本发明公开了一种含九蒸九晒黑芝麻的纯手工阿胶糕,包括以下有效组份:阿胶;红枣;核桃;客家黄酒;九蒸九晒黑芝麻;枸杞;老黄冰糖、玫瑰花、桂花、当归、益母草、川芎、莲子、百合、西洋参、藕粉、陈皮、山药粉以及木糖醇。本发明采用九蒸九晒黑芝麻,九蒸九晒后黑芝麻里的营养成份得到充分分解,油腻性大为减少,变成小分子完全变成人体容易吸收,且蒸九晒黑芝麻里又获得太阳的能量就是天地间的阳气,补肾气的功能是普通炒黑芝麻的50倍。本发明的阿胶糕的补肾功能,防脱发功能更是普通的纯手工阿胶糕的50倍以上。

一种含九蒸九晒黑芝麻的纯手工阿胶糕,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下有效组份:阿胶250-1000克;红枣250-1000克;核桃250-1000克;客家黄酒250-1500克;九蒸九晒黑芝麻250-1000克;枸杞125-500克;老黄冰糖50-300克以及辅料50-300克,所述辅料为玫瑰花、桂花、当归、益母草、川芎、莲子、百合、西洋参、藕粉、陈皮、山药粉以及木糖醇其中的一种或几种的混合。
优选的,在上述一种含九蒸九晒黑芝麻的纯手工阿胶糕中,所述九蒸九晒黑芝麻的制备方法如下:
步骤一:先将生黑芝麻用清水洗净,用手反复搓洗,使生黑芝麻更好的洗干净;
步骤二:将洗好的黑芝麻用木桶装好,放在蒸炉上隔水蒸2个小时,要彻底将黑芝麻蒸透,当摸上去黑芝麻是软软的时即可蒸好;
步骤三:将蒸好的黑芝麻放到太阳底下晒6小时,晒的过程中经常翻动,保证黑芝麻晒得均匀,待晒干后,再将黑芝麻再拿去蒸,蒸好再晒,如此重复9次,即可制成九蒸九晒黑芝麻。

益母草,中药名。为唇形科植物益母草Leonurus japonicus Houtt.的新鲜或干燥地上部分。鲜品春季幼苗期至初夏花前期采割;干品夏季茎叶茂盛、花未开或初开时采割,晒干,或切段晒干。广泛分布于全国各地。具有活血调经,利尿消肿,清热解毒之功效。用于月经不调,痛经经闭,恶露不尽,水肿尿少,疮疡肿毒。

木糖醇对人类有肝脏有一定的影响,这种物质被人体吸收以后能促进肝糖元合成,可以稳定血糖也能提高人类的肝功能,防止脂肪在肝脏堆积,能预防脂肪肝和乙型肝炎,另外人们得到慢性肝炎和肝硬化以外,多吃一些木糖醇对病情恢复还大有好处。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明阿胶糕以阿胶为主,辅以九蒸九晒黑芝麻、核桃、红枣、枸杞子等,具有显著的补气养血功效。原料阿胶、九蒸九晒黑芝麻、核桃、红枣、枸杞子等各材料之间具有明显的协同增效作用;另外,本发明采用九蒸九晒黑芝麻,九蒸九晒后黑芝麻里的营养成份得到充分分解,油腻性大为减少,变成小分子完全变成人体容易吸收,且蒸九晒黑芝麻里又获得太阳的能量就是天地间的阳气,补肾气的功能是普通炒黑芝麻的50倍。本发明的阿胶糕的补肾功能,防脱发功能更是普通的纯手工阿胶糕的50倍以上。

实施例1:阿胶500克、红枣500克、核桃500克、客家黄酒1000克、九蒸九晒黑芝麻500克、枸杞250克、老黄冰糖150克。
所述九蒸九晒黑芝麻的制备方法如下:
步骤一:先将生黑芝麻用清水洗净,用手反复搓洗,使生黑芝麻更好的洗干净;
步骤二:将洗好的黑芝麻用木桶装好,放在蒸炉上隔水蒸2个小时,要彻底将黑芝麻蒸透,当摸上去黑芝麻是软软的时即可蒸好;
步骤三:将蒸好的黑芝麻放到太阳底下晒6小时,晒的过程中经常翻动,保证黑芝麻晒得均匀,待晒干后,再将黑芝麻再拿去蒸,蒸好再晒,如此重复9次,即可制成九蒸九晒黑芝麻。
秘方:每次一斤阿胶可以熬五斤阿胶糕,配方比例,核桃、九蒸九晒黑芝麻、红枣各500克,黄冰糖150克,枸杞250克,黄酒1000克,泡24小时不超过5天,先用最大火熬,转小火3O分钟左右放冰糖,再熬3O至4O 分钟挂旗,看挂旗状态,夏天可以挂旗大一点,冬天可以挂旗小一点,先后放枸杞,核桃,红枣,最后九蒸九晒黑芝麻,搅拌出锅,装入容器自然冷却 12个钟,切,打包既得。
实施例2:玫瑰花50克、阿胶500克、红枣500克、核桃500克、客家黄酒1000克、九蒸九晒黑芝麻500克、枸杞250克、老黄冰糖150克。

1.一种含九蒸九晒黑芝麻的纯手工阿胶糕,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下有效组份:阿胶250-1000克;红枣250-1000克;核桃250-1000克;客家黄酒500-1500克;九蒸九晒黑芝麻250-1000克;枸杞125-500克;老黄冰糖50-300克以及辅料50-300克,所述辅料为玫瑰花、桂花、当归、益母草、川芎、莲子、百合、西洋参、藕粉、陈皮、山药粉以及木糖醇其中的一种或几种的混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含九蒸九晒黑芝麻的纯手工阿胶糕,其特征在于,所述九蒸九晒黑芝麻的制备方法如下:
步骤一:先将生黑芝麻用清水洗净,用手反复搓洗,使生黑芝麻更好的洗干净;
步骤二:将洗好的黑芝麻用木桶装好,放在蒸炉上隔水蒸2个小时,要彻底将黑芝麻蒸透,当摸上去黑芝麻是软软的时即可蒸好;
步骤三:将蒸好的黑芝麻放到太阳底下晒6小时,晒的过程中经常翻动,保证黑芝麻晒得均匀,待晒干后,再将黑芝麻再拿去蒸,蒸好再晒,如此重复9次,即可制成九蒸九晒黑芝麻。
