Description

A topical Chinese medicinal composition for the treatment of bone joint movement disorder
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating bone joint movement disorder.
Background
Osteoarticular dyskinesia is common in osteoarthritis, and is a heterogeneous group of diseases mainly characterized by articular cartilage damage and joint marginal hyperosteogeny caused by various factors, and is often accompanied by subchondral bone sclerosis, synovium inflammation and soft tissue lesions around joints. The joint movement disorder of limbs is easy to occur, the limb inversion and the flexion contracture deformity can be generated in serious cases, and finally the joint disease and the disability can occur. The symptoms are mainly redness, pain, restricted movement and joint deformity of the knee joint. Joint pain usually occurs in the weight bearing joints, the joints move more and are not movable, for example, patients suffering from knee joint pain always bend down to walk and limit movement. Osteoarthritis mostly appears in the elderly, is highly harmful, and greatly affects the late-year life of the elderly. Therefore, after the old people at home are found to suffer from osteoarthritis, the old people must seek medical treatment in time. The main treatment method at present is to delay the pathological process and reduce the load of joints by reducing the load and excessive large-amplitude movement of the joints. Current treatment involves the intraluminal injection of sodium hyaluronate into the joint to lubricate the joint and, in general, relieve pain symptoms. If the pain is severe, the joint cavity can be closed to relieve the pain, but the pain is only a symptomatic treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine is urgently expected to be used for treating the osteoarthritis.
