本发明提出一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂及制备方法,所述蚕丝织物柔软整理剂是将谷朊粉和硅酮粉研磨至微米级,然后将微米级谷朊粉加入制备的二氧化硅溶胶中分散均匀,接着喷雾干燥,得到复合谷朊粉,再将复合谷朊粉经硅酮粉处理后与壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯、水和少量的柠檬酸分散均匀而制得。本发明提供的整理剂在吸湿后,不但可赋予蚕丝织物优异的湿弹性和抗褶皱性,而且可保持蚕丝织物的柔软、爽滑、舒适性,维持蚕丝织物良好的手感。

一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,特别是涉及一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂及制备方法。
背景技术
蚕丝是熟蚕结茧时所分泌丝液凝固而成的连续长纤维,也称天然丝,蚕丝直径小、光滑、有光泽并具有弹性。作为惟一的天然长丝,蚕丝用于织物时无需纺丝,只需两股合并并加捻就可成为连续绳状长丝。蚕丝织物因柔软的手感和华丽的色泽而深受人们喜爱,其不但外观优雅、穿着舒适,并且具有美学价值,是一种昂贵的面料,多年来一直保持着“纤维皇后”的美誉。广泛用于服饰,它的亲肤性是所有其他面料都无法比拟的。目前蚕丝织物已在各类高端服饰中得到广泛的应用。
由于蚕丝为天然纤维,富含蛋白质,蚕丝织物比较娇气,蚕丝制成的织物虽然质地柔软,但容易变形,不能用热水、碱性水清洗,而且不能暴晒,这样会使蚕丝里的蛋白质破坏。尤其是其耐湿性较差,特别是在湿态时性能变化较大,主要表现为湿态弹性变差,容易产生不可逆褶皱。因此,需要对蚕丝织物进行整理改善性能。
蚕丝织物整理过程主要有:抗皱、抗静电、防水拒油、阻燃、尺寸稳定性、洗可穿、蓬松性和丝鸣感等。蚕丝织物很多倍受欢迎的品质主要是由各种整理剂所赋予的。对于提升蚕丝织物的整理剂中,树脂类抗褶皱剂尽管能够赋予蚕丝织物良好的抗湿态褶皱性,但织物的蚕丝爽滑手感变差;另外,也有采用多元羧酸类与蚕丝发生反应进行整理,该类材料整理容易使蚕丝蛋白质破坏,表现为蚕丝织物泛黄、强度损失等问题。因此,对于蚕丝织物的新型整理剂的研究受到重视。
中国发明专利申请号201710450290.3公开了一种蚕丝蛋白整理剂及其制备方法和应用,该助剂的原料包括蚕丝蛋白、水溶性壳聚糖、阳离子柔软剂、聚氨酯粘合剂和去离子水;其制备方法是先将蚕丝蛋白和水溶性壳聚糖分别加至去离子水中,混合后再依次加入阳离子柔软剂和聚氨酯粘合剂,即可得到蚕丝蛋白整理剂。中国发明专利申请号201610522708.2公开了一种蚕丝织物防皱整理剂,包括如下重量份的组分,柠檬酸4-8份,柠檬酸铵6-12份,三乙醇胺20-30份,次磷酸钠10-20份,甲醛树脂20-40份,甲酸10-16份,六水氯化镁10-18份,甘油松香树脂4-8份,聚二乙烯乙炔8-16份,环烷酸10-16份,柠檬酸铵4-12份,冰醋酸2-8份,丙烯酰胺6-16份,氯乙烯乙烯酯5-15份,去离子水100-140份。
为了改善蚕丝织物的湿性能的同时,改善织物爽滑手感,避免蚕丝织物泛黄、强度损失等问题的出现,有必要提出一种新型蚕丝织物整理剂,进而提升蚕丝织物的使用性能和耐久性。
发明内容
针对蚕丝织物在湿态环境下弹性降低、抗褶皱性较差的问题,本发明提出一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂及制备方法,从而有效提升了蚕丝织物的湿性能,使得蚕丝织物在湿态环境下能保持柔软爽滑舒适性。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂,所述整理剂是将谷朊粉和硅酮粉研磨至微米级,然后将微米级谷朊粉加入制备的二氧化硅溶胶中分散均匀,接着喷雾干燥,得到复合谷朊粉,再将复合谷朊粉经硅酮粉处理后与壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯、水和少量的柠檬酸分散均匀而制得。
优选的,所述谷朊粉为小麦中提炼出的天然蛋白质。
优选的,所述硅酮粉为硅酮粉KJ-B01。
本发明还提供了一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂的制备方法,具体制备方法如下:
(1)将谷朊粉和硅酮粉研磨至微米级,得到微米级谷朊粉和微米级硅酮粉;
(2)将正硅酸四乙酯、氨水、乙醇加入水中混合均匀,然后加热,使正硅酸四乙酯发生水解反应,得到二氧化硅溶胶;
(3)将微米级谷朊粉加入到二氧化硅溶胶中,分散均匀,然后使用喷雾干燥机进行干燥,得到复合谷朊粉;
(4)将复合谷朊粉经硅酮粉处理,然后将得到复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物的与壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯、水和少量的柠檬酸混合后分散均匀,即得到一种弱酸性蚕丝织物柔软整理剂。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述水解反应的温度为50-60℃,反应1-2h。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述二氧化硅溶胶制备中,正硅酸四乙酯、氨水、乙醇、水的质量比例为50-100:3-5:5-20:100-200 。
优选的,步骤(1)中所述复合谷朊粉制备中,微米级谷朊粉、二氧化硅溶胶的质量比例为15-25:50-60。
优选的,步骤(4)中所述硅酮粉处理的过程具体是将复合谷朊粉与微米级硅酮粉混合分散均匀,得到复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物。
进一步优选的,所述复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物制备中,复合谷朊粉、微米级硅酮粉的质量比例为50-60:0.5-1。
优选的,步骤(4)中所述蚕丝织物柔软整理剂制备中,复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物、壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯、水、柠檬酸的质量比例为10-15:5-10:15-25:100-200:3-5。
公知的,蚕丝织物的耐湿性较差,特别是在湿态时性能变化较大,主要表现为湿态弹性变差,容易产生不可逆褶皱,进而影响蚕丝织物的使用性能。本发明创造性地利用湿环境下具有良好性能的谷朊粉和硅酮粉作为主要原料,制得用于蚕丝织物的弱酸性柔软整理剂,解决蚕丝织物湿性能较差的问题。
本发明先将谷朊粉研磨至微米级,谷朊粉作为小麦(面粉)中提取出来的天然蛋白质,自身具有良好的的粘弹性、延伸性、薄膜成型性、吸脂性和良好的机械性能,特别是在湿环境具有优异的弹性,因此本发明创造性地将微米级谷朊粉分散于二氧化硅溶胶制备成复合物,然后将该复合物用于整理剂中,吸湿后具有良好的弹性,可赋予蚕丝织物优异的湿弹性和抗褶皱性。
进一步的,将硅酮粉研磨至微米级,硅酮粉是一种高分子材料,具有提高光滑感、光泽度、耐老化的作用,本发明创造性地利用硅酮粉处理复合谷朊粉,得到复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物,用于蚕丝织物整理剂后,因其具有一定的持水性和爽滑性,可很好地维持蚕丝织物良好的手感。
更进一步的,将具有良好湿性能的复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物与壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯等混合制备蚕丝织物柔软整理剂,在用于蚕丝织物整理后,壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯作为基础整理剂,均具有良好的成膜整理性效果,可使复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物稳定整理在蚕丝织物表面,达到显著提升蚕丝织物湿性能的目的。
现有的蚕丝织物在湿态环境下弹性降低、抗褶皱性较差的问题,限制了其应用。鉴于此,本发明提出一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂及制备方法,将谷朊粉和硅酮粉研磨至微米级;将正硅酸四乙酯、氨水、乙醇、水混合后加热水解得到二氧化硅溶胶;将微米级的谷朊粉加入到二氧化硅溶胶后喷雾干燥,得到复合谷朊粉;将复合谷朊粉经硅酮粉处理后与壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯、水和少量的柠檬酸混合后分散均匀,得到一种弱酸性蚕丝织物柔软整理剂。本发明提供的整理剂在吸湿后,不但可赋予蚕丝织物优异的湿弹性和抗褶皱性,而且可保持蚕丝织物的柔软、爽滑、舒适性,维持蚕丝织物良好的手感。
本发明提出一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂及制备方法,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点和优异的效果在于:
1、本发明通过将谷朊粉微米化分散于二氧化硅溶胶制备成复合物,该复合物用于整理剂中,其吸湿后具有良好的弹性,赋予蚕丝织物优异的湿弹性和抗褶皱性。
2、本发明采用硅酮粉处理复合谷朊粉,具有一定的持水性和爽滑性,用于蚕丝织物整理剂后,可维持蚕丝良好的手感。
3、本发明使用壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯作为基础整理剂,具有良好的成膜整理性,使复合谷朊粉稳定整理在蚕丝织物表面,达到提升蚕丝织物湿性能的目的。
4、本发明提供的整理剂吸湿后赋予蚕丝织物良好的湿弹性和抗褶皱性,同时可保持蚕丝织物的柔软、爽滑、舒适性。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不应将此理解为本发明的范围仅限于以下的实例。在不脱离本发明上述方法思想的情况下,根据本领域普通技术知识和惯用手段做出的各种替换或变更,均应包含在本发明的范围内。
实施例1
(1)将谷朊粉和硅酮粉KJ-B01研磨至微米级,得到微米级谷朊粉和微米级硅酮粉;
(2)将75kg正硅酸四乙酯、4kg氨水、12kg乙醇加入150kg水中混合均匀,然后加热,使正硅酸四乙酯在温度为55℃下水解反应1.5h,得到二氧化硅溶胶;
(3)将20kg微米级谷朊粉加入到55kg二氧化硅溶胶中,分散均匀,然后使用喷雾干燥机进行干燥,得到复合谷朊粉;
(4)将55kg复合谷朊粉与0.8kg微米级硅酮粉KJ-B01混合分散均匀,得到复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物,然后将15kg复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉KJ-B01的复合物的与8kg壳聚糖、20kg水性聚氨酯、150kg水和4kg柠檬酸混合后分散均匀,即得到一种弱酸性蚕丝织物柔软整理剂。
实施例2
(1)将谷朊粉和硅酮粉KJ-B01研磨至微米级,得到微米级谷朊粉和微米级硅酮粉;
(2)将60kg正硅酸四乙酯、3.5kg氨水、8kg乙醇加入180kg水中混合均匀,然后加热,使正硅酸四乙酯在温度为52℃下水解反应2h,得到二氧化硅溶胶;
(3)将18kg微米级谷朊粉加入到58kg二氧化硅溶胶中,分散均匀,然后使用喷雾干燥机进行干燥,得到复合谷朊粉;
(4)将52kg复合谷朊粉与0.6kg微米级硅酮粉KJ-B01混合分散均匀,得到复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物,然后将15kg复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉KJ-B01的复合物的与6kg壳聚糖、18kg水性聚氨酯、180kg水和335kg柠檬酸混合后分散均匀,即得到一种弱酸性蚕丝织物柔软整理剂。
实施例3
(1)将谷朊粉和硅酮粉KJ-B01研磨至微米级,得到微米级谷朊粉和微米级硅酮粉;
(2)将90kg正硅酸四乙酯、4.5kg氨水、17kg乙醇加入120kg水中混合均匀,然后加热,使正硅酸四乙酯在温度为58℃下水解反应1h,得到二氧化硅溶胶;
(3)将22kg微米级谷朊粉加入到52kg二氧化硅溶胶中,分散均匀,然后使用喷雾干燥机进行干燥,得到复合谷朊粉;
(4)将58kg复合谷朊粉与0.8kg微米级硅酮粉KJ-B01混合分散均匀,得到复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物,然后将15kg复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉KJ-B01的复合物的与8kg壳聚糖、22kg水性聚氨酯、130kg水和4.5kg柠檬酸混合后分散均匀,即得到一种弱酸性蚕丝织物柔软整理剂。
实施例4
(1)将谷朊粉和硅酮粉KJ-B01研磨至微米级,得到微米级谷朊粉和微米级硅酮粉;
(2)将50kg正硅酸四乙酯、3kg氨水、5kg乙醇加入200kg水中混合均匀,然后加热,使正硅酸四乙酯在温度为50℃下水解反应2h,得到二氧化硅溶胶;
(3)将15kg微米级谷朊粉加入到60kg二氧化硅溶胶中,分散均匀,然后使用喷雾干燥机进行干燥,得到复合谷朊粉;
(4)将50kg复合谷朊粉与0.5kg微米级硅酮粉KJ-B01混合分散均匀,得到复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物,然后将15kg复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉KJ-B01的复合物的与5kg壳聚糖、15kg水性聚氨酯、200kg水和3kg柠檬酸混合后分散均匀,即得到一种弱酸性蚕丝织物柔软整理剂。
实施例5
(1)将谷朊粉和硅酮粉KJ-B01研磨至微米级,得到微米级谷朊粉和微米级硅酮粉;
(2)将100kg正硅酸四乙酯、5kg氨水、20kg乙醇加入100kg水中混合均匀,然后加热,使正硅酸四乙酯在温度为60℃下水解反应1h,得到二氧化硅溶胶;
(3)将25kg微米级谷朊粉加入到50kg二氧化硅溶胶中,分散均匀,然后使用喷雾干燥机进行干燥,得到复合谷朊粉;
(4)将60kg复合谷朊粉与1kg微米级硅酮粉KJ-B01混合分散均匀,得到复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物,然后将15kg复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉KJ-B01的复合物的与10kg壳聚糖、25kg水性聚氨酯、100kg水和5kg柠檬酸混合后分散均匀,即得到一种弱酸性蚕丝织物柔软整理剂。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例1相比,没有使用硅酮粉处理的复合谷朊粉,而是将壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯、水和少量的柠檬酸混合均匀为整理液,其他与实施例1完全一致。
测试方法:
测试样制作:浆实施例1-5\对比例1得到的整理剂用于整理蚕丝织物;将蚕丝织物浸入抗皱整理液中,浸渍5min,然后经浸轧机二浸二轧,当蚕丝织物带液率为80%时,低温烘干,得到测试样。
(1)折痕测试:将蚕丝织物测试样折叠,经10N的压力在面积为15mm×15mm上压制5min,然后撤去压力,恢复5min后,展开观察折痕。实施例1整理的样品有折痕,但是不明显,如图1所示;而对比例1整理的样品有明显折痕,如图2所示。
(2)折皱回复角测试:参照GB/T 3819—1997《纺织品织物折痕回复性的测定》测试实施例、对比例处理后的蚕丝织物和未处理的蚕丝织物,得到干态折皱回复角;将测试样浸泡于温度为40 ℃的中性水中,完全浸没后取出并将其平铺于2 层滤纸间,吸去多余水分后,参照GB /T 3819—1997《纺织品织物折痕回复性的测定》中的方法测定测试实施例、对比例处理后的蚕丝织物和未处理的蚕丝织物,得到湿态折皱回复角。测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂,其特征在于,所述整理剂是将谷朊粉和硅酮粉研磨至微米级,然后将微米级谷朊粉加入制备的二氧化硅溶胶中分散均匀,接着喷雾干燥,得到复合谷朊粉,再将复合谷朊粉经硅酮粉处理后与壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯、水和少量的柠檬酸分散均匀而制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂,其特征在于,所述谷朊粉为小麦中提炼出的天然蛋白质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂,其特征在于,所述硅酮粉为硅酮粉KJ-B01。
4.如权利要求1-3任一权项所述的一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备方法如下:
(1)将谷朊粉和硅酮粉研磨至微米级,得到微米级谷朊粉和微米级硅酮粉;
(2)将正硅酸四乙酯、氨水、乙醇加入水中混合均匀,然后加热,使正硅酸四乙酯发生水解反应,得到二氧化硅溶胶;
(3)将微米级谷朊粉加入到二氧化硅溶胶中,分散均匀,然后使用喷雾干燥机进行干燥,得到复合谷朊粉;
(4)将复合谷朊粉经硅酮粉处理,然后将得到复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物的与壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯、水和少量的柠檬酸混合后分散均匀,即得到一种弱酸性蚕丝织物柔软整理剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述水解反应的温度为50-60℃,反应1-2h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述二氧化硅溶胶制备中,正硅酸四乙酯、氨水、乙醇、水的质量比例为50-100:3-5:5-20:100-200 。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述复合谷朊粉制备中,微米级谷朊粉、二氧化硅溶胶的质量比例为15-25:50-60。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述硅酮粉处理的过程具体是将复合谷朊粉与微米级硅酮粉混合分散均匀,得到复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物制备中,复合谷朊粉、微米级硅酮粉的质量比例为50-60:0.5-1。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种蚕丝织物柔软整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述蚕丝织物柔软整理剂制备中,复合谷朊粉与硅酮粉的复合物、壳聚糖、水性聚氨酯、水、柠檬酸的质量比例为10-15:15-25:100-200:3-5。
