Abstract

本发明涉及一种纺织助剂领域,尤其是涉及一种天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂的制备方法。按重量份进行配比:将100份侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、45~60份木糖醇单烯丙基醚、4~6份烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,通入氮气,0.5h之后开启搅拌,加入0.003~0.005份氯铂酸催化剂,然后加热至85~100℃,保温2~3h后得到天然醇醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。能够在整理过程中部分发生交联反应,提高整理后织物的耐水洗性。

一种天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织助剂领域,尤其是涉及一种天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂的制备方法。
背景技术
传统聚醚型有机硅亲水柔软剂是由烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚与侧链含氢聚硅氧烷经加成反应获得,其亲水性能优异,但整理后织物的柔软性不佳,水洗之后亲水性能下降幅度大。并且,烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚在生产过程中会生成副产物如丙烯醚类、醛类化合物、过氧化物等。这些副产物的残留会给产品带来一些特殊的气味以及对皮肤具有一定的刺激性。因此,在婴儿服饰、贴身衣物、卫生用品等一些要求较高的亲水整理上,传统聚醚型有机硅亲水柔软剂难以满足要求。
发明内容
本发明目的是客服现有技术的不足,提供一种亲水快、手感好且安全环保的一种天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂的制备方法,按如下合成方法进行:
(1)按重量份进行配比:
将100份侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、45~60份木糖醇单烯丙基醚、4~6份烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,通入氮气,0.5h之后开启搅拌,加入0.003~0.005份氯铂酸催化剂,然后加热至85~100℃,保温2~3h后得到天然醇醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷;
(2)降温至75~85℃,加入3~5份多胺化合物,在75~85℃下保温1~2h,降温至50℃以下出料,得到天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中天然醇醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷的结构式为:

其中,28≤m≤33、1≤n≤2、105≤p≤120。
作为优选,所述侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷含氢量为0.3~0.35%,多胺化合物为N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,3-丙二胺、N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,6-己二胺、双二甲胺基乙基醚、N,N,N,N,N-五甲基二亚乙基三胺中的一种。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明采用天然醇醚化合物木糖醇单烯丙基醚与侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷进行加成反应,再用多元胺进行扩链反应,形成头梳状高分子结构。这种结构中柔性有机硅链段吸附在纤维表面,亲水链段向外延伸,赋予纤维优异的亲水性;多胺类扩链剂引入季铵盐基团,提升整理剂对纤维的吸附,进一步提高亲水性;同时,木糖醇为天然多糖类物质,毒性小,对皮肤的刺激性小且易降解,赋予整理后织物较好的亲肤性,安全环保。此外,木糖醇结构上的多羟基结构具有一定的反应活性,能够在整理过程中部分发生交联反应,提高整理后织物的耐水洗性。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1:
将100份含氢量为0.3%的侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、48份木糖醇单烯丙基醚、5.7份烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,通入氮气,0.5h之后开启搅拌,加入0.003份氯铂酸催化剂,然后加热至90℃,保温3h后降温至80℃,加入3.3份N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,3-丙二胺,在80℃下保温1h,降温至50℃以下出料。
实施例2:
将100份含氢量0.3%侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、50份木糖醇单烯丙基醚、5.5份烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,通入氮气,0.5h之后开启搅拌,加入0.003份氯铂酸催化剂,然后加热至90℃,保温3h后降温至85℃,加入4.3份N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,6-己二胺,在85℃下保温1h,降温至50℃以下出料。
实施例3:
将100份含氢量0.3%侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、45份木糖醇单烯丙基醚、6份烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,通入氮气,0.5h之后开启搅拌,加入0.005份氯铂酸催化剂,然后加热至90℃,保温2h后降温至75℃,加入4份双二甲胺基乙基醚,在75℃下保温1.5h,降温至50℃以下出料。
实施例4:
将100份含氢量0.35%侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、60份木糖醇单烯丙基醚、4.2份烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,通入氮气,0.5h之后开启搅拌,加入0.005份氯铂酸催化剂,然后加热至85℃,保温3h后降温至85℃,加入4.5份N,N,N,N,N-五甲基二亚乙基三胺,在85℃下保温2h,降温至50℃以下出料。
实施例5:
将100份0.32%侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、50份木糖醇单烯丙基醚、5.7份烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,通入氮气,0.5h之后开启搅拌,加入0.005份氯铂酸催化剂,然后加热至90℃,保温2h后降温至80℃,加入4.8份N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,6-己二胺,在80℃下保温1.5h,降温至50℃以下出料。
天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂应用整理工艺:
1.乳液配制
天然醇醚改性有机硅 100份
冰醋酸 2份
水 400份
2.整理工艺
所用织物:尼龙梭织布。
整理工艺流程:浸轧工作液(乳液30g/L)→焙烘(180~190℃×30s)→测试
3.应用性能测试
柔软性评价:用手触摸法评定,采用1~5分评判法,1分最差,5分最好,三人同时评定,取平均分。
亲水性:参考AATCC 79—2010《漂白纺织品吸收性》进行测试。
生物降解性:GB/T 15818-2006表面活性剂生物降解度试验方法检测,测试第七天平均生物降解度D7
本发明的天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂应用性能测试结果如下表所示:

注:原布亲水时间为16.35s,柔软性1分。
由表可知,经本发明的天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂整理后,亲水性有显著提升,接近瞬间亲水,柔软性提升2-3分,水洗5次后亲水性下降2-3s,柔软性下降1-2分,由降解性测试结果可知,该柔软剂能完全降解。

Claims (2)

1.一种天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于按如下合成方法进行:
(1)按重量份进行配比:
将100份侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、45~60份木糖醇单烯丙基醚、4~6份烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入到装有冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,通入氮气,0.5h之后开启搅拌,加入0.003~0.005份氯铂酸催化剂,然后加热至85~100℃,保温2~3h后得到天然醇醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷;
(2)降温至75~85℃,加入3~5份多胺化合物,在75~85℃下保温1~2h,降温至50℃以下出料,得到天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂;
所述侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷含氢量为0.3~0.35%,多胺化合物为N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,3-丙二胺、N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,6-己二胺、双二甲胺基乙基醚、N,N,N,N,N-五甲基二亚乙基三胺中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然醇醚改性有机硅亲水柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中天然醇醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷的结构式为:
