Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating abscess and furuncle and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating abscess and furuncle, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Festering skin disease refers to the area of skin formed around pus (dead neutrophils) during infection, a defensive tissue reaction that prevents the spread of infectious agents to other parts of the body. The final structure of an abscess is the abscess wall, or abscess sac, formed by adjacent healthy cells to prevent the pus from infecting the surrounding tissue. Furuncle is an acute suppurative disease of pathogenic bacteria such as staphylococcus infected in hair follicle and hair structure caused by poor skin hygiene, increased production of skin seborrheic substances, trauma and high level of body hormones. The initial stage of the disease has local red swelling and pain, then the red swelling range is enlarged, the jumping pain is obvious, finally abscess is formed, if the abscess is broken, pus is discharged, but the pain is relieved. Severe patients may experience general malaise, aversion to cold, fever, elevated white blood cell counts, and the like.
At present, the pustule is mainly treated by anti-inflammatory and sterilization, a disinfection needle is used for puncturing, a sterile cotton ball is used for absorbing pustule liquid to prevent the pustule liquid from overflowing to normal skin, then antibiotic ointment such as erythromycin ointment, mupirocin ointment and the like is used for external application, and high-protein food is eaten more at the same time, so that the immunity of the organism is improved. The furuncle is mainly treated by oral administration or injection of antibiotics. If the furuncle is mature, the surface is soft and the fluctuation is generated, the boil can be cut open to discharge pus, and the boil can be smeared with antibiotics such as compound neomycin ointment after the pus is discharged. The application of antibiotics to prevent infection, followed by manual suturing of the wound, followed by multiple dressing changes, bandaging, and then stitch removal increases the pain of the patient. Moreover, the currently used antibiotic ointment treats both symptoms and root causes, is easy to relapse after stopping taking the medicine, has single effect and can only act on one disease.
In addition, the ointment is a hormone medicine, so the ointment has great side effect on human body. However, the existing Chinese medicinal dressing can only stop bleeding and reduce swelling, has no good curative effect on suppuration and sore, and is easy to generate anaphylactic reaction.

Experimental example:
selecting 100 patients with abscess and furuncle, randomly dividing into experimental group and control group, wherein each group comprises 50 patients, wherein the experimental group comprises 32 men and 18 women; control group men were 30 and women 20. The treatment method of the experimental group is as follows: the patch containing the Chinese medicinal composition provided in example 9 is applied to the affected part, and the patch is changed every 2 days for 10 days without raw, cold, and spicy taste, and other Chinese and western medicines and health products are stopped. The control group treatment method was: applying the existing commercially available ichthyol ointment to affected part three times a day for 10 days, wherein the ointment is prohibited from being raw, cold and spicy, and other Chinese and western medicines and health products are stopped.
The criteria for the treatment effect are as follows:
and (3) curing: the swelling and pain disappeared and the skin healed.
The effect is shown: the swelling pain is weakened.
And (4) invalidation: the primary symptoms are not relieved, and the red, swollen and painful condition worsens to form abscess.
The statistical results show that the treatment effects of the experimental group and the control group are shown in the following table 1.
TABLE 1
Group of Experimental group Control group
Therapeutic agents The Chinese medicinal composition of example 9 Ichthyol ointment on the market
The number of cured people (human) 48 34
Number of effective people (human) 2 14
Invalid number of people (human) 0 2
Cure rate 96% 68%
Total effective rate 100% 96%
As can be seen from the above table 1, the cure rate of the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the embodiment of the invention for treating patients with running sore and furuncle is up to 96%. Compared with the existing commercially available ichthyol ointment, the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the embodiment of the invention has a more remarkable treatment effect on abscess and furuncle.
In addition, the disease symptoms of the affected part before treatment and 3 days or 7 days after treatment of 3 patients with abscess and furuncle (designated as patient A, patient B and patient C) in the experimental group are shown in the attached figures 1-3. As can be seen from the figure, the abscess of a patient suffering from the abscess furuncle is basically disappeared and the skin is basically healed after the patient uses the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the embodiment of the invention for 7 days, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the embodiment of the invention can effectively treat diseases such as the abscess furuncle and the like.
In addition, the plaster containing the Chinese medicinal composition provided in example 9 was applied to the affected part of the scald of patient D to treat the scald, and the comparison results of the affected part before and after 15 days of treatment are shown in fig. 4. As can be seen from fig. 4, the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the embodiment of the invention also has a better treatment effect on scalds.
