡唑-1-羰酰-(甲基二甲氧基硅丙基)胺、2克六甲基二硅氧烷加入到反应容器中,反应容器升温至75℃,加入0.065克四甲基氢氧化铵,升温至95℃,反应9小时,制得中间体硅油,再加入15克端氨基硅油,混合均匀后,降温出料,得到交联型滑弹硅油。
实施例3:
1、端氨基硅油的制备:
将100克八甲基环四硅氧烷、3克1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷加入到反应容器中,反应容器升温至80℃,加入0.08克的四甲基氢氧化铵,升温至100℃,反应7小时,制得端氨基硅油。
2、交联型滑弹硅油的制备:
将120克八甲基环四硅氧烷、18克3,5-二甲基吡唑-1-羰酰-(甲基二甲氧基硅丙基)胺、2.5克六甲基二硅氧烷加入到反应容器中,反应容器升温至80℃,加入0.08克四甲基氢氧化铵,升温至100℃,反应9小时,制得中间体硅油,再加入20克端氨基硅油,混合均匀后,降温出料,得到交联型滑弹硅油。
交联型滑弹硅油应用整理工艺:
1、交联型滑弹硅油乳液配制:
将本实例与对比例硅油产品加入非离子乳化剂搅拌均匀,边搅拌边加去离子水,在高速剪切条件下,得到固含量为15%的硅油乳液,最后用冰醋酸调pH至4~6。
2、整理工艺:
所用织物:锦纶针织布、棉针织布;
整理工艺流程:浸轧工作液(交联型滑弹硅油乳液50g/L,一浸一轧,锦纶针织布轧余率70%~80%、棉针织布轧余率80%~90%)→焙烘(锦纶针织布190℃×40s~60s、棉针织布165℃×40s~60s)→冷却回潮24小时→测试性能。
3、应用性能测试:
①手感评价
用手触摸法评定,采用多人手触评定法,分为1~5级,未整理织物手感为1级。
②回弹性能、表面摩擦性能、表面粗糙度的评价
参照GB/T 3819-1977《纺织品纺织品折痕恢复性的测定回复角法》测试整理后织物的回弹性;用纺织品风格仪测试整理纺织品的表面摩擦性能和表面粗超度;参照GB/T8629-2001《纺织品试验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序》测试整理后织物的耐水洗性。

由表1可以看出,经本发明交联型滑弹硅油制成的织物整理剂对锦纶针织布进行整理后,相比于原布与对比例,整理后织物的弹性回复角、平均摩擦系数、表面粗糙度和手感均优于原布与对比例,水洗10次后,整理织物的弹性回复角、平均摩擦系数、表面粗糙度和手感都有所下降,但还是优于原布与对比例。

由表2可以看出,经本发明交联型滑弹硅油制成的织物整理剂对棉针织布进行整理后,相比于原布与对比例,整理后织物的弹性回复角、平均摩擦系数、表面粗糙度和手感均优于原布与对比例,水洗10次后,整理织物的弹性回复角、平均摩擦系数、表面粗糙度和手感都有所下降,但还是优于原布与对比例。

Claims (5)

1.一种交联型滑弹硅油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下质量份的制备原料:
将100~130份八甲基环四硅氧烷、11~22份3,5-二甲基吡唑-1-羰酰-(甲基二甲氧基硅丙基)胺、1.5~3.5份六甲基二硅氧烷加入到反应容器中,反应容器升温至70~80℃,加入0.05~0.15份的碱性催化剂,升温至95~105℃,反应8~10小时,制得中间体硅油,再加入10~20份端氨基硅油,混合均匀后,降温出料,得到交联型滑弹硅油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种交联型滑弹硅油的制备方法,其特征在于:

4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种交联型滑弹硅油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述端氨基硅油的氨值为0.1~0.3mmol/g,按如下方法与步骤合成:将100份八甲基环四硅氧烷、1.5~3.5份1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷加入到反应容器中,反应容器升温至70~80℃,加入0.05~0.1份的四甲基氢氧化铵,升温至95~105℃,反应5~7小时,制得端氨基硅油。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种交联型滑弹硅油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的碱性催化剂为氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、四甲基氢氧化铵中的一种。
