Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种油包水型乳化化妆品,其虽然是油包水型乳化化妆品,但仍然呈现赋予清凉感的冰冻果子露状的外观,且具有涂抹于肌肤时赋予干爽的粉末感的新型使用触感。本发明涉及一种油包水型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,含有:(a)0.5~10质量%的吸油性有机硅弹性体、(b)3~15质量%的吸油性有机硅粉末、(c)液态油分和(d)水,且呈现冰冻果子露状的外观。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及呈现冰冻果子露状的外观的油包水型乳化化妆品。更详细而言,涉及虽然外观为冰冻果子露状但涂抹于肌肤时变成干爽触感的粉末的具有新型且独特的使用感的油包水型乳化化妆品。
背景技术
“冰冻果子露(sherbet)”通常是指将果汁、糖水一边搅拌一边冷冻而得的冰糖果。冰冻果子露包含冰块,通过用汤匙等将其压碎并放入口中,从而能够享受冰爽的口感。因此,具有使人想起冰冻果子露的外观(冰冻果子露状的外观)的化妆品通过唤起使用者实际触碰冰冻果子露时、食用冰冻果子露时的感觉而在视觉上赋予清凉感。
专利文献1所记载的气溶胶组合物在自气溶胶容器喷射时,因与喷射剂的挥发相伴的蒸发潜热而冰冻,从而呈现冰冻果子露状。即,该组合物实际上冰冻而呈现冰冻果子露状,因此不仅在视觉上且在触觉上也赋予清凉感。
专利文献2中记载了可利用包含聚丙烯酸钠和纤维素胶等水溶性增稠剂的组合物来制造与冰冻果子露类似的化妆品剂型。然而,专利文献2并未提及基于与冰冻果子露类似的外观的视觉效果等,仅评价了组合物的柔软物性和剥离效果。此外,专利文献2中实际制备的是大量含水的水包油型乳化化妆品(面膜制剂),并未记载油包水型乳化化妆品。
专利文献3中记载了在使用时具有冰冻果子露状触感的固状的油包水型乳化化妆品。但是,该化妆品的外观并非冰冻果子露状,其仅在使用时产生酥脆的冰冻果子露那样的触感。此外,专利文献3的化妆品因配混有薄荷脑等清凉剂而获得清凉感,但其以固态油作为必须成分,因此可推测其涂抹于肌肤时的触感厚重,得不到干爽的粉末感。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于,提供尽管为油包水型乳化物但不仅呈现在视觉上赋予清凉感的冰冻果子露状的外观,且涂抹于肌肤时能够赋予干爽的粉末感的新型油包水型乳化化妆品。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人为了解决上述课题而反复进行了深入研究,结果发现:在组合配混吸油性有机硅弹性体和吸油性有机硅粉末而得的油包水型乳化化妆品中,通过使该有机硅弹性体和/或有机硅粉末吸收液态油分,能够获得呈现冰冻果子露状的外观且在使用时赋予干爽粉末那样的触感的新型化妆品,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供一种油包水型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,其含有:
(a)0.5~10质量%的吸油性有机硅弹性体、
(b)3~15质量%的吸油性有机硅粉末、
(c)液态油分、以及
(d)水,该油包水型乳化化妆品呈现冰冻果子露状的外观。
发明的效果
本发明的油包水型乳化化妆品尽管是可能含有具备润肤效果的油分的油包水型乳化化妆品,但仍然呈现在视觉上赋予清凉感的冰冻果子露状的外观,且具有在涂抹于肌肤时赋予干爽的粉末感的新型且独特的使用触感。
具体实施方式
本发明的油包水型乳化化妆品(以下也简称为“本发明的化妆品”)含有(a)吸油性有机硅弹性体、(b)吸油性有机硅粉末、(c)被前述成分(a)和/或(b)吸收的液态油分和(d)水。
(a)吸油性有机硅弹性体
本发明的化妆品中的“吸油性有机硅弹性体(成分a)”是交联的不规则形状的有机硅弹性体。更具体而言,是具有有机硅主链借助亚烷基链或聚氧亚烷基链等进行交联而得的三维结构的有机硅弹性体。
吸油性有机硅弹性体的有机硅链(主链)具有包含二甲基聚硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、二苯基聚硅氧烷等的聚硅氧烷骨架,且任选进行了烷基改性、聚醚改性等修饰。交联部分优选为聚丙二醇(PPG)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚丁二醇(PBG)等聚氧亚烷基(聚醚)链。
本发明的化妆品中的吸油性有机硅弹性体可以在分散至油分中的糊剂形态下进行配混。作为要分散的油分,没有特别限定,可列举出例如环五硅氧烷等环状硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甲基聚三甲基硅氧烷、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷等直链状或支链状的硅油、矿物油、异十二烷、角鲨烷等烃油。

本发明的化妆品中的(a)吸油性有机硅弹性体的配混量以其实际成分计相对于化妆品总量为0.5~10质量%,优选为0.6~8质量%、更优选为0.7~6质量%。若配混量小于1质量%,则不会呈现干爽的使用感,若配混超过10质量%,则有时不会呈现冰冻果子露状的外观。
(b)吸油性有机硅粉末
本发明的化妆品中的“吸油性有机硅粉末(成分b)”是包含有机硅弹性体的粉末,所述有机硅弹性体具备将聚硅氧烷主链交联而得的三维结构。成分b是具有球状等确定形状的粉末,与不规则形状的有机硅弹性体(成分a)加以区分。
作为本发明的吸油性有机硅粉末,优选使用主链和交联部分均包含有机硅链的有机硅弹性体粉末。此外,也可以使用在介质中分散有有机硅粉末这一形态的吸油性有机硅粉末。作为吸油性有机硅粉末的市售品,可列举出例如Dow Corning Toray Co.,Ltd.制的TREFIL系列(TREFILE-505C、TREFILE-506C、TREFILE-506S、TREFILE-505W等)。
本发明的吸油性有机硅粉末的形状没有特别限定,优选使用球状、正球状、椭圆状的粉末。吸油性有机硅粉体的平均粒径没有特别限定,优选为0.1~100μm、优选为1~50μm。此外,吸油性有机硅粉末优选制成例如具有JISA硬度(橡胶硬度)为20~100、优选为30~80这一弹性的球状粉末。
本发明的化妆品中的(b)吸油性有机硅粉末的配混量相对于化妆品总量为3~15质量%,优选为4~12质量%、更优选为5~10质量%。若配混量小于3质量%,则不会呈现冰冻果子露状的外观,若配混超过15质量%,则有时得不到干爽的使用感。
向本发明的化妆品中配混的吸油性有机硅弹性体(成分a)和吸油性有机硅粉末(成分b)的“吸油性”可通过例如按照JISK-5101(吸油量)而测定的吸油量来定义。
例如,使用硅油(低~中粘度的聚二甲基硅氧烷;例如“SH200C-5CS”、Dow CorningToray Co.,Ltd.制),按照JISK-5101将试样(有机硅弹性体或有机硅粉末)1g精密地称量至玻璃板上,将硅油少量地添加至试样的中心,每次用刮刀混合至达到均匀为止。并且,将整体呈现糊剂状而即将流动化之前设为终点,将至此为止添加的硅油的量设为吸油量。吸油量的单位作为每100g试样的吸油量通过下式来计算。

本发明中,将从使用粘度为5cSt的聚二甲基硅氧烷的测定中按照上述式子计算得到的吸油量为200g/100g以上的试样定义为“吸油性”。
本发明的化妆品中,优选将(a)有机硅弹性体的配混量与(b)有机硅粉末的配混量的配混量比率((a):(b))设在10:1~1:10的范围内,更优选设在2:1~1:8、进一步优选设在1:1~1:7的范围内。
(c)液态油分
本发明的化妆品中配混的液态油分(成分c)是在常温(25℃)下为液态的油分,可以从化妆品所使用的烃油、酯油、硅油、液体油脂等中选择。
本发明中的液态油分包含至少1种的被前述成分a(吸油性有机硅弹性体)或成分b(吸油性有机硅粉末)中任一者或两者吸收的液态油分。“被吸收的液态油分”是指前述成分a或成分b相对于该液态油分的“吸油量”(通过上述式定义的值)为100g/100g以上、优选为200g/100g以上的液态油分。
若列举出本发明中优选使用的液态油分的具体例,则如下所示。
作为烃油,可例示出液体石蜡、角鲨烷、角鲨烯、石蜡、异构石蜡、地蜡、异十六烷、异十二烷等。
作为酯油,可例示出季戊四醇四(乙基己酸)酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯、荷荷巴油、月桂酰谷氨酸二(植物甾醇/辛基十二烷醇)酯、三异硬脂酸甘油酯、二异硬脂酸甘油酯、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、二聚亚油酸(植物甾醇/山嵛基)酯、二聚亚油酸(植物甾醇/异硬脂基/鲸蜡基/硬脂基/山嵛基)酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、澳洲坚果脂肪酸植物甾醇酯、四(山嵛酸/苯甲酸/乙基己酸)季戊四醇酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、二特戊酸三丙二醇酯、癸二酸二异丙酯、新戊酸异癸酯等。
作为硅油,可例示出例如二甲基聚硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、甲基氢聚硅氧烷等链状有机硅;八甲基环四硅氧烷、十甲基环五硅氧烷、十二甲基环六硅氧烷等环状有机硅等。
作为液体油脂,可列举出亚麻仁油、山茶油、澳洲坚果油、玉米油、貂油、橄榄油、鳄梨油、山茶花油、蓖麻油、红花油、菜籽油、大豆油、花生油、三甘油、甘油三辛酸酯、甘油三异棕榈酸酯等。
此外,本发明中的液态油分还包括在常温下为液态的紫外线吸收剂。作为紫外线吸收剂,可例示出甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、奥克立林、聚有机硅-15、双间苯二酚基三嗪、乙基己基三嗪酮、二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、二苯酮-3等。
本发明的化妆品中,可以组合并配混多种液态油分,优选配混至少1种挥发性液态油分。挥发性液态油分可以选自异十二烷等挥发性烃油和低粘度(5sc以下)的链状硅油、环状硅油等挥发性硅油。其中,特别优选配混挥发性硅油。
本发明的化妆品中的液态油分(成分c)的配混量没有特别限定,相对于化妆品总量优选为5~50质量%、进一步优选为10~40质量%。
此外,优选将挥发性液态油分相对于液态油分总量的比例设为50质量%以上。
(d)水
本发明的化妆品中的水(成分d)是构成油包水型乳化化妆品的内相的成分。
本发明的化妆品中的水(成分d)的配混量没有特别限定,相对于化妆品总量为40质量%以下、优选为35质量%以下、更优选为30质量%以下。配混量的下限值例如为5质量%以上、优选为8质量%以上、更优选为10质量%以上。
本发明的化妆品是通过组合前述必须成分(a)~(d)而呈现冰冻果子露状的外观的油包水型乳化化妆品。本发明的化妆品中,优选将其硬度(在25℃下使用流变仪(11.3φ、附带3mm的针)而测定的硬度)设为3~40。进而,优选以具有储能模量(G’)与损耗模量(G”)之比(G”/G’=tanδ)达到1的点处于应变为1~10%的范围内的粘弹性的方式进行制备。通过制成前述那样的硬度和粘弹性,从而不仅是外观且触感也类似于冰冻果子露。
本发明的化妆品由于冰冻果子露状的外观而能够在视觉上赋予清凉感。进而,如果向本发明的化妆品中配混(e)冷感成分,则能够在使用时实际感受到伴有干爽的粉末感的清凉感。
本发明中使用的(e)冷感成分(清凉剂)只要是化妆品中通常可配混的冷感成分,就没有特别限定,可例示出例如Crodamol(庚酸硬脂酯/辛酸硬脂酯)、薄荷脑、香草醇丁醚(VBE)、樟脑、薄荷等。
本发明的化妆品可以在不损害本发明效果的范围内配混化妆品等中通常配混的其它任意成分。作为其它任意成分,没有限定,可列举出保湿剂(包括1,3-丁二醇、丙二醇等二醇类)、低级醇(乙醇、丙醇等)、增稠剂、粉末(不包括(b)吸油性有机硅粉末)、天然或合成的高分子、糖或糖醇、抗氧化剂、缓冲剂、各种提取液、稳定化剂、防腐剂、色素、香料等。
本发明的化妆品可按照油包水型乳化化妆品的常规方法来制造。其中,优选通过将(a)吸油性有机硅弹性体、(b)吸油性有机硅粉末和(c)液态油分(被成分a或成分b吸收的成分)预先混合而制成混合物,并向另行准备的油包水型乳化物(乳霜基剂)中添加前述混合物并任意搅拌来制备。
实施例
以下,列举出实施例更具体地说明本发明,但本发明不限定于此。需要说明的是,只要没有特别记载,则配混量表示相对于总量的质量%。
按照下述表1所示的组成,制备油包水型乳化化妆品(乳霜基剂)。

将下述表2所示的原料进行混合搅拌而制成混合物。表1和表2中记载的配混量的值是相对于组合表1的乳霜基剂和表2的混合物而得到的化妆品总量的质量%。

向表1的乳霜基剂中添加表2的混合物而得到的化妆品(实施例1~19)整体具有冰冻果子露状的外观,在涂抹时赋予干爽的粉末感。此外,通过所配混的冷感剂而对涂抹后的皮肤赋予冰凉的触感。
表3和4中记载了各化妆品的硬度(11.3φ)的值。在所有实施例中,硬度处于3~40的范围内,从触觉也能令人联想到冰冻果子露。

接着,变更前述表1的乳霜基剂的量和有机硅弹性体的量来制备下述化妆品(表5)。

实施例A、B和C的化妆品均具有冰冻果子露状的外观,在涂抹时赋予干爽的粉末感。另一方面,未配混吸油性有机硅弹性体的比较例D的外观类似于冰冻果子露,但干干巴巴地崩开,得不到干爽的粉末感。未配混吸油性有机硅粉末的比较例E不呈现冰冻果子露状的外观。
Claims (7)
1.一种油包水型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,其含有:
(a)0.5~10质量%的吸油性有机硅弹性体、
(b)3~15质量%的吸油性有机硅粉末、
(c)液态油分、以及
(d)水,
该油包水型乳化化妆品呈现冰冻果子露状的外观。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品,其中,所述(c)液态油分包含挥发性油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的化妆品,其中,所述挥发性油包含挥发性硅油。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的化妆品,其中,所述(a)有机硅弹性体具有有机硅链借助聚醚进行交联而得的结构。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的化妆品,其中,(a)有机硅弹性体的配混量与(b)有机硅粉末的配混量的比率((a):(b))在10:1~1:10的范围内。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的化妆品,其中,(d)水的配混量为40质量%以下。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的化妆品,其还含有(e)冷感成分。
