本发明属于面粉技术领域,具体涉及生态秋葵面粉。
背景技术
面粉由小麦磨成的粉状物,按面粉中蛋白质含量的多少,可以分为高筋面粉、中筋面粉、低筋面粉及无筋面粉。
面粉在养生保健方面存在着不足,目前市场上还没有秋葵面粉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供生态秋葵面粉,以解决上述背景技术中提出的面粉在养生保健方面存在着不足,目前市场上还没有秋葵面粉问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:生态秋葵面粉,由小麦精粉、黄秋葵籽和黄秋葵提取物组成,其组分按重量百分比计为:小麦精粉96%、黄秋葵籽3%、黄秋葵提取物1%。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,生态秋葵面粉的制备方法如下:
步骤一:原料准备:按重量百分比计:小麦精粉96%、黄秋葵籽3%、黄秋葵提取物1%;
步骤二:清洗:将步骤一中的黄秋葵籽进行清洗;
步骤三:烘干:清洗后的黄秋葵籽进行烘干;
步骤四:磨粉、过筛:烘干后的黄秋葵籽磨成粉,并过筛;
步骤五:混合:将磨粉、过筛后的黄秋葵籽与小麦精粉、黄秋葵提取物混合均匀。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述清洗后的黄秋葵籽进行烘干,烘干后的含水率在2-4%。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述烘干后的黄秋葵籽磨成粉,并过80-200目筛。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)由小麦精粉、黄秋葵籽和黄秋葵提取物制备而成的生态秋葵面粉制备工艺简单,节省了制备的耗时;
(2)制备的生态秋葵面粉具有养生保健的疗效。

具体实施方式
生态秋葵面粉,由小麦精粉、黄秋葵籽和黄秋葵提取物组成,其组分按重量百分比计为:小麦精粉96%、黄秋葵籽3%、黄秋葵提取物1%。
小麦精粉是以小麦为原料,经炒制、粉碎、酶解、提取、膜浓缩、真空干燥而成,内含小分子蛋白肽、单糖、葡聚糖、膳食纤维等功能性成分,具有愉悦的焦香味和麦香味;
黄秋葵的籽中含有一定量的不饱和脂肪酸,其中的DHA和EPA对心血管系统有极好的改善作用,能辅助清除血管内的低密度胆固醇,增强血管的弹性,预防脑血栓、动脉粥样硬化、高血脂等症;秋葵的籽中维生素C和维生素A的含量很高,比果荚中高出很多,这两种维生素属于强效的抗氧化性物质,能辅助清除体内的自由基,减缓细胞的衰老,能增强皮肤弹性,美容养颜;
黄秋葵提取物包括嫩荚提取物与全草提取物两种,嫩荚提取物宜用新鲜黄秋葵嫩荚作为原材料,条件不允许时也可考虑用嫩荚干果;全草提取物宜用新拔禾的新鲜全株茎叶,条件不允许时亦可采用全株干禾,从营养成分保留讲,新鲜的远胜于干的;提取物的工艺方法为:清水洗净,加开水碎浆(全草须先切碎),滤除残渣,浓缩干燥;秋葵嫩荚提取物含有丰富的果胶、膳食纤维,其果胶的粘稠状态是植物界非常少见的,膳食纤维的占比及其中可溶性膳食纤维占比均是植物中非常高的;秋葵嫩荚提取物富含有维生素A、胡萝卜素,以及维生素C、E等,尤其是维生素A与胡萝卜素含量在目前发现的植物中比例提取位列第一;秋葵嫩荚提取物还含有硒、钙、铁、磷、钾等多种微量元素,但含量并不特别丰富;秋葵嫩荚提取物中除含丰富果胶外还含有丰富的类似于天然荷尔蒙的物质;黄秋葵嫩荚提取物中富含植物黄酮,但比花中少(黄秋葵花中含量比大豆叶子中所含黄酮高300倍左右);黄秋葵与等量的人参耐力作用相当,秋葵嫩荚提取物富含的粘性物质LM能强肾补虚,对男性器质性疾病有辅助治疗作用,对青壮年和运动员而言,经常食用,可消除疲劳、迅速恢复体力,当然这对所有人群均有此效果;同时秋葵嫩荚提取物的粘液能很好地帮助胃肠蠕动,分泌的黏蛋白有保护胃壁的作用,并促进胃液分泌,提高食欲,改善消化不良,降低胆固醇,预防心血管疾病,慢性胃病及″三高″者食用最合适;秋葵嫩荚提取物丰富的维生素A与胡萝卜素有益于视网膜健康、维护视力,是青少年防止近视的好食材;秋葵嫩荚提取物丰富的可溶性膳食纤维和维生素C,不仅对皮肤具有保健作用,且能使皮肤美白、细嫩,膳食纤维还可轻松带走人体内垃圾,是很棒的营养减肥材料;秋葵嫩荚提取物中丰富的植物黄酮,结合各营养元素能促进人体全方位的自我调理,从而确保内分泌平衡、抗衰老、抗疲劳、增耐力、血液循环加快等功效。

步骤一:原料准备:按重量百分比计:小麦精粉96%、黄秋葵籽3%、黄秋葵提取物1%;

步骤三:烘干:清洗后的黄秋葵籽进行烘干,烘干后的含水率在2-4%;

2.根据权利要求1所述的生态秋葵面粉,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
步骤一:原料准备:按重量百分比计:小麦精粉96%、黄秋葵籽3%、黄秋葵提取物1%;
步骤二:清洗:将步骤一中的黄秋葵籽进行清洗;
步骤三:烘干:清洗后的黄秋葵籽进行烘干;
步骤四:磨粉、过筛:烘干后的黄秋葵籽磨成粉,并过筛;
步骤五:混合:将磨粉、过筛后的黄秋葵籽与小麦精粉、黄秋葵提取物混合均匀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生态秋葵面粉,其特征在于:所述清洗后的黄秋葵籽进行烘干,烘干后的含水率在2-4%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的生态秋葵面粉,其特征在于:所述烘干后的黄秋葵籽磨成粉,并过80-200目筛。
