Abstract
一种锚定螺栓在其外表面设有固定元件,固定元件是径向突耳(5)的形状,突耳(5)环绕锚定螺栓(1)外表面设置,突耳(5)互相之间轴向分隔开。用这种方式,获得复合物质的良好的混合并减少推进阻力,使在锚定螺栓的突耳上测量的外径和钻孔的直径大致相等成为可能。通过粉末金属注模法,使用粘结剂系统并随后使其移动以及烧结,能够制造简单而又廉价的锚定螺栓(1)。
Description
按照权利要求1的前序部分,本发明涉及锚定螺栓,其适用于采用一种合成物质在一种部件上钻孔进行固定,并且也涉及锚定螺栓的制造方法。
借助一种复合物质在一种部件上钻的一个孔中固定的锚定螺栓通常是一种螺杆的形式,在其导引端有锥形尖点,在其后端有驱动元件。采用冲击式钻机,螺杆被驱入钻孔,复合物质借助一种盒或玻璃容器引入钻孔。锥形尖点挤压玻璃容器并同时在钻孔内混合包含两种组分的复合物质。尽管锚定螺栓的螺纹提供了在复合物质,和锚定螺栓之间的理想的结合力,螺纹牙顶使复合物质沿锚定螺栓外表面上升变得困难。为减少由此而引起的大的推进阻力,锚定螺栓的外径和钻孔壁之间的间隙必须选择得足够的大。这就需要在钻入过程中花费更大的动力以及大量的复合物质。然而,为了在钻孔内获得满意的混合组分,锚定螺栓不得不转动相当长的时间,因而在部件上需耗费更多的动力。
作为本发明的基础的问题是制造一种用复合泥浆固定的锚定螺栓,该复合泥浆固定具有高的保持能力和短的凝固时间,它的,该螺栓通过各种好的复合物质的混合在相当短的时间可被锚定并能够采用简单的方式制造出来。
这个问题通过权利要求1和9给出的特征予以解决。在锚定螺栓的外表面上环向布置的径向突耳(突耳之间互相轴向隔开),在锚定螺栓的外表面和钻孔壁之间提供内连接的空间,当锚定螺栓钻入钻孔时,复合物质能够上升。当复合物质上升时,其聚合在突耳的前表面,以便通过环绕突耳的流动,复合物质的组分可以很好地混合。在突耳上测量的锚定螺栓的直径大约可相当于钻孔的直径。锚定螺栓的推进可以采用旋转和不旋转予以实现。
通过设置突耳可实现复合物质的较好混合,因为突耳互相之间轴向的偏置,以致后续的突耳在任何情况下均与由两个在先突耳构成的空隙对齐。
为了减少推进阻力,突耳的前端面呈锥形尖点是有利的。
为了获得膨胀效果,由于破裂形成的结果,这时钻孔扩大,锚定螺栓上滑,突耳可具有斜面,该斜面朝突耳的后端轴向倾斜。这种后续的膨胀效果可借助设置的整个锚定螺栓得到进一步扩大,锚定螺栓带有减少复合物质对其的粘结力的涂层。钻孔扩大时,这时复合物质从锚定螺栓稍许分离,由于锚定螺栓的上滑的结果,故而设置在突耳的斜面再次啮合以复合物质模压的倾斜表面。
刮削边缘可在突耳上形成,以清理来自钻孔壁的钻削粉末。
当锚定螺栓主要是通过旋转而被推入钻孔时,突耳螺旋形的设置在锚定螺栓的外表面,并且按照螺旋角被对齐是有利的。就锚定螺栓机械布置而言,锚定螺栓可具有驱动部件,最好在其后端呈多表面头的形状。
通过公知的金属注模方法可简单而又廉价的制造锚定螺栓本身。按照所述的这种方法,锚定螺栓采用注模操作方式,使用粘合剂系统,通过随后的粘合剂的移动和烧结由粉末金属制成。
本发明的详细细节,参照示于附图中的实施例的方式描述如下,其中:
图1示出锚定螺栓;
图2示出放大尺寸的插入钻孔内的锚定螺栓;
图3示出带有螺旋形突耳的锚定螺栓。
图1示出的锚定螺栓在其后端具有用来固定物品的螺纹2和在其导引端的一个尖顶3,尖顶3便于挤压玻璃容器和便于改进复合物质的位移。为了借助使用一个接通时有或没有旋转作用的冲击式钻机推进锚定螺栓1,一个呈多个外表面头犬的驱动件4设置在锚定螺栓1的后端。锚定螺栓1的外表面设有径向突出的突耳5,突耳5沿圆周布置并且在轴向互相之间分隔开。
由示于图2的放大的图形可以看出,凸耳5的导引前表面形成一带锥度的尖点6。当锚定螺栓被驱动而进入部件8的钻孔7时,锥形尖点减少推进的阻力。为了改善复合物质9的混合,诸突耳5互相之间轴向的偏移是有利的,以便后续的突耳5′在任何情况下均与由两个在先的突耳构成的空间10对齐。为了获得朝着钻孔壁的径向分力,当锚定螺栓受载时,突耳5有朝着后端轴向倾斜的斜面11。
在示于图3的锚定螺栓的实施例中,突耳5在锚定螺栓的外表面螺旋形的设置并与其尖点6和它们的相应的螺旋角的纵向边缘对齐。仅设置在突耳5上的倾斜面才轴向向下的倾斜设置。
图2和图3示出的突耳5上有刮削边缘12。在突耳呈螺旋形设置并且借助旋转作用钻入钻孔时,刮削边缘12在突耳5的纵向的排列方向是合适的。在示于图2的锚定螺栓的情形下,锚定螺栓基本上没有旋转作用而被驱动,刮削边缘12相对于突耳5的纵向横向的设置。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有设置在其外表面部分的固定元件的锚定螺栓,其适用于通过在构件内钻的一个孔内的复合物质予以固定,其具有在它的后端用来固定物品的螺纹,其特征在于固定元件呈径向突耳(5)的形状,突耳(5)环绕锚定螺栓(1)外表面设置,突耳(5)互相之间轴向隔开。
2.按照权利要求1的锚定螺栓,其特征在于突耳(5)互相之间轴向偏心布置,以便后续的突耳(5′)在每种情况下能够与由两个在前的突耳(5)形成的间隙(10)相对齐。
3.按照权利要求1的锚定螺栓,其特征在于突耳(5)的导引端面构成一个锥形尖点(6)。
4.按照权利要求1的锚定螺栓,其特征在于突耳(5)具有轴向朝着其后端倾斜的倾斜面(11)。
5.按照权利要求1的锚定螺栓,其特征在于刮削边缘(12)形成于突耳(5)上。
6.按照前述权利要求之一的锚定螺栓,其特征在于突耳(5)螺旋形设置在锚定螺栓(1)的外表面并且按照螺旋角对齐。
7.按照前述权利要求之一的锚定螺栓,其特征在于锚定螺栓(1)具有在其导引端的一个尖点(3)和在其后端的呈多表面头形状的驱动部件(4)。
8.按照前述权利要求之一的锚定螺栓,其特征在于锚定螺栓(1)的外表面涂覆非粘性剂。
9.适用于制造按照前述权利要求之一的锚定螺栓的方法,其特征在于锚定螺栓(1)由使用粘合剂系统的粉末金属注模操作方法并且随后靠粘合剂的移动和烧结而制成。
