本发明涉及金属轧制油技术领域,尤其涉及一种无氯长防锈碳钢管材轧制油。
背景技术
碳钢管材轧制是在一定条件下旋转轧辊给予管材压力,使管材产生塑性变形的一种加工方式,碳钢管材的轧制工艺条件比较苛刻,要求轧制油具有良好的冷却与润滑性、抗磨性、抗氧化安定性及脱脂性,减少被轧制金属与轧辊的外摩擦,从而降低轧辊磨损,降低轧制总压力和能量消耗,增加道次压下率,减少轧制道次,提高轧制速度。特别是近年来,随着轧制技术的进步,实现了轧制的高速化、批量生产化,对于轧制油提出了更高的要求,要求进一步提高其润滑性、循环使用时的乳化稳定性。
目前国内多数轧制油可分为两种:水溶性轧制油和纯油性轧制油,其中油性轧制油占比可达95%以上,这种轧制油由于润滑性高,抗菌能力强,用其制作的产品表面光泽度高,因为其不含水,不易生菌变质,使用寿命较长的优点而成为目前轧制油市场的首选。然而,现有的油性轧制油冷却不佳,加工量较大时容易出现粘辊问题,目前市面常见轧制油基本都是使用氯化石蜡搭配少量润滑剂制造而成,石蜡遇高温容易碳化,此类碳化物难以清洗,而清洗不净的产品经后段高温退火会出现渗碳和氯元素残留问题,影响产品质量,同时氯化石蜡在一定温度下容易分解,分解产物呈强酸性,若轧制后材料不能及时清洗很容易在酸性条件下出现生锈问题。
申请号为201610556413.7的中国发明专利涉及一种不锈钢管轧制油,其主要成分为基础油,其它添加剂及其质量百分含量为:极压剂:7-1 7%;抗磨剂:1-3%;油性剂:5-16%;防锈剂:0.5-1.5%;抗氧剂:0.2-1.2%。此发明通过一系列实验确定所选基础油的抗氧化性能,和酚型、胺型抗氧剂的复配以达到最佳抗氧化效果。通过正交筛选出含硫、含磷、含氯极压抗磨剂的类型及组成。选用高分子合成酯类润滑剂以提高轧制油的润滑性能。然而所述的基础油为石蜡基基础油,石蜡遇高温容易碳化,此类碳化物难以清洗,而清洗不净的产品经后段高温退火会出现渗碳和氯元素残留问题,影响产品质量。
因此,如何提供一种综合性能佳,润滑性和性能稳定好,使用安全环保的轧制油是当前业内亟待解决的难题。

本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种无氯长防锈碳钢管材轧制油,该轧制油综合性能佳,润滑性和性能稳定好,使用安全环保;该轧制油可用于金属加工业,碳钢管材轧制内外壁的润滑,可有效提升产品表面光泽度,预防粘辊现象,延长模具寿命,提高加工流畅度和形变量,提升工作效率。

优选的,所述基础油为32#国标油、100#机械油或150BS的一种或几种;其是轧制油的主体,各种添加剂的良好溶剂,润滑剂只有通过基础油为媒介才能发挥作用,加工产生的热量也使通过基础油快速带走的。
优选的,所述润滑剂为硫化烯烃、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化棉籽油、硫化脂肪酸钠的一种或几种,所述润滑剂为硫系润滑剂,不含氯和磷,加入基础油中可大大提升产品的润滑极压性。
优选的,所述防锈剂为石油磺酸钙、磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸、月桂酸、四聚蓖麻油酸中的一种或多种,油品中加入防锈剂可起到更好的隔绝水分和空气的作用,同时降低金属活性,从而大大减缓产品的生锈速度,延长产品防锈周期。

一种所述无氯长防锈碳钢管材轧制油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将各组分按配比混合,在20℃下搅拌20min,后停止加温继续搅拌10min,得到无氯长防锈碳钢管材轧制油。

基础油 50份;
润滑剂 20份;
防锈剂 7份;
抗氧剂 0.6份;
沉降剂 2份;
合成酯 23份;
精炼植物油 23份;
所述基础油为150BS;所述润滑剂为硫化棉籽油;所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸;所述抗氧剂为硫代二丙酸双酯;所述沉降剂为异构14-15醇;所述合成酯为油酸异辛酯;所述精炼植物油为棕榈油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无氯长防锈碳钢管材轧制油,其特征在于,所述无氯长防锈碳钢管材轧制油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各组分按配比混合,在20-40℃下搅拌20-30min,后停止加温继续搅拌10-15min,得到无氯长防锈碳钢管材轧制油。
