Description

Regulating agent for improving salt tolerance of crops and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of crop planting, and particularly relates to a regulating agent for improving the salt tolerance of crops, and further discloses a preparation method of the regulating agent.
Background
Soil salinization is one of the most main abiotic stresses harming agricultural production at present and becomes an important environmental factor restricting agricultural development in China. According to statistics, about 0.2 hundred million hm is found in China2The saline-alkali soil accounts for about 20% of the cultivated land area, and the secondary salinization of the soil is increasingly serious along with the aggravation of industrial pollution, the enlargement of irrigation and soil protection areas, improper use of chemical fertilizers and the like.
Studies have shown that the effects of salt stress on seed germination are several: inhibiting seed germination without loss of seed vigor; delaying but not inhibiting seed germination; the seeds are permanently devitalized. The most common and significant influence of salt on non-halophytes is growth inhibition, and high-concentration salt in saline soil has certain influence on plants, mainly expressed in the aspects of unbalanced osmotic stress, ion toxicity and ion absorption, and generally can reduce seed germination rate, delay seedling growth, inhibit photosynthesis and further reduce crop yield. The existing research results also show that the salt stress obviously inhibits the growth of the seed buds and roots.
Therefore, how to effectively improve the salt tolerance of the crop seeds has positive significance for improving the planting efficiency of the crops in the saline-alkali environment.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a regulating agent for improving the salt tolerance of crops, so that the germination efficiency of crop seeds in a saline-alkali environment is effectively improved;
the second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above-mentioned modulating agent.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a regulating agent for improving the salt tolerance of crops, wherein the regulating agent is an aqueous solution containing an equisetum hiemale extract and/or an orostachys fimbriatus extract.
Specifically, the mass concentration of the equisetum hiemale extract and/or the orostachys fimbriatus extract is controlled to be 1-5 g/L.
Specifically, the equisetum hiemale extract is an ethanol extract of equisetum hiemale.
Specifically, the method for extracting the equisetum hiemale extract comprises the following steps:

(2) leaching the crushed equisetum hiemale with 50% ethanol water;
(3) collecting the leaching solution, and concentrating the leaching solution until the amount of the leaching solution is the same as that of the horsetail to obtain the required horsetail extract.
Specifically, the herba orostachyos extract is a water extract of herba orostachyos.
Specifically, the extraction method of the herba orostachyos extract comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning whole plant of Orostachys japonicas, air drying, and pulverizing;
(2) decocting pulverized herba Orostachyos in water;
(3) collecting decoction, and concentrating until the dosage of the decoction is the same as that of the orostachys fimbriatus to obtain the desired orostachys fimbriatus extract.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the equisetum hiemale extract to the orostachys fimbriatus extract is controlled to be 1: 1-3.
More preferably, the regulator further comprises inositol and Mn2+、Ca2+At least one of; in particular, the method comprises the following steps of,
the addition concentration of the inositol is 0.2-0.5 g/L;
the Mn is2+Is added at a concentration of 0.3-0.8 g/L, and MnCl is added2Preferably;
the Ca2+Is added at a concentration of 0.3-0.8 g/L, and CaCl is added2It is preferable.
The invention also discloses a method for preparing the regulating agent for improving the salt tolerance of crops, which comprises the steps of uniformly mixing a selected amount of the equisetum hiemale extract and the orostachys fimbriatus extract and adding water for dispersing.
The invention also discloses a regulation and control method for improving the salt tolerance of crops, which comprises the step of placing seeds of the crops in the regulation and control agent and carrying out seed soaking treatment at normal temperature.
Specifically, the material-liquid ratio of the seeds of the crops to the regulating agent is controlled to be 100-300 g/L.
Specifically, the seed soaking time is controlled to be 2-5 h.
In particular, the crop comprises corn.
The regulating agent for improving the salt tolerance of the crops takes the ethanol extract of equisetum hiemale and/or the water extract of orostachys fimbriatus as the effective components, in the prior art, the ethanol extract of equisetum hiemale is used for improving the cold tolerance foliar fertilizer of wheat, and the water extract of orostachys fimbriatus is used for improving the effective components of the coating agent of the cold tolerance of wheat, the applicant finds that the ethanol extract of equisetum hiemale and the water extract of orostachys fimbriatus have certain promotion effects on improving the salt tolerance of corn seeds, can effectively promote the salt tolerance of the corn seeds and the germination performance in the saline-alkali environment only through simple dipping treatment, and has important agricultural significance on the planting of the corn crops in the saline-alkali environment.
